Episode 74: Art Rooney speaks, and Steelers free agents, and Sutton vs Ramsey?

Episode 74 of the Steelers Sanctuary Podcast is out.  We start the pod with some Steelers news.  Pittsburgh signed old friend Quincy Roche this week.  Brian Flores had two interviews, one in Arizona and the other for the Minnesota DC.  His time with the Steelers is almost certainly numbered.

The big news if the week is Art Rooney II did his yearly interviews following the season.  Rooney gave the reasons why Matt Canada stayed, told us Mitch was staying to, and much more.  We cover it all. 

Finally we go over the Steelers free agents on the defensive side of the ball.  Some interesting names on this list, most notably Cam Sutton.  He will cost more than most think.  We debate whether he’s more valuable at his price, or should the team spend a little more and go get Jalen Ramsey?
