quantity over quality in terms of socials. she can't remember when. Oh just an available income. It flopped you've not done one for weeks Oh no, no, it's taken me a bit time. Like I'll give you an example before we do. 2 or 3 days, See what you need some level of quality, but I'm not in this camp of, it's got to be the best ever. I just want to see. So every we wouldn't get anything from it and you wouldn't know what was going to be. Well. And most of the day we hit some some flop and we go again. the more you put out, the more you learn. some mistakes more of that. you've got to put the quantity out in the initial stages to get the learnings. You know, for pillar And this is honestly his response on manager. I'm not in Eric again. you That is how you deal with a predicament which is going to annoy customer I can't believe the amount of people that are blaming minimum wage as reason why people are doing their job. I don't know really what I'm on it unless you are a massive brand with massive community waiting to hear from you, you have to put out a shedload of content. He. Hello, Michael. And welcome to the fight marks. How are you, sir? Good. That's very professional, man, wasn't it? The focus today is on the producer, Mike. Phonics. The future is good. Is it? Probably not. But you need to be more positive. Yeah. Yes. great features. Great. Okay. Must we go now? Now watch this. You know, you. Yeah. More high quality stellar content for me on tick tock. Wow. We've had we've had a few comments on Tik Tok anyway. We've had a few children. I would say those that work in co-op stores. Probably one of the most hated people in the country. Yeah. Hey. Stroke of exercise. I'm baffled as to why people think it's acceptable for bad customer service. Because people on minimum wage. And actually, that's a topic in itself. But, you know, whether this is a marketing podcast and here we talk about all things marketing. Oh, the powerful member down. But marketing this week I watched very frustrating as I came in with a topic. And then we got bit sidetracked anyway, because someone was in our room, which was, I know, Golden. And I, I genuinely Mike can't for the life of me remember. Yeah. I'm gonna keep sleep it. Yeah. I'm hoping that will just appear in my brain. But right now it's not. It's blank, which is really frustrating. I can't figure out why. So what do you want to talk about today was boxing. Oh, we had a great. We did. It's annoyed me because I had it. I've been thinking about it all day, and now it's gone, which has paid me off a bit to do with all that stuff. So. I'm running some Facebook ads at the moment, and the volume of people who are on a different planet. Is it hard? What do you do? Oh, this planet within the family. Well, those that, are in the space cadets. I would say, for those that I actually get hold of cars 50, 60, 70%. Just had one guy Murray, got a call, booked him for bus five. Beaumont had been Texan guy. And, you know, you ready for a call? Dammit. I've rebooked it twice, rescheduled it twice. And, he's just he's just he's just canceled out corpus five. And this was the reason for it. So I just give you an idea of what has to do with every day cancellation reason. I'm currently victim of a romance scam no longer needed. Cheers, man. It's not like I'm trying to be funny or something. Honestly, I don't know. This early from Cameron. Hi, James. I can't speak just now as I have a neurologic disorder, but as soon as I'm able to speak again, I'll arrange a time. A brand. So, yeah, that's what I've been, Dana. With love from a lot of frogs. Michael. A lot of frogs that you very. Sometimes you come up with a good light on a Friday and you're on the floor and you like nothing. It's a lot of room. But where is my peace with, just a lyrical genius, you know, and I come up with the Trumps, but I have. I have just remembered what we need to talk about. That's perfect. So last topic. I don't want Michael because I want to build a studio. So you've got to get out on zoom. Is in or is out? I know I was on that issue. You got bigger than me, right? Anyway, so this is what I'm gonna talk about today. I'm ready now. I'm TJ from recess, ready to little reference, T.J. from recess. The reason, T.J., anyway, is second in my. Yeah, the main boy, Gus Griswold, is my favorite. The Arnold over backwards capital of the year forwards. And I was foolish, but really tiny mom with Vince is friend anyway, right? We're going off a tangent. Anyway. Right. So Laura driver on kind of speech me how to start a business. She's built product. She's selling it one a day on average, which is great. And she want some help. Okay. And they come to you with your they come to James. But that's not. This has got nothing to do. What I'm trying to say now the misdirect is a mr.. Right. But she can't remember when. Oh just an available on income. It flopped on. What do you mean shops. The mall real. I've copied some of the, someone that's done really well and I'm just basic. Copy that. And I'm like. So I look to vantage a good real. Actually, it'd be perfect for paid. I said, you need to put some paper on that she booster sometime. Booster, I can't tell. I was manager, I had to manage anyway. Right. Okay, I digress and I said, you've not done one for weeks or two weeks. Oh no, no, it's taken me a bit time. Like Laura. Like you can't do one every two weeks like each other. I've got a brand. I said, look, I'll give you an example before we do. Pulled apart TikTok challenge. She's like, how often these can online? Without look in the schedule 2 or 3 days, similar to the fine. Yeah, yeah. See what type of diet she's like. Oh my god. So what I want to speak say is quantity over quality in terms of socials. Now I'm of the belief that you need some level of quality, but I'm not in this camp of, oh, it's got to be the best ever. Because as Laura has just found out there, it's not flop. She's got like 80 likes this and it's no good. But from an organic perspective, she needs to be put now free a day, two a day because some have like look at our TikTok channel, we hit some some flop and we go again. So why are you of it Michael yeah I agree I think you have to. You can only be like a certain type of person, but you can't say you qualify. You can't say on the fence, you can't leave with the post. I mean, I think there's there's some people who can probably get away with quality, like, but you have to be a certain type of creature. And when you already got like a big audience and then people are happy to wait for like, you know, a longer time. But if you're like, I don't know, some sort of celebrity or whatever, like, what's his face? Casey Neistat, Casey Neistat, because he, he's like, he obviously had like dating videos, but then he had like bigger ones that were every so often. He could get away with posting not one severe like three months because people I know is blind. If you just Joe Schmo male he is or the fat boxer. Yeah that's what I mean. Like I just want to see. So every bit why we, we wouldn't get anything from it and you wouldn't know what was going to be. Well. And most of the day 100% is have gone for the soul. Try to hit the wall. So wall stick with something where you're learning on it. The more quality, the more the more you put out, the more you learn. And you've had some learnings. Recently I think you you'll figure it out on you a little bit. I'm saying, because sometimes it's become that way. You see a lot of one of these and this one, you can get these, but I and the more time you get ones but again, you can. So you have a little scattered graph. But then you put on the lines and you know, what's the, what's the, common denominator. I don't want to get out of the sky. No, but there's like loads of dots everywhere, and you can't really see what the thing is. But then when you put a lot in, you, like, round and round, and you figure that trend now and then, it's like of, trying to go for sort of like the, the title of the title thing that we've put in the middle of it. I've tried to make it in kind of a bad taste in the engine slightly. The longer they come off. One is like, we could have put like man complains about a whole lot of like, rage stuff of ruining customers, or something. I know I saw it, you know, the bad as an initial thing where we get people to be like, oh, I agree with that. And then all that. This is not that rage level stuff ignores customers. And then the other one I think is rage. Stop killing retail. It's strong lineup. Yeah. So I'm trying to like it's easier with certain topics than it is with others. For the most part, it's like I've tried to say. So I think you made a mistake with the muffuletta on. I think you should just about liquor, like, every once in a while. I don't think it would have any. You should have them put a, like, a little emoji. So you can't. You can't put my cheese on, like, not on the way because I do that in this. Okay. Can't put it in the text box so you can put it like around it. You can't just put it in. Oh yeah. You meant. Yeah. It's I've tried other ones, but to be fair, if this is every time I use this now, I think it's like clumsily or diluted. So I think those with some videos I'm not reading much to you at all. Some of the like this, the original will come off one by you telling the story of how you went to the co-op. You get in a couple of days, as well. But, like specifically, I did this to kind of, tell the whole story in a way that makes sense. There's I guy, 201005 is, a co-op manager who what is interesting though, Evelyn Alvin on Spotify. She actually replied that I had the big girl jam. That's not the company. There's, That's different. Is. Yeah, fight for it. I've got laughs the way I going. She is she funny on the 2000. So for anyone listening who I understand anything about this we I've found no complete accident that people in the comments were tagging this account. They were tiny body maps. And we did a lively and fast. And just because and I and I thought, oh, this is just like spam accounts. I bet on it. And, so, so Genesis 567 18 finance it. And I was on all the, all the fun. So we got to, we went our first piece of reactive, reactive content. You know, for pillar nine, but that she's had to about nearly 3000 likes. Yeah. It was it didn't go down very well, but I'm sorry. Okay. I think because I, I'm finally so obviously I know that you just got annoyed, but I think this is their first introduction. And I think this guy's just got tons of calls, started screaming the times down. I didn't screen the plot. What I did, I was not I'm not impressed. Well, before we got to because I've got an experience on the weekend of two experiences, good and bad. Five weren't very nice, but one of it's such a nice way you as a customer guy. That is what it is. But in terms of quality versus quality, I don't care what anyone says unless you are a massive brand with massive community waiting to hear from you, you have to put out a shedload of content. And the easiest way to do is to film stuff and put it into like opus. There's no other way. Like we've just filmed some in front of someone as a favor in the Warwickshire area, and you're going to put it to a person apart from the recording bear, it's going to take you an hour time. You've got 30 clips are put them out and find what's works and reverse engineer that like you're doing now and do more of that. It's very simple. So yeah, just like sometimes I'll add videos, I have a template and kind of put them on. Yeah really really simple. So quantity quality quantity over quality. Don't overthink it. Just put stuff out there and someone some mistakes do more of that. But you've got to put the quantity out in the initial stages to get the learnings. Simple. And if anyone has any different sack the juggler or your agent, say, because they're talking utter nonsense, okay, right in the day I'm indifferent. But you know what? I don't believe even known Michael. I'm not. I just think that the platform is want you to engage with users on the platform. The more content you get it put out, the more engagement you get. The more people come out to the platform, the more they prioritize your content over anyone else's. Thanks to come in. Take for James right here's here is two examples I have the weekend. Okay. So you went to the garden center to buy Rupert's Memorial tree for my fun garden. Okay. They're looking for the palm tree. I found the tree. Japanese maple. Very rock and roll. Right. So I had a bit of a nice take in the kids and all that stuff. So I picked the tree. There's. You know, I'm telling a story here, Michael. So I got the tree. I'm must saying, guys, dinner is two and a half. So he's like, hey, want some food right now? This particular garden center in Stratford, okay, is a nice guy in the center, but the food is really expensive. I don't know, it's expensive, but it's fine. I'm not going to eat there anyway. So there's like a cafe like inside. Yeah. Every, every single gardens on this because they're very profitable. Those. Yeah. Need kilos. No not those are garden centers. Actual garden centers. That's a home store. No no no no, that's not a garden center. Right. Anyway, so so I then go my daughter has the same she have a sausage sandwich. My son wants beans enticed because they see anything that I like. Because my daughter got no garlic anyway. Right. And then we have two coffees. I go to the front desk and there's a young lady I've seen in that before, and I know we can't be. I know we can't be asked. Right. But as I said in my last lap, I get it right. I've been that. We've all been there in jobs when you're sort of late teens, early 20s and you're doing there and you don't really want it, but you need enough money to go out on the weekend, a few beers, right? Or whatever it is. Jones has worked. I have actually worked. Yeah, I'm actually I'm pretty good. A lot of work in the early stages of my life and a lot of, you know, listening. So just to the left, one on one, want to say, I said, you deny I used to clean taxis in the day, did the, radio at night. So that was literally from 12 to 3 or four in the morning. So yeah, I've done my juice woolies as Asda doing the trolleys the lot. So eat me. Right. So came to get involved on this and so this lad. So go up on to say have two coffees. Can I have a children's sausage sandwich? We don't do children's size. Okay, fine. Just sausage. So much fun. Although no kid is going to eat a full adult sized sausage sandwich. So, you know, you're going to spend money and it's going to be wasted. But it is what it is. And then I said, can up kids being some toast. It's all that's fine. So we put on the till they went, oh that's 20.90 pounds pay. And I've gone how much I as I said some of the higher I, you know making a joke because it's a lot of money for essentially four items or two of which are coffee. No. So you know, have a bit banter with him because it's funny that he's just dump me for £20 because I've asked for four items. Fine. I think about to sit down. I look at the menu because I'm like, how is that worked out? And he's 21 quit. It's a lot of money. So I've looked at it and I've gone, the coffee is no normal coffee. Wherever you go in the UK it's rather the same, right? But it's not beans on toast on the menu. So I've gone, why is it so? So now I did ask him for a second, because now I'm going to Lux as I speak. Expensive. So look to man, it said beans on toast.£6 like 6 pounds was Charles beans toast. I then look up the menu and for child's full breakfast like he know their family. English. Best for a child and a drink and something else is 595 I'm like of which has beans and toast obviously including not some like he can't be off. So I went back up to the I said you want me just quickie. I said, the full English here for kids. You know it's a kid's little breakfast is five, nine, five and you get that I think it was tourism. I know some cutting stuff and fruit juice, fruit juice. And the only thing I'm not having a mine is basically any of the protein, which is the most valuable thing on the breakfast. And I get enough for this. I, I've been charged more like, is there anything you can do? And this is honestly his response on manager. I'm on. Oh no no no I'm not saying. Ma'am, I just. I'm just. It's just like storms off. And yet this woman, she's okay, so. No, no. It's fine. I'm just saying, I've just been charged£6 for being sometimes. Here's the say. But it's for a son who's two and a half, by the way. And you get all this for five, nine, five. She went all here's a through. Yeah. I don't think it. Oh look fine I know it's you know so so but the way he and he stormed off of the back and went for the thing obviously to tell all his mates because you know again that's what they do. These children I thought you cheeky get right. So I sat back down and I've gone I'm not in Eric again. I go to the garden center, La Pomona. Every time I come here the food's even not out great, which I'm not expecting a michelin star. But you know, you know, when you pay for snippets of knowledge like, Oh, well, I knew this wasn't going to be very good, but it is fine. So I'm pretty money there again. You know, you're getting overcharged and it's on me. The greatest. Yeah. So it's one of those but it's on average is okay. But £21 and and okay. So I was like okay fine. So he gets again So that was Saturday okay. On Sunday I needed to get a trellis for the front of my house for the match line is right. This is such an adult conversation and got the trellis. Got a lot of things from gardens. And this is home base actually. Now I mean home nice. Okay, so I'm in home base banking in home base and they've the land. And when they've changed all this, you know when you go to a and you know finesse I'm in there with my son who's turned off his rack in the place. I'm not aware of these bloody drills and all the rest of it's just a fly for being came. You've made your screws section and nails very complicated. You want to make whoever sign off at office? Got sacked. The job to start again because it's very complicated. And I would say I'm not an idiot and I cannot place so by all my stuff. Trellis. And then as I'm buying it, I said to the lady, oh, can I also got two rolls of turf. Other from okay. Which is explanation because my neighbors have joint going on over my little thing. So I never in my life so I so I thought, I'll tell you what, I'll dig it out and I'll quickly put it somewhere next doors of a half who? Unfortunately, she's not the greatest driver. She can see that I'm trying to do that so she won't get over my lawn, which is far. So, there's no an old lady boss over me, and she has to trust. So there's having to scan because there's just outside. So she asked that young lady was doing the South Tale, where is it? And he spoke to her quite rudely. I mean, I should lie, because if she should not even I was. I come by. If that was your nana mine. I'm. We'd be a little bit annoyed about that. So she's only ask and you can clearly say she's. It's a new tale she's trying to figure out. And he said oh it's 3 pounds. Oh great. It's ten off. So six with that. Does that save me from yesterday? I'm up there. So she puts through the tale and she doesn't. So I pay it and I look at the receipt quickly, which I'm not doing anyway. And that is no discount is £6. So I said all you haven't put the discount and she's all I'm sorry. I said, no, it's fine. 13 minutes it took her to figure out and she had to get someone over. But because for another 30 minute she was I'm so sorry, but this is. Oh no. No, it's it's absolutely fine. You know. And she was actually communicate. So we match having a conversation. You know she was trying to scam my son because he's getting irritated at two and a half. That is how you deal with a predicament which is going to annoy customer because you know, people you can imagine, you can imagine by this point we're six deep, you know, huffing and puffing and it's like, that is what it is. And that's what we can do. Yeah, Rudy's in the derby is, you know, kicking off a, you know, he's getting agitated, but it's just one of those things she can't help. She need someone to come and help and we go, why. If someone there's nothing any of us can do. But but again, because she's communicating. She's trying to make light of the situation. I've let her go. And it was annoying because it's cornered my life. I'm never going to back. But no, no, it was a positive experience. I it's just a nice experience. Whereas if you go alongside the day before and all I've said to the ladies like you just charge me £6 first she has beans on toast and I get this, which is the same. And obviously she's not free to tell I'm not the manager. No, no, no. But I've just been like, oh, God. Oh, sorry. No need a manager. Yeah. Let me let me speak to Sandra Weaver. Name is absolutely easy rather than just the and I just, you know, there are two parallels there. And what I was trying to say with the co-op thing is that issue is that and you know, we've all of these stores retail is in a is in a hard place right now because we're shopping online more. These stores are spending money to acquire customers. It's not really clear they're spending money to acquire customers and a lot of money. If you look at how much money buys, it places like being Q spend on awareness. Yeah, that garden center will be spending some money, won't be anywhere close to being queue, but they're spending money on putting radio ads or something of that ilk to get me in. I don't spend money and it's cost. They very cost, you know, to acquire customers pretty good. Few hundred quid. I go in now, have a negative experience and I leave and I'll never go back. It's like co-op. I will not spend money in co-op. I'll put it to some station, you know, I lock it up. Tell annoy me about I didn't I even went to the, I even went round the shop the other day and I said I'm not going to come, I'm not going, I don't drive, I'm way to go. But. And they've lost a customer, but I spent all that money to acquire me, so it's all gone. Well, you know, people in the comments and Twitter go there on minimum wage on this stuff like get it like, but we've all been on minimum wage. That's how you start a career. Everyone starts a career on the lowest wage possible. That's what the minimum wage is there to do. It's to give you a, a a a jumping off point. Well, it's there to give you a, a wage, which the government feels is good enough for you to live a, a okay life, you know, not great life. It if live a great life, that's the reality to it. But it's a springboard to then go on further in your career, whether that's in retail, whether that's in, you know, office space, service, whatever it may be. So the fact that people are going there on minimum wage, what you expect minimum wage, minimum output, I think is I think it's a I think is so, so rude. You don't have that in there you're not going to get I don't even know. No, absolutely I, I, I'm, I'm a we spoke about this other day when I rang Elman and I even went on zoom, which was I can't believe the amount of people that are blaming minimum wage as a reason why people are essentially doing their job. And I find it I it's quite sad, actually, when you look at it, if that's if that's the general consensus around this country. I think it's bizarre. I constitute before when I was Woolies was at 1.70 pound an hour. Now obviously with inflation I get it. But even back then, 20 years ago wasn't a 1 pound 17 hour read. I, I couldn't go in town because it still wasn't enough money. But I worked, you know, my socks off there on a Wednesday night after college as well. I did the night shift there and I would do all the toys and stuff. So but you did your job and when you're on the tills and stuff, you have to just communicate. Yeah, you're not asking for money because a lot of people get misconstrued as like, oh, this post, you know, go out of their way to do all that. But you know how you are asking for anything more than what, like basic level of an and if I was rude, you know, if anyone's rude is like a lot. They're, you know, a lot of people are people on their phones and stuff might get on. There's the odd occasion I've been asleep, Mark, and I'm on the phone because I've quickly jumped into something. I'm on the phone to rob the developer or something, and I look, you know, I know meeting or. Sorry about this. Yeah. Can I just, you know, and there's occasions where. But when you feel you go quite open the middle. I'm sorry about this. I'm just, you know, then it's fine. But if you're doing your weekly shop, you know, you're in the phone. You sort of not. Yeah. Whatever, mate. You know, I get that rude. Totally get it. Actually, just been on your phone, but just. Oh, how are you doing? Like I said to that girl in the car that day, you UK no response. That is. I'm sorry. It's unacceptable. Yeah. Somebody in the comments was like yeah on down. She actually didn't sign them. Oh no no she said zero. So I'm sorry for all that for all that experience era and then pushed it across. I'm like, come on guys like this is this is I think it's just simple. I don't know, maybe, maybe, maybe I'm maybe I'm actually getting older because some somebody else thinks it's. And my phone. Well, you know, it's not it's not their job to like, do all that for you and I'm lovely car. It's customer service. It's all like, they were like, what is it like to be about you? Why should close down your money? That's literally what the job is like. Not to be like rage and like it's not a great job, but it's like people saying, oh, why should I put all the focus on me? Or my boss is a customer. It's 12 pounds an hour, 12 pounds an hour. They get paid in co-op. I think it is done quite minimal. Exactly. But it's not, you know, it's not an insignificant amount of money. Is that somebody upset? Oh so, so yes. That was, that's that was my little, my yin and yang from the weekend. And again you look at how they've both dealt with are polar opposites. One who is a mature being that done it understands what customer service is and a young lad maybe doesn't. But look at the two experiences. You know, a chalk and cheese. Chalk and cheese. So I was like, oh, he's in. I think I give it, it's just social media. And it's not people, not that person. Use the word. What about your is the greatest? Yeah. Icebreakers comments were they were like, someone's like, yeah, what if this girl was going through the, the you could do I would, they could be like, anyone who's ever read three weeks ago, they should. That's not. This is any farmable. I've been I've spent with my first girlfriend and I. This is, like, off topic, massively ready. But I remember going into it the next day at maybe it Asda. It was almost as. Yeah, because actually I was in the piece counter at the back again. I've worked, I've been there. And I remember being there, you know, and it's. No, I didn't have to wear those. No, no. Well, you have to wear a hat is like aloha. I remember going into work, it was a morning shift because I had to finish. I'd get up for six, finish and 12, then rush to football when I was playing at home because I couldn't do away games, could I? And so I remember going to work and essentially sobbing like a child in that store. But I was there, like doing what I was paid to do, which is serve customers. Yeah. You know, suddenly the world is falling apart because you, you and your first girl girlfriends split up. You have to get over that. So that was about all right, I get it. But that's what, you know, makes us who we are. So yeah, it is anyway, right off any marketing you saying this week Any. Any marketing. Any marketing. Eight trend just this week. Michael. I think he probably has. Sometimes I send them to the family as often. I'm just talking about, well, on Instagram or something. So she says it's got A to B payments on it. We have this discussion before or, you know, we talk about liking does doing this or marketing when your business like this actually work. Yeah. I still thought it was entertaining. Can't. But I thought I was going to do a now. Back. I what if it was the other way around? You do a handstand. Yeah, I, I do like these sort of things. And like part of me thinks like, will this get the more customers for whatever they do? Probably not. Miles, I, they do. Just some like these videos where they go around like though she's 35, I'm not seeing any time zones here. And she was taking over the social media whilst I go on holiday. So I love these and I would love for you to do one for me. I just thought like, yeah, there was some other one where they did like all of the they did like all the team I think is this one where they were like, where do you live? I'm my. I work in a clothing. How do you pricing other businesses to success to. It's like she's the wife of the guy. He's the director. I got the director on I'm like, it's a it's a kind of a way to do the. So it's I'm a lot of brands are doing this which is like, you know, putting the curtain up, you know, putting the curtain to and not looking through. And obviously we're doing a very, you know, we get really good feedback on the vlogs. But as you all know, people will say, although I did have some interesting feedback from friends at barbecue this weekend, which says I'm a miserable cat. And I said, well, that is unfortunate in my life. Outside Balcombe. I do, I do. I think it works. I think it does work. on me, following because of me, I, I get the argument that it's like you might because that one of enhancement, it's not a 71,100, 1000 love. There's more sort of awareness, and it's not for me to get in. So I think it's better than. It's like you can tell with the on this account, she does have a sense of humor. And she's like, it's not just, you know, you can tell sometimes when it's like, this is a trend. And so we're going to make people laugh watching all these films. But yeah, I think it's great. I think it's very good for internal as well, teams to have, you know, you know, like we call it like the fake market. I don't like, you know, this podcast, you know, I think it's a nice little sidekick that we sort of try and help ourselves with clips and stuff. So I think from an internal perspective, in terms of morale, I think it's good. Does it produce outcomes in terms of revenue? I think if you get enough frogs, I think you'll you'll, you know, you'll strike lucky on a few of them. If people remember, they did the thing in my office or in the middle of the night or something. Yeah. And I like there is, there is absolutely. There's interest like a lot of it is on the underside. They're doing better than the behind the scenes stuff is very on trend at the moment. So pure sports. You know Gymshark adding a little bit more. But there's, there's tons of examples. Carry a, an agent say I've at rise at seven. A lot of brands are doing it. It's rather more night. Yeah. More relatable. And, you know, coming off the journey and all that stuff. Whereas these guys are just taking the out of themselves. Right. Which is good. Well, it how we conversions, I think it will help people that are in the funnel that were ready to purchase a like these are relatable. I wouldn't go on the website and there's no way to find. Yeah, true. What I would also do is for customers for retention. I think it works as well because these guys did like a yearly like we used to recycle on to the races. You know, because he like spending time with clients, the more friendly you are with them, the less they are likely to to churn and move away to competitors. I think from a retention perspective, if you use example, let's say she does account management and all of the conversations are like, I've seen you over video. That's that's a good retention tool. So I found actually there's there's a couple of ways player from a pure Bdsm perspective in terms of getting lead through the door, I don't think it's as worthwhile as people would think, because all we've had a million views. Yeah, again, most people, because I don't even know what they did. Let's say calm down. So no, no HIV payments. I'm assuming they're a, like a transaction, you know, like a. It's a payment solutions. Yes they do. They'll do like online payments from, you know, and yeah. So like again, one of the big story flows for me about I'm not sure you know, that it's interesting. Not like it. I don't know really what I'm on it because it's like a could you get a hundred. You can figure out who gives and like towards the actual right people. Like more what that that Michael is where marketing is, is, is tricky and interesting. Saying now like that. That's a good, good little piece of marketing. This way. I've got nothing for you this week. Oh, there you go. Yeah, I've actually been really busy. You know, the teams are a bunch of these comments I didn't want to even yeah I forgot I enjoyed that shout it. Thank you. I mean, you could give it up for clients. Oh, yeah. I've, I had my fun. Now I just I wanted to, you know, if you did, you know we've we've stagnated at 55,000 is kind of getting like the same. Yeah. Like, it's not on minimum wage and I don't, I am not the customer on the phone and. Yeah. So cheers for cheers. But you know, ten us the obvious person must have commented, I'm off the one. I'm just typing some person that like they know that they all. It looks fun. Yeah. That was class. Yeah. But was form of a way to go on it and be like offended. But I was on. Right. Anyway. Right. That's another episode done. Next. Not here. This way. Because he's, picking up his sister's dog from Oxford services
at 6:00, which is right now I'd like to 40. Well, this is is actually. Wow. This were consistent. The like might be but be consistent. Take time off action. Okay. Not those. I like those anyway. Michael. See you next week, sir. And everyone, thank you so much for listening.
