Easter Sunday-Are You Afraid?

This year the readings for Holy Week present a significant contrast. For Mark, the story us dark and violent. Even the resurrection is met with fear. For John, these great events glorify Jesus. He does it all (“It is finished.”) And from the resurrection comes bold witness. We all live between fear and boldness. The stories invite and inspire us wherever we find ourselves in life.
