This week's round-up (our pilot episode, hosted by Nick Castillo) features student-led events on campus between October 6 and October 12.

Each week, a different set of clubs, meetings, and events is featured for students to think about!  There may also be club leaders who will have the opportunity to speak about their events and promote!

Hey there, my name is Nick Castillo and you're listening to the Weekly Roundup on the Perseverantia Podcast Network at Fitchburg State University. Let's get into it.

[ theme music peaks in energy then subsides into constant rhythm playing underneath ] 

NICK (host):
Starting with some club meetings. Our Improv Club meets on Sundays from 6 to 8 in the Ellis White Lecture Hall, and Tuesdays from 5 to 6:30 in the Science Lecture Hall. Go check it out!  Our Billiards Club meets on Tuesdays at 4pm over in the Hammond Game Room. Our Minecraft Club meets Wednesdays at 5pm in Percival 108.

NICK (host):
Our new K Pop Club meets Thursdays at 5pm in Hammond 314. Our Musical Theatre Club has rehearsals Wednesdays and Fridays at 5pm in Kent Recital Hall. All students are welcome to come and observe, maybe even get to know the cast. 

Now, on to some upcoming events. On Monday, October 7th at 3pm, our Dance Club will be hosting a merchandise sale. Check it out!

NICK (host):
Our Caribbean Student Association will be hosting Caribbean Card Revoked Jeopardy! on Monday, October 7th at 7pm in the Ellis White Lecture Hall. Our African Student Association will be hosting a Chipotle fundraiser on Tuesday, October 8th at 5pm. The Pokemon Society will be hosting a Bingo Night, Wednesday, October 9th at 7pm in the Hammond Main Lounge.

NICK (host):
Our Center for Diversity and Inclusiveness will be hosting a Latinx Young Alumni Panel on Thursday, October 10th at 6:30pm in the Hammond Main Lounge. And on Saturday, October 12th at 1pm, our Fitchburg Activities Board will be hosting a Six Flags BriteFest trip.
