Show Notes

Meet Ayesha Chughtai in episode 35 of Ellected. Ayesha and host Sarah Elder-Chamanara cover a lot of ground going all the way to when they first met during the federal election in 2015 when Ayesha was a regional organizer for the Liberal Party of Canada and Sarah was volunteering on her first campaign after stepping away from politics as a staffer in 2012.

Ayesha and Sarah talk politics, Ayesha's move from working as a regional organizer in Alberta to working in Ottawa, the work-life balance or lack thereof in the life of a staffer and the absolute need and importance of having radicalized people in politics and so much more.
