How was the arcade? Dude, we've gotta go. You've gotta go. We have to go again. They have a Pokemon pinball machine, they have every pinball machine you could imagine. Yeah, wasn't it free? Like the pinball plates or whatever? Well, no, no. So normally it's $15 to get in, but we were all comped from Danny. Danny comped all of us. So you go in, they have an N60 an N64 hooked up to an old school TV. Like a like a like a deep-bodied. You touch it. Yes. Yes. Sitting right beside it, a computer that doesn't even run on Windows 98, bud. It's an old ass old school computer hooked up with old games. There was some kid playing Oregon Trail while I was sitting there. That's my childhood. They have an entire bookcase filled to the brim with every record that I could ever want. And that's not even into the arcade part. You go into the arcade, every classic arcade game that you can imagine: Dig and Dug, Galaga, Street Fighter, all of the Street Fighters, like classic arcade boxes, and then all of the pinball machines of every franchise pinball wizard. There was Pokemon, there was Jaws, there was Pulp Fiction, there was King Kong, Godzilla, you name it, dude. And they have Ske Ball, dude. It was awesome. The drinks are incredible. We didn't have the food because we're on a diet. Well, we we shared a basket of fries. Lindsay and I shared a basket of fries. We regretted every minute of it, but we did do it, and they were amazing. And I had two beers, they were called daddy juices, they were awesome. And Lindsay had one beer. Dude, it was it was so fun. It was a blast. But more importantly, we're sitting there. Danny did the sound check, he's he's getting on the stage. They just started. Me and Lindsay are sitting there, and the bartender is like pointing at me, and I'm like, Me? Why? And she holds up all these little cups of clear liquid. And I was like, I didn't order shots. And I go up to the counter and I'm like, I didn't order shots. And she said, No, the girl sitting next to you. I was like, My wife? And she was like, No, the other side. There was this girl sitting beside us at a different table. And I was like, Oh, I'm not associated with them, but I'll take them to the table because the bartender can't get a hold of this girl's attention. So I'm like, I'll take them to the table and just let her know that you said that they're hers. So I bring these four shots over, I set them on the table. The girl thanks me. She's trashed. And she she like pats me and thanks me, right? We're sitting there, Danny's playing. She leans over and says, How do you know the band? I said, Oh, I know Danny. She goes, I know Danny. I said, That's cool. She goes, How do you know Danny? I said, We do a podcast together. She goes, Oh, the podcast with the teacher. I said, Yeah, my wife, she's right there. She's a teacher. Oh, okay. Right. I go back to watching Danny before. So then they get done with a couple more songs. She now comes full around the table, standing in front next, so like it's a rounded table, right? And I'm on one side, Lindsay's on the other, right? Boom, boom. And she's now in front facing both of us.

She goes, Maybe it won't be that bad. And I said, It's Friday. You have no idea. And sure enough, it was 40 minutes originally to get to Amber's house. It took us two hours and like 40-ish minutes to get there, and then another hour and 20-ish minutes to get back to Hampton from Virginia Beach, and then from Hampton to the venue was another two-hour drive. Yeah. Yeah, it was rough. It was rough.

I could take the time and probably learn, but the time that it would take to retrain myself to learn a new style of music could take a very long time. You know, your slipknot, your disturbed, your whatever, right? System of a down, system of a down, yeah, yeah. My chemical romance, whatever. How is that any different than me being the musician and wanting to write this album sitting down and turning on the album from System of a Down or My Chemical Romance or Disturbing? For inspiration?
