Episode 72. Serial Killer: Donna Perry
In 2012, in Spokane, WA, Donna Perry, a convicted felon, was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm, and it was then that her DNA was submitted to a national database. It was a surprise to law enforcement when her DNA was a hit to unsolved murders from 1990. Those murders were of 3 sex workers, who at the time that they were killed, were not able to be linked to Spokane serial killer Robert Yates, and went cold. It would take 22 years and the advancements in DNA technology to finally get justice for the 3 women who were murdered.
