Respect is a big word in relationships, especially for men - but what does respect truly mean?  We all need respect, but not always aligned on what it looks like in a relationship. In this episode, with licensed therapist Quentin Jiles, we take a look at the topic of respect and answer many of the questions people have.

  • Why is respect so important?
  • How do you distinguish between being “overly sensitive”, “prideful” and disrespectful?
  • Should we automatically  know what respect is, or is it learned?
  • Is respect the same for men and women?
  • Are there ever times when it's okay to disrespect your spouse?

If you or your spouse has ever struggled with giving respect or communicating what respect is to you, this episode is for you. Respect is too important of an issue to overlook.
