How to Overcoming Burnout

We normally think about burnout as an after thought. Once we have overextended ourselves, our health has deteriorated, and we lose motivation to do everyday life.  The unfortunate reality is that we have grown accustomed to this way of life. So much so, that we often wear it as a badge of honor, and encourage others to do the same. "If you truly want to be successful", this is what you must sacrifice. This false bill of goods has crippled our ability to maxmize our full potential and enjoy life in totality. In this episode of Untherapeutic, Dr. Nic Hardy is joined by Dr. Sana Chaudhry.

Dr. Sana provides evidence-based, practical solutions to combat burnout and how to rewire our nervous system. As a physician, wife and mother, she knows first-hand what it means to balance a successful career, and be fully present at home.

Listen to this episode, and get answers to questions that could save your life.
