Overcoming Mom Guilt

It’s called mom guilt, but it’s the feeling you get when you feel bad for dropping your kids off at school. When you are unable to attend an after-school program, or when you believe you aren’t living up to certain expectations. Not only can these feelings make us feel like we aren’t being a good mom, but they can make us question ourselves, and override all of the positive.

But do these feelings have a deeper meaning? If you have ever struggled with mom guilt, this podcast is for you? Join Dr. Nic Hardy and Dr. Rebecca Heron as they address many of these questions on mom guilt?

·      Is mom guilt a sign that we should be doing anything different?

·      Why do we feel guilty about things that we know we have to do as a parent?

·      How do you know if our life is out of balance?

·      What practical strategies should we implement for balancing your personal

well-being, career and family?

·      Much More….
