Join Dr. Ron and I as we discuss the first 5 of these 10 steps to conflict resolution. Keep in mind that the happiness you have in your relationship isn’t correlated to the amount of disagreements you have. Instead, happiness within your relationship has a lot more to do with what you do to resolve the issues and disagreements. You need to learn how to resolve your conflicts in a mature manner. Hopefully this episode will help you to do that. And listen in for next Monday's episode as we complete this ten step model. 
1.      Set a time and place for the discussion. 

2.      Define the problem and be specific about it. 

3.      List the ways that each of you contribute to the problem. 

4.      List and discuss past attempts you’ve made to resolve this issue. 

5.      Brainstorm and write down 10 possible solutions of how to fix this issue. Wacky ideas are welcome.
