This week the boays are joined by wrestler, actor and presenter Grado. He describes his journey from play-wrestling wearing his gran's tights as a kid to become part of British wrestling's renaissance (and rubbing shoulder with WWE greats like Mick Foley and Kurt Angle). There's a whole host of other topics including Grado's vaping addiction, getting a tattoo of a Chinese restaurant and receiving sausage casserole recipes from Michael Barrymore. Plus, they discuss his previous life working in the fire service (and get his take on "What's Come Under the Boil?"), working with Stu on Scot Squad and how it compared to doing more scripted work on Two Doors Down, and there's even a cameo appearance from Grado senior - in what is overall a riotous ep from start to finish.
