Rider works as a Financial Advisor Support with a Boutique Wealth Management firm. She also has a background as a Social Media Coordinator working for organisations such as 10 Lessons Learned, The Professional Development Forum and a Not-For Profit organisation called The
Helmsman Project.
Rider also has a strong passion on working with young people to help them realise their potential and become leaders of their own life.
Over the years Rider has developed an enthusiastic curiosity for personal development and now being in finance this has shaped her focus on building the capacity of young people within finance.
