This week's episode details my journey through fitness, from an athlete in organized sports, to an obsession with aesthetics and numbers, to someone who began to value movement for the right reasons.
There was a pivotal moment in my life where I quit valuing movement for how it made me feel and rather relied on it for how it made me look. This led me down a dark path that took me years to leave behind.
