After over a decade in the fitness industry, I am reflecting on how my beliefs have evolved and why I now hold most opinions more loosely. This candid episode covers my complete 180s (or 90s in some cases) on meal timing, macro counting, exercise form, warm-ups, machines (yes, including the Smith machine), cardio's importance, processed food and more. 

I discuss why "flexible dieting" might not actually flexible, how we've overcomplicated form corrections, why your glutes aren't actually "asleep," and beyond.

It's important to me to not only be learning and evolving as a coach, but to acknowledge where I've pivoted in my train of thought and why.
