Today’s episode is the first episode in A-Maze-Ing Career’s history where I’m sharing the story of someone who’s transitioned internally, and Sydne did it in one of the world’s most well-known businesses. Sydne’s journey is less about not knowing what she wanted to do, but more about how she managed her own journey to get to do what she wanted to do.
