On today’s Costa Mesa Pod we have Lindsey from The Mom Walk Co Costa Mesa, a new meetup for moms in the Costa Mesa area! The Mom Walk Co has spread like wildfire across the nation and has gained a lot of momentum in our area. The purpose is simple - it's a way to create community for new moms so they can bond and do an activity with their little ones. Walking is GREAT for your mind, body & soul! They generally have 3-40 moms who come out with their kids and meetup 2 times per month at some of the great walking trails we have locally, like Back Bay and Fairview Park.
