On this episode of The Go Crazy Podcast we sit down to talk to Isaac Wood. He is the Head Coach of the SLCC Track & Field and Cross Country teams. He started the program from scratch and within 18 months has led them to a National Championship with his unique approach to recruiting and coaching. We also had a special guest appearance by Co-Host Bart's daughter, Brielle, who was a part of this year's National Champion team.
