Welcome to a competitive call to start out 2022 as I present the notion of how we have been sold on being good enough throughout our lives.

Whether we are willing to accept it or not a great deal of our upbringing was based around satisfying standards and doing enough. This mindset got us through school and into our careers, but when I look back on my passions as a child and look at the passions I pursue today, they were born out of an exposure to an elite mindset and standard.

So what came first? The passion or the exposure to elite performance? Through this 10 minute episode I present the notion that I pursued sports growing up thanks to being educated and exposed to elite level sport.
