Welcome to the MoneyfitMD podcast. Today is an extra special day for me, as I'm celebrating three incredible milestones. First, it's my birthday! Another year older, but hopefully a little bit wiser too. Second, it's the third anniversary of  MoneyfitMD. I can hardly believe it's been three years since I first started this venture, and I'm so grateful for all the lives that has been touched,  amazing experiences and opportunities it's brought me.

And last but certainly not least, today is the official launch of my book, "Done with Broke"! This project has been a labor of love, and I'm thrilled to finally share it with the world. In honor of these three milestones, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past year and share with you "four things from my heart".
