With the new year upon us, I’m not going to talk about the typical goal setting steps or how to make a vision board, or anything like that, but instead I’m going to talk about alcohol. I’ve talked about it before, but I did a Dry January last year and my intention for the new year is to do it again and to do a dry month every other month or so.

Today, we're diving into a topic that many people ponder but rarely discuss in-depth: the effects of alcohol on our bodies and steps we can take to move away from alcohol consumption.  So grab a cozy spot, sit back, and let's get started!
