VALENTINE’S DAY. If you think of anything please let me know, because this package has it all, the kitchen sink of Valentine’s Day movie events. 

SING - SING.  RATED R, 1:47. Divine G (Colman Domingo), imprisoned at Sing Sing for a crime he didn't commit, finds purpose by acting in a theatre group alongside other incarcerated men, including wary newcomer (Clarence Maclin), in this stirring true story of resilience, humanity, and the transformative power of art, starring an unforgettable ensemble cast of formerly incarcerated actors.

2025 OSCAR SHORTS. Always a fan favorite, this years edition will entertain, inform and inspire. The three categories, Live Action, Animation and Documentary will screen in rotation (as we have done the last three years). As mentioned above, I am debating on whether to keep them until Friday or bring back SING SING fill the week. Here is the criteria: Ticket sales and gross revenue. Should SING SING overachieve, it will do a week 2 gig fro Mon - Thu, and should it not, we’ll hold over OSCAR NOMINATED SHORT for those days. YOU get to vote!!!! Here is the weekend rotation for OS:

Tickets are on-sale now for FROM GROUND ZERO, the Michael Moore produced collection of 22 short films from Palestinian filmmakers covering the carnage of Gaza. The Feb 22 @ 1:30 screening with include a Q&A with the Kitsap Palestine Solidarity Coalition.

I drove down to Olympia on Wednesday to partake in the patriotic chore of showing our elected officials the direction we would like to head. Despite the snow, rain, winds and sleet, a number of concerned Americans made their voices heard. I shot a lot of video and posted a short clip on my (neglected) YouTube Channel.
