Yes, you can count on some cinematic fun ‘round these parts! Ye-haw. But first, an explanation. You might be thinking, where, oh where, were you last week, cowboy? Because, yes, after almost FIVE YEARS of weekly updates, posts, scheduling and other assorted newsiness, I missed a deadline and that streak came to a painful end. And how painful was it? Five broken ribs and a collapsed lung painful.  Word to the wise: If you are going to tackle hardwood stairs in your socks, make sure you have a clamp on the hand rail.

THE BIG SHOW: TRUE LOVES on FEB 21. Tickets are on-sale now HERE. But wait there’s more. Do you ever feel like whatever you’re doing to uphold your end of the FIGHTING FASCISM battle isn’t enough? I do, almost hourly. And you know that one of the most important things we can do is to not let the bastards keep us from doing the things we love? Things like going to the movies, watching live music, supporting local Arts & Humanities programs and just a few of the ways we can all make our community culturally alive, vibrant and soul enriching. You have been watching how we have been adding video screening behind the bands as they play live on-stage, this is an extension, or enhancement on that theme. I am calling it BAINBRIDGE TRUE LOVES. Which gets you producer status as you then have earned the submission of two of your favorite photos of people (family friends, heroes, neighbors) places (local, or global with locals) or things (pianos, cameras, horses, works of art, gardens) which we will then edit into a live presentation to be debuted live the night of the TRUE LOVES concert on Feb 21.
