  • Procedure: 
    • (1) Read Appeal Request in Full 
    • (2) Note that the Board of Appeals will consider only those issues explicitly raised in the written appeal
    • (3) Note that the burden of proof rests with the Appellant 
    • (4) Appellant may speak in support of the appeal 
    • (5) Municipal Representative(s) may speak as to the reasons for the decision appealed from 
    • (6) Entertain Questions from the Board to the Appellant (Questions must be asked through the Chair) 
    • (7) Entertain Questions from the Board to the Municipal Representative(s) (Questions must be asked through the Chair)
