With a diverse background, Josh brings a unique perspective, blending his roles as a seasoned sales, marketing, and branding consultant, a dedicated husband, and a father of two. His personal journey is marked by resilience. Born to teen parents, he confronted challenges such as racial identity, abandonment, bigotry, depression, poverty, and brushes with the criminal justice system. Yet, he emerged stronger, a testament to his indomitable spirit. At 20, he became a single father, raising his daughter during her formative years, mirroring her struggles with abandonment due to her biological mother's absence. Josh's perspective on fatherhood is further enriched by his extensive family—over a dozen siblings, mostly on his father's side. His approach is rooted in offering hope, love, logic, and guidance while respecting complex family dynamics and past challenges. He aims to foster meaningful conversations about fathers' vital role in shaping their children's lives.
