We live in a time where there is information overload. This creates the “shinning object” syndrome. We as consumers have so many options to choose from when it comes to finding answers to our challenges. However, many of these solutions sound great, but don’t follow through on their promises. In this talk we will explore the types of “sales training” that exists, where there are gaps in what is taught versus what works and we will talk through value-driven relationship building. It is time to stop selling and start connecting!
Devin Sizemore is the owner of Devin Sizemore Consulting and co-owner of Enchanted Cat Cafe. Devin’s passion is everything business and in having a positive impact with the individuals and companies he works with. Over the last decade he has owned a variety of companies and managed the area for a national PEO. He has worked with over 400 businesses on sales, marketing, systems & processes, and more!
Devin is heavily involved in the community. He is a member, partner, or sponsor with many of the business and networking organizations in town. In addition, he is on the board of the Northern Nevada RAVE Family Foundation and Western Nevada College Foundation. He is a big with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada. He supports several area non-profits through event attendance, gathering of donations, promotion & volunteering. He is always looking for ways to drive value to others through referrals and connections.
His better half is Hayley Meadows, and they have a blended family with three awesome kiddos – Penelope, Elias & Saylor. When he is not working, networking, or volunteering you will find him out on a golf course enjoying the many courses in Northern Nevada.

A very extroverted engineer, he spent most of his career in sales and management, and his passion is teaching others from his lessons learned. He draws upon his experience as a search and rescue volunteer, Ski Patroller and five-time IRONMAN triathlon finisher to engage and motivate audiences. His natural inclination is to be a problem solver, and he did just that across his personal and professional life. He leveraged his technical and communications skills to bring value to his employers and clients, and will challenge you to be your best.
