About Lauren:
Lauren is an Industry leader that is paving the way in the paediatric rehabilitation space and over the last 4 years has further invested in numerous courses to upskill and evolve her personal development and leadership capabilities, further growing as a clinician and leader.
Lauren prides herself on being the role model and leader she needed when she was younger, and is incredibly passionate about upskilling the profession, and advocating within the paediatric rehabilitation space, to enhance the standard of care for children creating RIPPLE effects Australia wide, which is the ethos of the Precision Paediatrics brand.
Lauren is a trained Paediatric Exercise Physiologist and completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Master’s of Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU in Melbourne.
Lauren has seven years clinical experience working within the Neurological/ TBI wards of a major rehabilitation hospital in Melbourne, in the Tertiary Education sector at Deakin University and within community and private practice, specialising in paediatric rehabilitation.
Lauren has completed extensive training in the Paediatric space including primitive reflex integration and Paediasuit training basic and baby courses, to further deepen her clinical skills.
Currently Lauren has a caseload of kids primarily working within the early intervention space and also works within the consultancy and course development areas for Precision Paediatrics
