When we hear “accessible healthcare,” most of us think about geography or cost. But real accessibility goes far beyond location and price.

In this episode, I’m unpacking what accessibility really looks like in practice — from the design of your clinic space to the culture you create, the inclusivity of your language, and the way you show up as a clinician.

You’ll hear:

  • Why telehealth alone doesn’t guarantee access
  • How physical spaces can unintentionally exclude people
  • The role of affordability and creative service models
  • Why accessibility is also emotional and cultural
  • How soft skills like listening and empathy are just as important as clinical expertise

Accessibility isn’t optional, it’s essential. And it’s not solved by a single clinic model, it’s a mindset we need to carry through every layer of our work.
