When you hear “women’s health,” what’s the first thing that comes to mind? For many clinicians, it’s pelvic floor or pre/postnatal care.

But here’s the truth: women’s health isn’t a niche. It’s half the population — spanning every stage of life, every body system, and every health condition. If you still think of it as a narrow specialty, you’re missing enormous opportunities to grow as a clinician and truly impact lives.

In this episode, I’m challenging the idea of women’s health as “small” and showing why it’s actually one of the broadest, most complex fields you can work in.

What you’ll learn in this episode:

  • Why women’s health is a field, not a box
  • The unique skillsets you build when working in pelvic health, endometriosis, menopause, pregnancy, oncology, and more
  • How complexity shows up when phases of life and health conditions overlap
  • Why layering skills across women’s health makes you irreplaceable as a clinician
  • How HER Education and WHAES are designed to help you build not just knowledge, but practical application
