Guest Session: Leyna Topete - LA Based Entrepreneur & Non-Profit Founder
Leyna Topete is a Philanthropist, Singer, Actress and founder of Her Too non-profit that seeks to improve access to breast cancer treatments for underprivileged women. She also founded "Impromptu" a make up line that was created to serve people that suffer from allergies to common lipstick ingredients, inspired by her Mother who sadly passed away from cancer.
Leyna and I have been working together for 4 years and the she inspires me for so many reasons. I love that in this episode she mentions how having an effective brand strategy allows her to create new businesses that appear bigger than what they are which opens her brands to amazing opportunities. In this episode we also talk about how to know when it's time to put a pause in a business and how to process the feelings that come with that PLUS how entrepreneurial people might have different way of thinking to others.
