LGBTQiA+ and Medical School(ing)
From the dark ages of stigma to the semi-color state we’re in today—this episode dives deep into the realities of being LGBTQIA+ in medical school and beyond. 🏳️🌈📚
We had the privilege of hosting Jeri Ann (MS4, she/they), Marvill Woo (MS3, they/them), Vineet (MS3, he/him), and Matt Walsh (MS3, he/him) to discuss everything from PrEP stigma to how we can uplift and support the next generation of LGBTQIA+ medical professionals.
We even got into the lighter side—what music and shows bring comfort after long study sessions! 🎶📺
Lastly, we are very thankful and appreciative of all the esteemed guests that took time off from their very busy schedules and sat down with us and talked about their creative process.
