On Tuesday 24th, the monthly TISBURY CARER CAFÉ is running from 10:30-12:00 at Beatons. There will be tea, coffee and cake as well as peer to peer support and a trained volunteer on hand to welcome anyone wanting to share their experiences. 

On Wednesday 25th, there is a POP-UP CAFE in the Hinton Hall from 10:30-12:00. 

And later in the day from 6-8pm is the start of a new weekly TABLE TENNIS club. This will take place at the Nadder Centre and all levels are welcome. For more details contact the Nadder Centre or message Edward Bell via Facebook.

On Thursday 26th, The Nadder Valley Arts Society kick off their Festival with the film, LOVING VINCENT at the NewVic at 7:30pm. There will also be a bar and corridor exhibition. Tickets are £4.

On Friday 27th morning, PYTHOUSE KITCHEN GARDEN are seeking volunteers to help in the garden from 9:30-12:00. And in return they are offering green fingered tips from the head gardener, coffee and pastries on arrival, plus a £10 PKG voucher. If you are interested, text James on 07725 908338.

And on Friday evening from 6-8pm at the NewVic, The Arts Festival are holding a PREVIEW EVENING with entertainment from Charlie Greenwood. Tickets are £10 and include a glass of wine and canapes. There will also a bar.

Also on Friday evening, Beatons are hosting a HALLOWEEN SPECIAL, with pizza and cocktails from 6-9pm. Dressing up is encouraged. If you want to book a table, call Beatons in advance. 

On Saturday 28th, The NADDER VALLEY ARTS FESTIVAL EXHIBITION is taking place in the Victoria Hall from 10:30 through to 5pm. This exhibition is free and will be showcasing local artists and artisans and is running Printing Workshops throughout the day. In addition, a café in the Elizabeth Hall, will showcase work that the Society has supported from local schools and from Guy’s Marsh prison.

Also on Saturday, there will be the 1st meeting of the season for the GENTLEMAN’S BREAKFAST. This starts at 8:30am in the Royal Oak, Swallowcliffe. Tarquin Folliss, OBE, will be speaking on ‘Cyber and Normal Humans’. Email reservations for this event are requested by Wednesday 25th to Paul Budd: pvbudd@gmail.com and the cost is £18 per head.  

On Sat 28th evening, TISBURY SPORTS & SOCIAL CLUB are holding a Halloween party with music from BUZZ starting at 8:30. Fancy dress is recommended.
