So today is Hypno Level 52, and it is entitled Let Me Be your Queen. Before we begin, I want to assure you that you will be fully aware of my voice and my training methods and you will remember everything that happens during this hypnosis session, and I want you to remember this one in particular. You will not be made to do anything under hypnosis that you do not want to do. Everything I say should leave you feeling renewed and refreshed and hopeful, and providing increased concentration in your daily life. The most important thing that I want to ask of you right now is to take all of your attention off of every outside element in your life your job, your house, your car, your schedule, where you need to be None of that matters right now, time is stopping as I take control of your mind and your body, so I want you to empty your mind and then, after you've emptied your mind, I want you to open it up to me. Now I want you to lay down relax, and as you relax, you will begin to feel your head relaxing. You feel comfortable and as your head rests on its spot, your body joins in the relaxation that your head feels.

Right now, all that you need to think about is submitting to my voice. I want you to learn and submit to me. Breathe in through your nose and out of your mouth Very good, I am going to breathe with you and join you in this relaxation. Breathe in again and out of your mouth Very good, I can feel my mind relaxing and I know that yours is too. Your body is beginning to completely unwind. You can feel it in every cell within your body a desire, a desire to become more and more submissive to my commands. You see, I want you to feel calm and I will cover you.
