Like my momma said, life is like a heart in a paper bag. Wait, no that can't be right. Chains and whips excite me? By now you've either realized we're talking about the anime Hunter X Hunter starting this week or wondering if I have a body in my freezer (Hint: We're talking about Hunter X Hunter and I always decompose the bodies in the bathtub) One of the best Shonen anime out there, we leave Whale Island to explore the world from York New City to New York City (Just kidding, New York City is a made up place). Listen to us talk about how we first met Gon and the gang and talk a lot about what we love about the series. Seriously, for an anime that is new to us there is a lot of love for it so I think this will be a treat. There's a lot to unpack as we begin this quadrilogy so come along with us as we take the Hunter's Exam!
