Nicknamed the ‘Hardest Geezer’, extreme ultrarunner Russ Cook has certainly suffered his fair share of hardship during his quest to become the first ever person to run the complete length of the African continent. Recently, however, he arguably faced his hardest test so far: securing a visa for Algeria.
