Migraines can be debilitating.
Mine were awful.
I had no idea that it wasn't a problem in my head.... It was an imbalance in my brain caused by my liver.
I would have never known this if I hadn't done testing on my hormones. It isn't something that my doctors were able to help with, or even pain killers.
If you don't treat the root of the imbalance, the problem will never go away. You won't heal.... you just kick the can down the hill (in essence), for your body to create another imbalance.
This is the reason why our bodies get so far from operating optimally. This is the reason there is DISEASE.

When I was growing up, I was briefly told that I would get my period about once a month and to prepare for the worst.
THAT WAS IT.
No talk about hormones, cycles, or my body. It wasn't until much later (about 30 years later) that I learned that a woman's body has a second rhythm (besides the circadian) that repeats every 28 days (give or take).
The power in this info is astounding. In this episode, I detail how I came about this information and how I was able to apply it into my life to help me tap into my own feminine power, and how you can do it too.
