This episode covers the concept of micro-kindness and ties it into how you may be able to detect if a university is the right fit for you. Elizabeth includes experiences that elaborate on the concept of micro-kindness and its influences on our day-to-day life. The ‘Tale of Two Call Centers’ is a specific example on how university staff influence the perception on how a potential student may feel in that university's environment. In addition to this experience, real encounters and hypothetical situations are discussed. Elizabeth uses these scenarios to help the listener understand how a student may take these experiences and use them to decide if a university is a good fit for them.
