Just an Epic Life

027. Is Your Identity Flexible or Fragile?

LINK Performing Arts Services, LLC

In this episode we discuss how we label ourselves in our career and life. We discuss that although these labels may often be associated with a job title, it is beneficial to look deeper and identify personal labels based on our passions, traits, and skills.

We hope to inspire our listeners to deeply look at who they are… not just what they are paid to do.

As always… ENJOY AN EPIC LIFE!

Homework:

  1. Write down your identities, labels, and/or titles.
  2. Rate your identities. What is most/least important to you?
  3. Out of a total of 100%... What percent would you assign to each current identity?
  4. Are there any changes you would like to make on how you show up in life?
