I am a big, big, big advocate of morning routines. I'm all about flow and finding something that works for you, but I'm really excited to be able to give you my secrets to curating such a powerful morning routine whereby you can take the practices that you love. So you actually get access to a few different practices. You can trial them all and find the ones that you love the most and then create your own routine Throughout those master classes as well. I'm also talking about why it's quite common, as women, to struggle to stay consistent with morning routines. I know there is a huge emphasis on your mornings looking the same and being really disciplined, and you know having that consistency behind your morning routines, but I am someone who will tell you, don't expect consistency in terms of having your routine look exactly the same every single day and throughout those master classes in your bundle I will be touching on why that is the case so a really, really insightful bundle to grab.

If you are someone who struggles with your mornings, maybe you're doing a morning routine now but feel like it's more of just a matter of ticking off the boxes and there's no intention behind it. Or maybe you want to create a new routine that you know is going to be really purposeful in terms of upgrading your energy and upgrading your subconscious mind, because there is a little bit more that goes into a powerful morning routine, a little bit more than just writing down some affirmations and your gratitudes. If you're just doing that, you know I'm always super honest with you guys that honestly isn't enough, and so, therefore, if you're wondering why your affirmations aren't coming to fruition, or you know, while, despite starting your day from a place of so much gratitude, you still don't have the level of wealth and success and abundance that you desire. It's because, honestly, there's a little bit more required, and it's likely that both of those practices that you're doing are coming from a very conscious mind level, which we're actually going to be talking a little bit about today. But what we want is your subconscious mind to be taking on board these suggestions that come from the affirmations, and we really want to not just sit there and be grateful for things, but really embody that gratitude so that you upgrade your energy. So, once you've upgraded your energy, you upgrade the frequency that you've tuned into and therefore, you upgrade your results. So today's episode is a good one, as usual, but what we're going to be talking about today is ultimately why you haven't received or achieved the success that you want. And I'm going to be touching on one thing that you're likely doing wrong, and it's because of that one thing. It's because of that one thing why you don't have the success, the wealth, the business results, the relationship, whatever you want to create change. It's because of this one thing you're doing as to why that hasn't happened yet. So before we dive into that, a bit of a background now I'm not going to go into this in heaps of detail because this we could be here all day like there's multiple modules in all of my programs about the subconscious mind, but I do just want to start off with just some reminders about the principles when it comes to the subconscious mind.

So we have a conscious mind and a subconscious mind. The conscious mind is simply the thoughts, the feelings, the awareness that you're consciously aware of. The subconscious mind is those thoughts, those feelings that are ticking along in the background. Now we operate. 90% of our thoughts, our feelings, our behaviors are coming from our subconscious mind, and the best way to understand the subconscious is like a computer program that's just running in the background. So, as we know, we turn a computer on and we're able to utilize it, but there's a whole bunch of programming and software behind the scenes that's enabling us to use the computer. That's exactly what your subconscious mind is. So, therefore, 10 to 5% of your day is coming from what you're consciously doing. The rest is your subconscious mind.

The reason I just wanted to point that out is because we're going to be talking about one thing that you're probably doing wrong, and it comes down to ultimately ignoring what's happening within your subconscious mind. So this is for those women who have set some pretty clear intentions for 2024. And you're still wondering why they have not manifested. Maybe the goal still feels so far away and ultimately you're feeling somewhat frustrated or confused because you're working really hard. You set these really clear goals, you know exactly what you want to create, but yet it's not actually coming to life for you. You haven't actually stepped into that reality. So this episode is for you guys, because you have, you've consciously set those goals for yourself, but the reason why you haven't yet achieved them is exactly what we're talking about here today, and it's because you're doing this one thing that's getting in the way of you actually manifesting or bringing to life all of these goals, and it's this.

So, when you sat down at the start of the year and you set your goals. Again, I'd love for you to just to bring that to your awareness now, some of the goals that you set. But when you sat down at the start of the year and you set these goals, you consciously decided that you wanted to make more money, or you consciously decided that you wanted to grow your business, or you consciously decided that you would create a new level of success in your life. You know, move to a new potential in your life. Consciously, you decided that every day you get up and you show up in your business, or you show up on social media, or you go to that job or you do whatever. That is somewhat taking a step forward towards you bringing this goal to life. Consciously, you're doing that. However, while you're doing this, you still have a subconscious program that wouldn't ultimately create the result that you're wanting to. So, in a nutshell, what you're consciously saying you want and what your subconscious wants are two different things, and whenever there is a contrast between what you consciously say you want and what the subconscious mind believes whatever there's a contrast there the subconscious will always prevail. So, again, just having a think about some conscious goals that you've set.

And again, money goals are really easy to refer to. So let's talk about a money goal. For example. Let's say you've consciously said that you want to make X amount of money. You want to go from making $10,000 per month to $20,000 per month in your business. Consciously, you're like Jess, I want to hit the 20k month goal, I want to make more money. Every day I'm choosing this. I want money, I want wealth, I want financial abundance, but yet you haven't yet created it.

And again, you're wondering why that is the case. If we were to strip back your layers and take a look at what's going on at that subconscious level for you, in the realm of money, the subconscious mind is not choosing for you to be hitting that 20k month, for you to be making more money, for you to be growing to that level of wealth and success. It's actually choosing the complete opposite, which is why you haven't yet created it. So what do we mean by this? And this is why doing the inner work is so, so important. And this is why it's so important to do the subconscious reprogramming work, because if you still have any limiting beliefs at your subconscious mind to do with the area of your life that you're wanting to change. That's going to continue to play out, no matter how much you're consciously choosing something different.

So when you created that vision board, when you set those goals, again, that was all coming from your conscious mind, while still running from a limiting subconscious software to do with money or business, or success or relationships or self worth or whatever it is. So I want you now to have a think about what that conscious goal was for you and again, like I'm giving the example of money, but just have a think about one conscious goal that you've set I now want to ask you what is your belief really about that particular area? So, again, if we were to focus on that money goal, consciously, yes, you want to make more money. But if we stripped back your layers and went a little bit deeper, tell me really what your beliefs are when it comes to money. And if you aren't sure, or if you are keeping your guard up, take a look around at your life and you will see a mirror to the subconscious, just by taking a look at what your results are when it comes to money or the area that we're focusing on for you. If we really stripped back your layers. What are your beliefs around money? And without even knowing your response to that, I'm going to assume that if you haven't yet created the wealth that you are desiring, you still have limiting subconscious beliefs around money. Making money is hard, money doesn't grow on trees, money makes people bad or evil, money brings on stress, money makes life overwhelming, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Having a think about really what those beliefs are for you within the subconscious mind, and you will come up, I'm so sure, with a list at least one page long of beliefs that actually contradict the goal that you're consciously saying that you want. So again, consciously, you want more money. But if we were to ask the subconscious mind, tell me what you think and feel when it comes to money, or believe when it comes to money, it's going to list all of these limiting beliefs around money. That's what's going to keep playing out for you, despite how much consciously you're saying you want money.

The next thing I want to challenge you or open your mind up about is, if you haven't yet created the thing that you want, so again, if you haven't yet made more money, even though that's your conscious goal, it's because subconsciously you actually don't want to make more money. So consciously you want a certain thing, but subconsciously you don't. So what do I mean by that? You have somewhat associated the thing that you want with a negative. So, again, using our money example, if we were to really strip back your layers, there's likely a belief in there that if you were to make more money, it would mean something bad or something bad would come from it. There's somewhat a worst case scenario in there, while ever there is something that subconsciously you want to avoid, that's attached to your goal. Again, your subconscious is going to do all it can to keep you away from your achieving the goal, because ultimately, it's trying to keep you safe from the very bad thing that you've associated to the goal.

Are you guys catching on with all of this? Yes, hopefully, that was a nod on the other end of the, wherever you're listening to me. But yeah, you have you actually. Yes, consciously you want it, but subconsciously you don't, because you have created some kind of story about what having the thing would mean. Now, again, this is where we really need to like, dig deep and give ourselves the space to like, let our subconscious beliefs come up Because, again, like, from that conscious level, you're like why would I be choosing not to make more money? I know having more money is going to do X, y and Z for my life. Consciously, yes, I want it, so why would I not want it? But again, this is where you need to ask yourself why don't you want it, why don't you want money? And just see what comes up for you and again, take a look back throughout your life in terms of everything that you've got told, what you experienced, and within there you're going to find the reason why, subconsciously, you don't actually want more money or whatever. The goal is that you have said you wanted.

Another thing, too, is if you see common patterns in your life. So if struggle is a common element in your life and it's something that plays out often for you, it's because there's something good that you're gaining from that struggle. So consciously you don't want the struggle. But if you still have the struggle, there's something within the subconscious that is choosing the struggle. So again, you'd be like consciously, like Jess, why would I want struggle? Why would I want struggle? And that's my very question to you why do you want struggle? Tell me why you do want struggle and again, you're gaining something out of that or your subconscious is actually choosing for you to have the struggle. It's choosing for you to not to have the money. It's choosing whatever because there's a reason for that. And again, it's either because you're avoiding something bad from happening or you're actually getting something good from whatever you're experiencing right now.

So, if struggle is showing up a lot for you and you keep setting these conscious goals to have something different, take a look at what good you're actually gaining from your struggle. And this is going to require you to really sit with that question a lot, because again the conscious mind's gonna come through and say nothing, I'm not gaining anything from the struggle, I don't want the struggle. But you are gaining something, which is why you keep creating it. So you're seeking something in the struggle. It's comfortable, it's familiar, it's all you've ever known, it allows you to fit in with your friends and your family, because all you do is complain about the struggle.

Maybe you have a fear that if you didn't struggle, then your family would look at you as if you're an outcast. Maybe if you created elements or levels of wealth that no one in your family has created, you would feel a sense of I don't know like almost like putting down your parents, like you guys didn't do a good enough job because I've gone and created a life that doesn't look like yours. These are the kind of stories that we need to give us of the space to uncover and without doing so, they're gonna keep playing out for you on a daily basis. So, essentially, to wrap all of this up, yes, I know you've set some conscious goals, but if you're not achieving them, it's because the subconscious is choosing something like opposite to that. It's choosing something different.

So, coming through and writing down what those conscious goals are, but then write down what's actually happening at the subconscious level in the realm of those goals. So, what beliefs do you still have when it comes to that goal? Are you afraid of anything if you were to achieve that goal, and what good are you actually gaining by not having achieved the goal? You really need to strip back the layers and invite the subconscious to come through. And, of course, after you've done this exercise and, like I said, without even knowing what your responses are, I know you're going to have a list of beliefs that actually would contradict the goal that you want so consciously. You want more money, but you're going to have a million reasons why making money is hard. It doesn't grow on trees. Making money makes people evil. You know, if I have more money I have to pay more tax, and that's really overwhelming. Like you're going to have a page long of all of those things, and whatever you come up with on that page is the very reason why you're not achieving those conscious goals.

So of course we then need to overwrite this old program, and we're not going to go into that today. But that's the first step to changing the program is first being aware of it and, I guess for the first time for many of you, pulling down your guard and stop pretending like everything's fine. You know, stop pretending will. I write my affirmations out every single day and I set goals at the start of the year, so therefore I will achieve them eventually. I hate to rake it to you if you have a subconscious program that wouldn't ultimately create those goals, you won't. Or if you do yourself sabotage because again you're trying to avoid something. So in the example I gave before, if you've consciously set the goal to make more money, but at the subconscious level you have a belief that making money is bad, you might finally hit that income goal, but then you'll self sabotage in whatever way to ultimately lose the money again, because that's going to satisfy the belief that making money makes people bad and so if you don't have money, you're not going to be bad. Hopefully this is making sense to you and again, it's going to be a.

This episode is going to be an eye opener for a lot of you, as I said, to just finally pull down the guard and take a look at what's actually going on, and I've said this so many times on the podcast. But creating change isn't supposed to be so hard, or achieving your goals isn't supposed to be so hard, and if you had all of the subconscious beliefs that would support the goals that you want, you would essentially get the goal overnight. Once whatever's impressed on the subconscious, it sees to it. But if what has been impressed on the subconscious mind is based on limitations, based on struggle, based on scarcity, that's what you'll keep creating, no matter how hard you're working, no matter how consistent you are. We're showing up from that conscious level that subconscious mind is going to continue to override and continue to run your show.

So what is your conscious goal? What's going on at the subconscious level for you? What beliefs do you still have? Allow them all to come up like. No one has to read your journal. No one has to see how limiting your software still is, how afraid you actually are if you were to achieve those goals. No one needs to read this. But you need to understand this in order to be able to move past this old, limiting program.

Awareness is the first step to change. We can then get to work together on upgrading the subconscious mind, like come and join me in her empire, which is that mastermind that will be opening soon or the academy is back in July. Like. These are the platforms where, once you've created this awareness of like, yeah, consciously I want more money, success, wealth, but at the subconscious mind I still have so many limiting beliefs around this. Once you've got that awareness, I can then help you because I can help you upgrade that program. I can help you change those beliefs at the subconscious level so that now you have a program that would create the results that you want.

But this piece is going to really open your eyes up, to stop ignoring what's going on under the surface. Things are playing out the way they are because it's a reflection of those subconscious beliefs and your subconscious mind will prevail every single day of the week. That's what's going to keep being created in your reality, not what you're consciously choosing. You could consciously say you want things every single day, over and over and over again, but the subconscious is what's going to come through. That's what you're actually choosing, that's what you're actually believing in and that's what you're actually creating, and you will continue to create it.
