Speaker 1:Hello everyone, and welcome back to the Abundant and Aligned podcast and welcome back to the advice from her series and our first guest session. Inside these incredible conversations that we are having and we have lined up. Today, I have Charlotte with me, who I've recently discovered on TikTok and immediately reached out and said please come on to the show, because I was instantly intrigued with her work and what she does, which she will share with us today. So buckle up for a big one and an episode that we actually haven't had on the show before, so a conversation that you guys are going to love. But, charlotte, welcome to the show.
Speaker 2:Thank you so much for having me, Jess. I'm really excited to be here.
Speaker 1:Me too, and I'm in the learning seat today as well. Guys, everything that Charlotte shares today I'm going to be sitting here like glued to the computer Because, as I said, I'm super new to like the whole soul contracts and just understanding how we can, I guess, like get these insights and apply them to our life, but also business. So, yeah, I'm super intrigued by this conversation today. But, charlotte, for an intro, I would love to just hand the mic over to you. Like, where are you from in this world? Like, how long have you been in business? How did you end up in this space? Like, share all of that.
Speaker 2:Yeah, of course. So I am based in Western Australia and originally from here, but I spent a lot of time on the East Coast, recently moved back here. But for me I have always been someone with lots of questions and have always wanted to question everything. That kind of got pushed to the side for the first few seasons of my life, I think, because I am such a sensitive individual, the questioning can get me in trouble and I kind of pushed that to the side and just focused on keeping the peace and doing what I thought that everyone wanted of me and just explored in other ways that I could. It wasn't until I got sick of partying and traveling and running an absolute muck that I started to explore more spirituality and started to explore a little bit around what very few people do. And for me when I started to tap into things like energetics and things like manifestation or even just energy in general, it started to feel like something that I was familiar with and I kind of got obsessed and dove into it.
Speaker 2:I guess most people call that the spiritual awakening, and when I did that I came across this particular book that spoke into names and the sound vibration of names and how your name is quite literally manifesting your experience in each and every moment. This was immediately something that caught my attention, mainly because, for me personally, I had had a name change a few times throughout my childhood and teenage years, out of my control, and I was currently, at that point in time, carrying a name that I didn't personally connect with. I had a first name that was a nickname that others kind of called me and I was like, okay, that's cool, I'll go with the flow. Was a nickname that others kind of called me and I was like, okay, that's cool, I'll go with the flow. But I was carrying a surname of someone that was an ex of my mom and he no longer was in our life and so I felt really like disconnected to my name. So when I came across this book and I realized that your power that your name, sorry has a lot of power it immediately drew my attention and from then on I just became obsessed. It was everything for me. It felt like a remembering rather than a learning when I started to explore the energetics of names. And your sole contract is actually hidden within the sound of your name. So that's how I got to sell contracts and, business wise, it didn't actually take me too long to jump straight into business.
Speaker 2:I did about a year of obsessive study and then I started taking clients and interpreting charts. I had this overwhelming urgency because of how unique the system was. It felt like a very fertile area, so I felt like I had to dive straight in. I did, however, read for about a year or so and it got really deeply uncomfortable for me because I was actually incredibly not aligned with my soul contract in my real life. So I was showing up for clients and I was loving what I was doing, but that was the absolute highlight of my day and I was going straight back to bed and was honestly really quite depressed, which felt so out of alignment, I felt so out of integrity and it felt yucky and I was on the brink of burnout.
Speaker 2:So my business journey has been a bit different in the sense that things were really good business wise when I first started, but my personal life wasn't at all in alignment with what I was doing and, because I coach and support people in coming into alignment, it just felt so yucky so I had to really take two years off and I didn't actually know how long it was going to be at the time, but I just knew I had to really look after myself, go back to basics and establish a strong foundation that I could really use as a container to nurture my work. And this is something that I see very few people speak about, in the sense that I knew what I was here to do. I knew my purpose, I knew my life's work, yet I had to take a step back and look after me first and had to just watch it and watch other people in the space build and grow and had to be okay with it, because I knew I couldn't sustain it if I tried. To now, and I had people poking and prodding me, being like I want a reading, when are you back? When are you doing this? And it was so uncomfortable but I am so, so, so happy that I trusted everything in me that told me you need space, focus on you, build your foundation back to basics and when I say back to basics, I mean my biggest decision of the day was what tea should I drink in the morning and can I get 10 hours of sleep Right? So that was me for two years, and the minute I woke up one day and it was literally like that. It was overnight.
Speaker 2:I all of a sudden felt creative again, I felt inspired, I had capacity and I hadn't felt that in so many years.
Speaker 2:And I was like I'll see, I'll just, you know, jump online and see if I want to, can take a few clients and maybe ease my way back into it.
Speaker 2:And the universe was like good girl, you did what we asked of you and since then it's just been one thing after the other. So I'm really, really grateful that I took that time. But now the last I think it's been 18 months or so. It's just been this continual journey of refining my own skills and being a student of the system that I work with, but also just growing my business and applying my own sole contract to my business. I went through a name change during that time which has really ramped up not only my personal life but also my business, which we can talk about the influence of a name change and how that can really support you. So there's been so much movement and growth, but my business journey hasn't been linear whatsoever. But I'm so grateful for the fact that I was able to use my sole contract as a compass, as a guide, to never go to those moments of being unsure and just feeling completely in the dark about it all moments of being unsure and just feeling completely in the dark about it all.
Speaker 1:Oh, I love your story and it's like what we're going to learn from you today around sole contracts is obviously so interesting, but I just love to hear how female entrepreneurs have navigated the landscape, especially when business, like we, weren't raised in a society where women just went out and become entrepreneurs. So it can be such a difficult journey and I love having these raw and honest conversations. As you said, it's not always linear, but what I love about your story is the courage, but also the willingness to be comfortable with the uncomfortable knowledge that you found out. You know, I think there's so many women in business who are probably doing really well financially, but if they actually turned within, everything else in their life is not in alignment, as you mentioned, like business was great but everything else wasn't, and that takes a lot of courage to be like okay, while this is working, everything else isn't, and for me to live in alignment in all areas, I'm going to have to take a step back and really do that in a work that's really scary.
Speaker 1:Um, so your story is really courageous and really highlights how confronting this work actually can be. You know, there's so much magic and miracles in understanding the energetics of who we are, but it can be very confronting with what you find out, like, yeah, oh, yeah, yeah. It can be very confronting with what you find out Like, yeah, and again, like I'm sure there's more of us who are listening to this podcast episode than not who will find, after probably doing this work, if they end up getting a reading with you, that there's some things that need to change in their life. Um, but it's all for the greater good, right? It's to eventually get to a place where it is all in alignment. So what does that look like for you now, as a female entrepreneur, after doing all of this work?
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's a great question. So it's always changing for me. I feel like and speaking to your point with what I'm doing, because ultimately what I do is I read people's souls and I have a lot of mirror energy in my life. I work a lot with reflection and I'm always having reflected back to me what it is that I can't see in myself. I'm also that person for other people and when I read people's souls and their soul contracts, I quite literally embody their chart and I'm reading from what I'm feeling in my body. Soul contracts, I quite literally embody their chart and I'm reading from what I'm feeling in my body. So it's an incredibly intense process, especially when I have personal experiences that are reflected in others' charts. So I am continually doing my own work and I feel like that happens for most entrepreneurs, especially those that are spiritually kind of inclined Entrepreneurs, especially those that are spiritually kind of inclined For me.
Speaker 2:My business, I just kind of let it lead me. I don't know if that makes sense for some people, but I have found that when I've tried to control things and have tried to predict things or tried to push things that aren't for me, it hasn't ended so well. So I've kind of just learned to really trust in what feels like a soul whisper. What is it that I'm being drawn towards? Sometimes I don't truly understand it, but it all tends to make sense, and this comes through in the biggest ways in the challenges, in the times where things haven't worked out or things don't go well, and it can be deeply uncomfortable and anxiety inducing, but there's always a bigger reason.
Speaker 2:And so, as far as my business and where it's going, I'm currently doing a lot of one-on-one readings, which I am loving because I'm still very much a student to this system. The system is very new, so I'm in like that data collection phase. It's been five years for me now and I feel like I'm just taking more and more on each and every day, and my best way to do that is through the one-on-one containers. However, there's also a huge gap for where the system could be used as a tool without having to connect with me personally, so there's a lot of growth in that regard. I've just started my podcast recently and I'm just trying to get the system out there as much as possible and get it in the hands of people that can use it as a tool for themselves and also for their business. So that is where I'm feeling pulled towards. But I'm also just trusting in what I'm feeling each and every day, so it feels very intuitively led.
Speaker 1:I love this. I agree there's such a gap, especially in the business world. As I mentioned before we hit record today, a lot of my audience are women in business and I feel like the path that they often get on is the numbers and the strategy and the algorithm and all of the external tangible things that come with business. But we are creating it all right, and there's definitely not enough out there on using ourselves as that compass and understanding things like our soul contract to let that guide us and then have that external just be I don't know the byproduct or compliment the inner work that we're actually doing. So I love this All right. Well, let's just get into it, because I'm so pumped to learn more. Tell us what a soul contract is.
Speaker 2:Yeah, so your soul contract is essentially the blueprint of the experiences that you planned to have in this lifetime, and within this blueprint, it is very detailed in the sense that it outlines your greatest challenges, which are called your karma. So you have both physical and spiritual karma. You also have your unique gifts, your talents, what it is that sets you apart from others. It has your goals. So what is it that, if you were to work towards and achieve, would bring you the greatest sense of fulfillment and satisfaction in this lifetime? The kind of stuff that will get you excited to get out of bed in the morning. And then there is, of course, your life purpose, your soul's destiny, and this, for most people, is an embodiment of all of what makes them them. So it's actually more so a state of being rather than something that they do or something that they find outside of them, and it's the sum total of their greatest challenges, their talents and their goals. So there's a very well-rounded picture, roadmap of the experiences the good, the bad, the beautiful, the ugly that you're here to have, and what I often say is it's beautiful to.
Speaker 2:When it comes to your sole contract, you have the destination. It shows you where you're going, but it also shows you what rows to turn down, whether to turn left or turn to turn right. But it also shows you what rows to turn down, whether to turn left or turn to turn right. It also shows you the cage that you're in, the things that are holding you back from achieving the goals, from stepping into your purpose, and not just in your personal life, but in your business, in your career, in your relationships, your health, like all of these things are outlined in your soul contract. So we can go as deep as you would like to go.
Speaker 1:I'm like guys on the other end, I'm like, wow, sorry to interrupt you. I'm like sorry, intrigue.
Speaker 2:That's great. I love it. I love it, I know, and that's why I'm so antsy to be like, oh, I just want to get this tool in the hands of as many people as possible.
Speaker 1:And so we have our soul contract in place when we're born, or is it determined by the name we get? So we come on earth and then we get the name, and then the soul contract kicks into gear.
Speaker 2:Yeah, so your soul contract itself is actually generated by the sound vibration of your name. However, it is believed that we are choosing our names. Okay, that is why most of us and our parents, if we speak to them or anyone that has a child, it's a very magical process. When you name your child, it's a little bit spiritual, depending on your beliefs, but it seems to just come to you. It's the reason why, when someone has a baby and they had an original name chosen, and then they meet the, the soul, the essence of the child, and they go, that doesn't resonate with you. That's not your name, actually. You feel more like this. We really try to get our own names and we try to communicate our favorite names to our parents or anyone that has influence over our names, before we're here or when we're here, and most of the time, we get the name or one of the names that we choose and our names have the sound vibration that manifests the experiences that we're here to have, using the undeniable connection between sound and manifestation. Now, when it comes to the soul, though, if the soul came here with an intention to experience certain things, to learn certain lessons, to play out certain certain experiences, to achieve a certain purpose. It's going to try and do that regardless of what name you give it. So, unfortunately, we're living in a world where we have a lot of external pressure and influence over what we choose for our child's name, which can get in the way of the divine naming process. If that happens, the child will just not feel connected to the name and it will still go out and do what it came here to do. We still do that anyway.
Speaker 2:Just the name helps you communicate who you are. It helps you communicate to the world your essence, your soul, through sound vibration. It's like your packaging, in the sense that when you're walking through the grocery store and you're browsing the aisles, you pick up based off the packaging, because you can't necessarily taste the product itself, but you buy based off the packaging. Your name very much is that it's an opportunity for you to communicate to the world what is your true essence. And so, when it comes to our name, our name should represent our true essence and our name can generate our sole contract if it's an accurate match. If your name is not a good match for you, you'll likely go ahead and have a name change or pick up a nickname that you'll adapt as your everyday name or you'll make some adjustments to it, because it just won't feel like the accurate packaging for essentially your product, who you are, your essence, and so, when it comes to that whole process, the sole contract is the blueprint.
Speaker 2:It's like the first point of reference as you are as an individual. In the same way that what sets you apart when you're born is your name. That is your first reference of individuality. What sets you apart when you're born is your name. That is your first reference of individuality and it is in play from the moment that you're here and it stays in play until you leave this lifetime and you move on. So it's in the background, there, manifesting what it is that your soul intended to experience and the purpose of this incarnation.
Speaker 1:And so will it. If you, whether you have a name that doesn't feel right or you just start making decisions in your lifetime that aren't ultimately in alignment with this sole contract, will it communicate in a way so that you get back on path and continue what you were here to do? Is that what we would call like intuitive nudges, little whispers? Is that how it's trying to say, hey, the path that you're on isn't what you were supposed to do, and try and push you over?
Speaker 2:Yeah, absolutely so, we have, we both. We all have two karmic placements. We have physical karma and spiritual karma. So your physical karma is how you relate and connect to your physical experience, your body, your physical reality. And then your spiritual karma is more so, your connection to spirituality, to the universe, to your exploration of energy and these two things they really ramp up when you're not in alignment. These are the things that pull you back into alignment.
Speaker 2:We see them as challenges, as obstacles, as health complications, as shitty relationships, but ultimately what they are is they're teaching us the lessons that we came here to learn in order to move towards what it is that we came here to share, to contribute, to express out into the world. And for most of us, our karmic lessons, our greatest challenges, have a huge part in what it is that we're here to share. So, depending on what we've had to navigate as far as lessons go, it tends to be because there is an element of those particular lessons that we're here to then guide others through, or to support others through, or to counsel others through, or to produce certain products or certain, I guess, guidance based off what we've had to personally experience the good and the bad, not just necessarily the lessons, but our experiences aren't always just for us. They're often a part of what we're here to contribute. So the soul whisper piece this is so true in the sense that your soul contract is continually communicating to you. You can feel those little nudges, those little intuitive pulls.
Speaker 2:I often say your excitement is your assignment, in the sense that what are you excited about? What can you talk about all of the time and not get bored of? These are the things that are little nudges towards what is that you're here to explore? It's in listening to those and not listening to the bombard of conditioning and programming, all the other crap that comes in afterwards and suppresses those soul whispers. That's how you align yourself with your soul contract. It's not easy. The more left field and different and unique and original the contribution and what you're here to do, the more challenging it often is. However, if the more you can spend time listening to that whisper this is why the soul contract readings are fabulous, because it's just giving a microphone to those whispers Ultimately, the more you can find yourself in alignment with is what is ultimately going to be the most satisfying and fulfilling life for you so interesting, and I know we are going to do a reading of mine today.
Speaker 1:But before we move through through to that, a lot of this is wrapped up in the name that we are born with and we come into this world with what happens in the case of marriage. I have literally just got married, so I've had to change. Well, I haven't officially changed my name yet and you know what's weird, I haven't felt resistance to it. I am going to take his name, but I haven't done it yet. And then I saw your TikTok and I was like, okay, this is interesting. It's like I need to learn more about what may happen with a name change or something. So I'm curious to know what happens when you do legally change your name.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 2:I love this. I was going to actually ask you if you've been married or if you're going to do a name change, because your chart is going please keep me nice and precise and potent, and so a name change would just be adding to it, which I think could be really positive for you. But I can imagine why you've got resistance, which we'll get into Now. When you change your name whether it's a nickname or a name change or any sort of name change you're not actually changing your sole contract, your sole contract, your birth name, the birth name that is printed on your birth certificate. This is who you are. This is the core of who you are, and the best way I like to describe this is using the example of a cake. Okay, so if your birth name is the cake, any name change is a layer of icing on the cake. It infuses a set of frequency, a set of flavor, onto your experiences. Now, this layer of icing can be positive, neutral or negative in match. It can either enhance your cake, of course, like cake with a layer of icing much better than without the icing, or it can be like a funky flavor match and not be so great If you're someone that has many layers of icing, it starts to get confusing.
Speaker 2:There's a lot that wants to come through. You kind of lack that really clear sense of identity. So that's when you can start to go okay, well, someone that's got many nicknames or goes through many name changes, there's some sort of lack of identity or lack of sense of self going on there. As far as for you, with your name change, what you're experiencing is you're just adding a layer of icing with your name change onto your contract. Now, depending on the flavor and the frequencies in your name change, this will be having an impact on the taste of your life and on the kind of experiences you're here to have.
Speaker 2:Someone like yourself which we'll get into in a minute has a pretty clear purpose. There's something that you're here to do Okay, You're quite urgent to do it and your soul is like busy, she's busy, she's got lots on, and so a layer of icing could be seen as just added distraction, and that's why maybe there is a bit of resistance there. I don't think your layer of icing would be a bad match, but your soul is also on a mission, and so I think you're probably just wanting to feel out whether it's going to be supportive for your mission or whether it's going to take away from your mission. And when we look at name changes, essentially that's what we're looking at what sort of experiences are going to be changing for you in taking on this name? Is it going to enhance your contract and therefore your purpose, or is it going to take away from it?
Speaker 1:Does that make sense. Yeah, it makes heaps of sense. Yeah, I love the icing on the cake analogy.
Speaker 2:I'm such a visual person I'm like I can see this.
Speaker 1:Great, I love it. Well, yeah, let's get into my reading. I'm so interested, yeah.
Speaker 2:So I would love to be able to show your chart because they're quite detailed and they're beautiful and you can receive a lot energetically just from having a look at your chart. But I'm just going to explain a few of the frequencies that you've got and just kind of a few of the really fun parts of your chart that really stood out to me when I first pulled your chart this morning. So the first thing that may be of interest of you is that immediately when I pulled your chart, I could tell that you are on one of your last incarnations of this incarnation cycle. Okay, now, this tells me that you have lots to do in this lifetime. It creates a sense of urgency. It creates a sense of rushing, never enough time, always lots to do, probably quite scattered and kind of like too much and too little and just about everything. Yeah.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I'm sitting here nodding my head. I'm like that is correct.
Speaker 2:The reason I say one of your last incarnations is because often what I see with those with their last incarnations is they're actually here living a quite mundane life. They're almost like tying loose ends, just living the human experience and having some fun before they kind of go off to their next mission. For you, you're in that lifetime where you have been here or around here and accumulate a lot of wisdom and experience and tried a lot of different things, and there's some sort of contribution you're here to have in this lifetime. You're here to leave a lasting mark on the earth and on the lives of others. And that sense, this feels like that urgency. It feels like almost like you're here to data collect and then you're here to like get it out as well. So it's like in, out, in, out, the whole life you're absorbing and then sharing, and absorbing and then sharing as much as you possibly can. Does that make sense?
Speaker 1:to you yeah, a lot of sense, a lot of sense, yeah, yeah, okay, so I keep going and then I can. I can say how much this is like landing with me already.
Speaker 2:No, you're all good, I off the back of that, that particular frequency. You have a dominant vibration of the number three. Now, three is all about communication and expression, so I'm not surprised that you're doing a podcast, and this is where you're most comfortable, or at least where you're most powerful. You can hear it in your voice and your ability to communicate and express. The gift of the threes is depth. Okay, and the reason that I like to highlight the, the talents and the gifts here is because, particularly in business, or even life in general, but with business, when you know these things, not only do you realize oh, not everyone has this but also this is what sets me apart from others. And so for you, with your threes, you have this tremendous depth to you, and so much so that the way you communicate and express it transcends the constraints of language. It makes people feel things.
Speaker 2:You are a storyteller, you are a um, you may even be incredible at writing and poetry and things like that. Potentially, um, music is one of those things that the three is used to express and communicate, but anything that really takes language and just adds more color to it, ultimately, and depth is really your superpower, and people connect deeply to you because of it, and so positioning yourself in a life in business as you do, where your depth is valued, where your ability to communicate and express yourself and others on behalf of others that maybe can't is valued. These are the things that really set you apart. These are the things that make you stand out in a group of people. Everyone has their own unique gifts, but the more you know yours, you can really harness them, you can embody them, and it will set you apart from the other people around you. Does that also feel true for you?
Speaker 1:That's, yeah, that feels. That feels like a lens for me, and I think that's so interesting what you said. It's good to know that not everybody's like this and I'll speak for kind of everybody here. I think you're good at something but you almost question it, like, surely everyone's like this, you know, surely everyone can do this. So it's nice to know that not everybody has these talents and the depth that we have as individuals. So, yeah, that was really interesting. Again, like that's why these readings are so important to do individually, because, yeah, not everybody has the same talent. So it really does make you feel even more powerful when you're like, oh, I actually have this and I'm supposed to share it with the world.
Speaker 2:How's this for a specific talent that you've got? Okay, get right in there, the specifics. So you have a seven in your spiritual talents and this is a very magnetic frequency. This is why people are drawn to you. Your gift is essentially intimacy, like into me, see, in the sense that you can see into others, and you have the gift of being able to facilitate their integration.
Speaker 2:And what that looks like is you have the gift of being able to see others light, or the facade, what they're consciously showing you, but you can also see their shadow, their insecurities, the parts themselves they're trying to hide from you, and you can facilitate the integration of those two things. You can bring it together and you can celebrate them in all of who they are, in their authenticity. That is incredible in business, because not every single person on this planet wants to be seen. Everyone, whether they want to admit it or not, they want to be seen, and so they're going to come to you completely unconsciously, because they can sense in your essence that you can see them, that you can celebrate them in all of who they are and you can make them feel whole. So that is a really beautiful gift that you have that you can lean into and I'm sure that's what you do with your clients, just naturally not realizing that it's something again that sets you apart.
Speaker 1:Yeah, Honestly, and hearing you say this, I'm like thank God I've got this business because I didn't really share that. I used to be a lawyer Like this obviously isn't what I've always done, We've always had a second life. But yeah, just hearing you say all of this I'm like it makes sense why I felt this pull to be a coach and work with women and have these conversations with people. So yeah, again landing with me, so interesting.
Speaker 2:I love that. I love that, okay. So let's look at what you're here to do, because it's quite specific. Okay, you have so much teaching frequency in your chart, so much communication. You have so much voice and speaking as well, and you also have a heightened intuition and are deeply, deeply sensitive to other people, to emotions, to truths beyond what most people have access to.
Speaker 2:And, essentially, a lot of what you're here to do is to use your sensitivity, use your very intuitive abilities, your sensitivity to energy, to truth, in some sort of inspired teaching contribution, very much spiritually, self-development, growth, focused. And what appears really true is the fact that the way in which you choose to share yourself and communicate and teach is going to continually grow and deepen and evolve, just as you do. There is a desire for you, at a soul level, to explore many different things in this lifetime and to continually be innovating, to be changing, to be pioneering the spaces that you're currently interested in. And, more specifically, when I sat with your chart earlier today, I got this overwhelming sensation of like she just needs to get it out. It was like get it out from inside of you, just get it out, just start to move the energy, because there was so much that you were sitting on so much inside of you that it kind of felt a little bit uncomfortable, if I'm honest.
Speaker 2:She needs to just get it out into the world, she needs to just share it. Does that make sense to you at all?
Speaker 1:That makes so much sense because, yeah, like how can I describe it in a way that goes on in my own brain, like I have so many ideas and this is actually a shift that I've made in the business more recently, talking more about, like, the spiritual manifestation, the energetic side to the creation of everything, and realizing that I've always had this wisdom since I was a little girl, and really starting to remember those moments more and instead of trying to push them to the side because you know, my family members or society may have said that's silly Like why are you thinking that way? So you kind of push it to the side, starting to remember these little golden nuggets that were dropped in from such a young age and realizing and kind of giving myself permission more to let them out. But it's really interesting you say there's a lot going on inside me that I just need to let out into the world, because I do feel that lately I feel like I'm barely scratching the surface on the impact I'm making with the conversations I'm having so interesting.
Speaker 2:But I'm glad that resonates with you. The last thing that I wanted to touch on, just the things that really stood out to me, particularly in regards to your business and what you do, in a more kind of karmic flavor, I guess, and more of a challenge that I could feel was there felt like there was, I guess, no separation between who you are and what you do and there was a bit of a desire who you are and what you do and there was a bit of a desire, I guess, to put space between those two things. Because what can happen if your self-worth in particular, is completely intertwined with what it is that you do, is you can feel like no matter how much success you achieve, it's never good enough and you're kind of chasing a carrot and just you can never get it. And it's just you keep going, you keep going and you can do all these wonderful things but you never feel full, you never feel satiated by it. It's like this never-ending hunger.
Speaker 2:And the way to kind of move through that is to separate who you are with what you do and to look at the unworthiness that is driving the compulsive need to do. In doing so you can find a lot more peace, a lot more balance. Balance is a really big theme in your chart and establishing balance in your life and it just allow you to find more fulfillment and satisfaction in the success that is very much your birthright, without feeling like you're always having to go to the next thing and being more present in what's currently happening for you. Does that make sense?
Speaker 1:Definitely as well. Yeah, I'm definitely someone that's always moving the goalpost. I achieve a goal and I'm like what's next, what's next? And of course you get to those milestones and you feel proud of yourself. But, as you said, it's never this feeling that you anticipated. You always think it's going to feel way, way better than what it actually does. So that's interesting. How do you suggest that I do separate the two?
Speaker 2:stillness, stillness, space. It's um, how do I describe this? So when, when someone has an unworthiness that is driving this compulsive need to do, I can completely resonate with this too. I personally have this too and have had to struggle through it. When you feel this, when there's deep unworthiness in the driver's seat of your life and it's forcing you to do more, do more, do more, you can access it in times of mundane moments of spaciousness, and what it feels like is if you were to go for a walk, for instance, and have nothing playing, no music, no podcasts, nothing coming in, or you were to just sit out on the grass, have nothing coming in, or just do the dishes without a show on or no podcast, and literally just be present with the dishes. That little pull that you feel, that little tugging of like you should be doing something else, maybe put something on listen, like the discomfort that you feel in the space, that's that unworthiness, that's telling you you're not being productive with your time and so you can get more comfortable with it.
Speaker 2:In times of space, in times of stillness. And going back to that conversation that we had around your soul whisper. It's very difficult for your intuition and your soul's whispers to get through to you when there is no space, when there's no stillness, because it feels like that little pull that you get in those times of spaciousness. It feels just the same. But if you're constantly doing and that self-worth is driving your need to do, it's very difficult to also be intuitively guided and be guided by your spiritual signature, because it's much more subtle than the deep unworthiness.
Speaker 2:So it's in times of space, it's in times of stillness, and the more you can include that in your life, the more you can get to know it, the more you can understand it and the more you can look at it in the eyes and go, hey, what's the go here? Like I shouldn't feel, like I'm not doing enough when I'm doing the dishes. I shouldn't have to have it stack all of the time. Why do I feel so uncomfortable going for a walk and not having a podcast in? Like all of these things we can start to explore and you'll get to the root cause that way.
Speaker 1:Yeah, well, it's interesting you say that, because when you said that I was quite an intuitive person, I was like interesting, because I don't feel that way. I feel like I make decisions just out of I don't know, just make decisions Like very rarely do I tune within and listen to how I'm feeling. So it's interesting you say that, but then of course it's because I'm not making the space to hear those little whispers come through. And do you suggest like creating the space and just listening? And then is it a matter of starting to just question things like why am I feeling this way, and will more answers start to come through?
Speaker 2:Yeah, absolutely so. When it comes to the deep unworthiness, you can often trace it back to earlier on in life, where you had received praise for doing certain things, or you realize that that's how you get successful and how you received validation, and that's often where the deep unworthiness stems from, and so that just starts to be at the driver's seat and starts to drive that compulsive need to do, do, do. It's interesting, though, that you were saying about the intuitive piece, how you don't feel necessarily intuitive, because a huge part of your karmic programming is the fact that there is a part of you that is aware of the very spiritual essence, the very intuitive side kind of otherworldly, if I dare say and the karmic element is being aware of it, but kind of being a bit fearful, not wanting to trust in it, and maybe getting trapped in that state of curiosity, like knowing it's there and a little bit curious, but lacking the strength or lacking the courage to like, take a leap of faith and to grab a hold of what you're receiving intuitively and to act upon it, because it doesn't feel tangible enough, it doesn't feel logical enough, and that's something that, for you, is a journey in, in connecting more to intuition and coming back to that trust and coming back to what that may feel like to lean into a more uh, how do I put this? Because what you're here to do is to have your unique flavor to it. You have this beautiful intuitive gift that allows you to explore what that could look like.
Speaker 2:But it's much easier to follow other things, other reference points, other things that have been done or you know procedures or how-tos that others have explored and it has worked and it's been successful. That's much more safe for us to do and to integrate. But there's a part of your soul that's like lean into that curiosity, tap into what others haven't yet explored, push the boundaries a little bit and see what happens when you start to apply that to your life and to your business. So something there that I just felt called to, yeah, and again, that's making so much sense.
Speaker 1:And you know what? I've actually felt this a lot more this year. I just come into this year with this little nudge of like it's time to do things a little bit different and just trust. And on social media is the perfect example. You know, we're constantly bombarded by how others are doing things and trends and businesses and whatever. Um, but this year I've really just felt this little thing inside of me. It's like stop doing what everybody else is doing, like it's okay to do it differently. Um, so yeah, I would definitely listen up more and start to trust her in my decisions. And I just wanted to quickly circle back. I am mindful of the time you mentioned about incarnation and you said this is the final, the final one. How many do we have and how like what's?
Speaker 2:that. So for you, you're on one of your last incarnations of this incarnation cycle, so you absolutely have free will. You can come back here or you can go wherever you want after this. But as far as your set of karmic challenges and what it is that you're here to explore and to, I guess, deliver in this lifetime, your soul is really wishing to get it out, literally. That's why I keep saying get it out, get it out, leave it on earth, you know, and make that lasting impact, which is the accumulation of not just this lifetime's worth of wisdom but also previous lifetimes of experiences and wisdom that you've accumulated.
Speaker 2:As far as the amount of incarnations, I have no way to read how many or a lot of people have plenty.
Speaker 2:It really depends on the different kinds of karmic loops and patterns, in the sense that the more challenging ones they tend to be a bit of a dance and so you tend to play all sides of every experience over many lifetimes, so they tend to keep you in quite significant incarnation cycles. There's some souls that literally just pop in. They do a fast track course in the human experience and they just bring in their very otherworldly, kind of alien essence to the world and we're kind of expanded by them just simply existing, and then it kind of opens our mind up that have been really stuck here. So it really depends on the individual and what their purpose is. However, for you, it's pretty clear that that feeling of wanting to get it out is because you're, like, done a lot of this kind of want to leave a lasting impact, kind of want to leave it all here, have an impact on people's lives and really put my imprint on the earth in this lifetime.
Speaker 1:So interesting. So do you suggest just taking up more space, being louder, making a bigger splash with the work that I'm doing in my business, or just me as a human being? Love?
Speaker 2:knowledge and personal growth and expansion. They're those three pillars that your soul is wishing to really, really explore. So for you, accumulating a lot of love what does love mean to you? How does it feel, how do you relate to it? Like that's something that your soul is wishing to explore, just like feeling super full with love and then duplicating that and sharing that with others. The knowledge is a no brainer. I'm sure you do this naturally, just absorbing, like a sponge, or the knowledge or the different perspectives or the different understandings, just more, more, more for the intention again to share and express it. And then the expansion. So personal expansion, but also supporting others in their own expansion. That energy of um it's almost a little bit excessive and obsessive that's an expansion energy more, more, more, more, more, okay, and that's also a desire, and then to communicate and express it, so to get it out. They're the three things that your soul is really wishing to be a sponge for, with the intention to share it and duplicate it and spread it with as many people as you can.
Speaker 1:So interesting. How did you become a reader?
Speaker 2:I when I come across this system. It was. It was just like I, like I said, it was a language that I just felt, like I remembered, and weirdly, I am not a very embodied person, naturally, I'm actually quite ungrounded, often very heady, and have spent a lot of time and done a lot of work just coming back to my body and really embracing my human. When I read contracts, I feel it in my body, my human. When I read contracts, I feel it in my body. And that was a really weird sensation for me, truthfully, because I can't even feel my own stuff in my own body. So I was like what's going on here? I can't process my own shit in my body. Why am I feeling other people's stuff in my body? And so it actually brought me back to my body and has been such a beautiful anchor and I think the way that I can feel contracts when I look at them, the way that I just understood it, the way that I was saying things and it was resonating and it was landing and I could, like you know, for instance, if someone has blocks in their throat chakra, then I'm like having to drink all the tea Cause I'm like struggling to speak to them.
Speaker 2:Or, um, I had a client a couple of days ago and she had chronic stomach issues her whole life. She was in her sixties, the poor thing, and has never been able to shift her stomach issues and her entire chart was so stomach heavy. And I also have stomach issues. So she triggered mine and I was like hey doll, like how's your tummy? And she just, the poor thing, burst into tears 's like what do you mean? I'm like well, I've just been sitting with your chart and my tummy's gone. I couldn't imagine what it's like in your experience. And it turns out there was a complete lack of energetic boundaries and her stomach was constantly digesting everyone else's shit and wasn't able to support her healthily because of how much she was constantly taking on of others energy. So that's where I felt like that's something that I just need to lean into. It was kind of a no-brainer. It wasn't a question of do I do this or do I not do this. It was like oh, this is what I'm here to do.
Speaker 1:How can I make this work yeah yeah, wow, it's so interesting and like this stuff like I actually have goosebumps just listening to you like it's just so interesting that we all, we all came here with something to do and it's in us. We've just got to turn our attention over to it and listen up a little bit more. I think so many women are searching for the truth and they're searching for the answers when it's already arrived. The answers were here from day one. We've just got to listen up and and do work like what you're doing and educate ourselves more on the answers that are within us.
Speaker 2:So, so interesting.
Speaker 2:Can I say that too. I'm like I'm just helping you remember and you know, time and time again it's it's that, that soul whisper. I'm just giving a microphone to that soul whisper in these readings like these this is your, is your soul, and I often have to remind people that I'm like yes, I'm a stranger, yes, I don't know you, but I'm just, I'm just talking about your soul, like it's you and because we can feel so separate from it. But it's a beautiful moment of remembering, of really giving that soul whisper a microphone for the first time, maybe ever, and hearing what it has to say. Um, and I just feel so honored to be the channel to be able to provide that experience of people. It's just such a gift and I just love what I do. So grateful.
Speaker 1:Thank you for doing this work. Like, honestly, it's, it's so important and I'm just so grateful that we got to learn from you today. Like so cool. Um, well, where can people come and find you? Learn from you further, get a reading, if this has sparked them, which I have no doubt it has. Um, where are you? Where are you hanging out?
