Jenny, welcome to the Abundant and Align podcast.
SPEAKER_00:Yay, I'm so glad to be here. So exciting. Especially on my last day in Sydney as well, before I leave the magic of Australia behind.
SPEAKER_01:We're getting you while you're in the Australian energy. I love it.
SPEAKER_00:Yes, love it here.
SPEAKER_01:Now you are a business coach for Neurodivergent High Achievers. You are an award-winning ADHD coach of the year, founder of the Limitless Circle, which I know is also going to evolve into something even better and different in 2026. And you are the host of Calm Your Nervous System podcast. You've built some incredible success over your time in entrepreneurship. And I think you are a testament to the caliber of women that do come into her empire. But that's where you are today. I know it's been a journey to get here. So I would actually love to rewind the button with you first up because this was a journey that started with you in a wheelchair. You went from being in a wheelchair to being an award-winning ADHD coach. Take us back on that journey and please fill us in on how we went from that to this.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, oh my God, there's been so many, um, so many versions of me, so many breakdowns, breakthroughs, um, yeah, so much. So to keep it short-ish, I only got diagnosed with ADHD a couple of years ago. Tracing back, I realised I've obviously had this most of my life, have not had the support that I needed. And I was grown, I was taught growing up to just push through, keep going. Um, like my mum actually sent me a newspaper flipping yesterday from the week after my dad died when I was 13. And instead of grieving, I am there raising money for charity and trying to be there for other people, which sounds very honourable, but I needed that time to just grieve and be. But like that was my reality. Just keep going, push through, um, don't feel your feelings. And obviously, that was a huge trauma losing my dad. And after pushing through, pushing through, pushing through, my body just gave up. And burnout then turned into ME, CFS, so um chronic fatigue syndrome. And I then tried to keep pushing through that. I was in and out of different corporate jobs, places where I just I couldn't feel like myself, I couldn't excel in. Um, I was punished for speaking up or for trying to do things differently. And in the end, I ended up just so, so ill, so heavy in myself, so um just depressed and exhausted that I ended up reliant on a wheelchair or a mobility scooter for a lot of my 20s. And I kind of feel like my late teens and 20s were just robbed of me. And I spent a good few years just being a victim and fighting the medical services, and this isn't fair, and how can they leave us? And then something clicked in me in 2017 that was like, I need to take some fucking responsibility here. What am I in control of? Because no one's gonna change my life unless I do. And it was some something in that moment that then made me start to invest in getting some help and support, and that then took me on a path of changing my diet, regulating my nervous system, um, finding safe movement as well, going to therapy, like getting rid of some of this stuff that I've been holding on to for years. And through doing all of that and also just trying things that often didn't work, um, one of the things I went to was lymphatic drainage called perin therapy, which is recommended for people with M E C F S, where you literally have to lie there with your boobs out and they like massage your boobs. This is this is like how desperate I was to like change my life and get better. It didn't work, by the way. I think so much of my system was just like, I'm so uncomfortable, but trying to do the external thing that was supposed to help me. So yeah, I did some crazy oh yeah, uh everything apart from like look inwards. And it was when I finally started to do that work that within a year I went from using my mobility scooter to um partying on my own in Ibiza for a week, which I loved because I was making up for lost time and just living, and then lockdown hit. And it was at that point where I was earning good money in a corporate job. I was working for the Ministry of Defence, which I'm sure uh you know me pretty well. That is so not a me job. I was a senior commercial manager, so I was dealing with contracts all day, not people, just black and white words. I mean, well, you've been a lawyer, so you know, I think we can probably look at this out. How? Just no, it's we're so much about the energy and the people. Um, so yeah, I was earning good money doing that, but something just didn't feel good. It just didn't feel right, didn't feel aligned that yes, I'm making good money, but it's through war, and it just felt gross. So then I went on this pathway of becoming an entrepreneur, starting my own business. I started in Pilates and teaching Pilates, and then I started to unpick that the people that were coming to see me were those who were burnt out, were chronically ill, they had trauma. So I went down that thread and got myself trauma trained and started to do some trauma-informed coaching with people, and then was helping people change their lives. So they were going from like bedbound, housebound to getting back out in the world, going traveling, um, going, getting into their dream jobs. And obviously, I learned a lot along the way around how to run a business, how not to run a business, the different kinds of coaches I've worked with. I've worked with quite a few different mentors and coaches over the years and different courses. And I have these conversations with people day in, day out, where I can see how much they're trying to help people. They are so lit up and wanting to help and support, but there's there are these big blocks in people that they're too scared to put themselves out there, to use their voice. Um, and essentially there's trauma, there's beliefs, there's stuff that is in them that is running their lives. And that's why I do the work I do now, especially when it comes to the nervous system, beliefs, and some of the the more strategic stuff around business coaching, is when people can start to use their voice and and use their power, like they are magnetic. And it's incredible to see like the pay rises people are getting, the the higher income, the aligned clients. And it's not just about the the tangible stuff, uh, it's it's the big internal shifts, it's them believing in themselves and trusting themselves, and especially when they're neurodivergent, and obviously I know this for myself, but we are so much more sensitive. We take the the client rejections as personal digs at us sometimes, and we can also use that sensitivity as a superpower, that is where we can tune in with our clients when we have the tools to also regulate ourselves, so we're not just giving and giving and giving all the time. So, yeah, that's kind of what's led me to here in a short-ish roundabout way.
SPEAKER_01:That is one hell of a story. That is a story that has really gone from A to B a long way. Um, I love what you said there. What's the point of having all of this money working with all of these clients if it doesn't feel good within your body? And the unfortunate truth is there are so many women in business who do have the external success but feel so shit inside. They are not fulfilled, they are exhausted, they are burnt out, and they're not able to enjoy all of the success that they have created because either their body just doesn't feel up to it or they do not have the time to go out and enjoy it. So, with that, I would love to actually just continue to take you back before we fast forward to the present. When you do look back, what were those early signs that your brain and the way you were creating success was out of alignment?
SPEAKER_00:So I think eventually I realized that the more money I had, the same patterns kept happening. So I was in jobs that I was getting paid, you know, a good salary, and I was probably the highest earner amongst my friends. Yet the weekends would come and I would go out shopping, and I would want the designer bags and the clothes, and I would just want more and more and more and more, and just nothing ever filled that hole. And I realized like I've got all this stuff, and then because I've got ADHD, I'm then overwhelmed with the amount of stuff I have, and like my friends would come over and they just go through my wardrobes, just like Den, you've still got stuff in here with the tags on. Like, what are you doing? And it just it just felt soulless. Like, why am I why am I getting out? I'm bored in work. I managed to, because I was a senior manager, I managed to get to the place where I could just tell people I was busy and leave me alone, and then I would just be like working on my business and on the side. Because I'm just like, what's the point? Why why am I doing this? I'm often the only woman in the room. Um, I would I would quite often just call out the group I was in, the meetings I was in, as like the misogynistic boys' club. If there was ever other women in the group, I'd be seen as a threat because there's only space for one of us, and just there was so much of that that just felt heavy and misaligned. And I think when lockdown hit, I'm just like, why am I doing this? Like, what is what is the purpose? And having lost my dad when I was 13, he like he died when he was 49. Like, I've got friends that are older than that now, and we traveled so much when we were younger, and I'm so so thankful that we did because I hear people say, Oh, you know, when the kids get older, we'll go and travel. We don't know how long we have on this planet. Have have the money so we can go and fucking live. Because we just, yeah, we don't know how long we have. So, so so much of me it was getting kind of nudged by my dad. Like, why are you just wasting time just existing when you could be going and partying in like B Sar? You can be just going out and having fun and doing something that lights you up. And I just never really knew it was possible until I started to see other women that were taking these paths and thinking, oh, hang on a minute, they can run their own businesses, they can actually make money helping people. I want to do that. And off I went. And as soon as I started to do something that felt so heart-led and soul-led for me to support and help others, that was when I just, you know, like my husband would have got up and say, like, you can be a bit of a workaholic, Jen, but I'm like, I just love what I do. And instead of telling people I'm busy and go away and having two hour chats with my best friend because I'm just literally passing the time, I'm in my business. I'm working because I love it.
SPEAKER_01:I love that we share that same mission. We aren't here just to exist on this planet. We want to actually enjoy our life. And again, I know we share this mission. We're here to help women or men make a lot of money, have the success, but so they can experience life, so they can travel, so they can be present with their family, so they can go out and look up at the sun and just feel it on their skin and just take a moment and breathe it all in. And yeah, I just love the way that you worded that. We are not here just to exist. We are here to live and to be. So I love that. Now, given you had created quite a lot, quite a lot of success within your life once you stepped into entrepreneurship and found the work that lit your soul on fire. I mean, winning an award like ADHD of the co of the year shows us that you were doing something right. So I'd love to know when you came into her empire or before you decided to even look for a space like her empire, what more were you craving?
SPEAKER_00:I think I wanted to be stretched. And I think I was fed up of going into spaces where I was the the big fish in the little pond. And I'm not saying this from like, you know, this is great for my ego, but to have people go, oh, you know, you're doing so well, and you you seem so successful, and just not feeling it inside, and and also they're looking up to me. I'm like, who who am I looking up to? Who's my next level that I can go? Oh my god, she's doing it. I want some of that. And this might be a belief of mine or not, but um, in the UK especially, there's just less people shouting about how successful they are and being confident. You know, we are kind of conditioned to play things down a lot. Um, I see in America and Australia there's a bit more confidence that you there's more uh coaches doing well, women in business doing well. So yeah, I think I wanted to be in those sorts of spaces and coming into her empire and also being alongside an another very successful British coach and seeing what's possible, maybe a step or two ahead of me. I wanted that stretch. And I've always thought when I get an idea, it's happening like the next day. It's bang, done, on it. I came into her empire, and I'm the slow one. The women in there, when they have an idea, and then they're like, oh, I'm in launch mode, and I'm seeing it on Instagram, I'm like, geez, like you guys are on it, and like that's also a fire under my ass because I yeah, I thought I was quick with stuff, but then I also see how much procrastination and overthinking I might get caught in, and I can see them just try it, see what happens, tweak it, go again. Um, and just how well that's paying off that you don't need to spend six months planning out a launch, just get out there and see what happens. Um, so yeah, I I really wanted to be expanded, and I was specifically looking for one of those sorts of spaces that you're not just gonna tell me the basics of running a business, because I've done that. Like I've been in those courses. I wanted something a bit more intimate, something that stretched me, something where I had a connection with the person I'm working with as well, and also something that blended the strategy and the feminine spirituality as well. I've seemed to have been with one or the other. Um, uh yeah, I just love how you bring both together. And I've had some huge shifts and changes over the last six months.
SPEAKER_01:Yes, you have, which I cannot wait to highlight. But I think when you are stepping into a space like Her Empire, which is a mastermind, it really should be delivering on everything that goes into a business, right? And I love that you've had the experience and know that we do blend the strategy and the woo-woo. We blend feminine leadership with the masculine structure because it is important to have businesses of the size that are being created within this space and that will be created beyond this space. Um, so I love that you've um mentioned that. Now, you mentioned you work with many other coaches before, you've been in other spaces. You did briefly just touch on this then. But what made you decide that her empire was the room based on what you saw on social media? Because you and I had never spoken before you applied for her empire. We had not connected before, but you obviously felt that energetic pull, or you saw something about her empire that you knew was going to tick the box for what you were craving. So if you can take us back to that moment, like what was going through your mind when you found her empire?
SPEAKER_00:Obviously, we've just come off the back of the immersion, and we were chatting with the the other women in the group. We're like, How did you find Jess? How did you find us? And you, this is testament to the work you do because you have literally manifested it all of us. You are the work that you do, because I was sitting down one evening and I'm like, I want to get into a mastermind that is specifically a mastermind, it's small group, it's um blending the spirituality with the the business structure. So I was googling all of that, and then you came up, and I remember going into Chat GPT, and I'm like, her, but like not in Australia, because that's the other side of the world, because I love everything that she's about, and then yeah, there was nothing. So I'm like, okay, well, I'm just I think I said to you before I signed up, couldn't we just make sure the UK call times work? And then I found you, and then I was, you know, reading through your sales page, and everything in there was just like, yes, yes, yes, yes, looking on your socials. And I remember being up in London at the time, we just sold our house literally like the week before, and I'd Needed a few days to just on my own, just chill out from as you move, yeah. Yeah, and I was up there to see Beyonce twice, and I just remember being on the buses in London, just binging your podcast and just having this nudge, and just like, oh, I have to do it. And then I think I jumped into your DMs and was like, I've just moved house, I'm getting married for the second time this year to the same guy. Um, like a month's time, we're moving house again. Like, this is gonna be a really stressful few months potentially. Should I join? But this nudge just kept poking at me. And yeah, the first couple of months in her empire, I was just listening to the the meditations, and I wasn't necessarily in the work mode, but I just needed that time to have some of that internal shift go up go on, and I feel like that's been huge. It has been the internal changes that are now starting to externally manifest. So, yeah, don't try and replicate someone online because they don't exist. There's a there's only one of you.
SPEAKER_01:I love to hear it.
SPEAKER_00:And there's a good reason I'm in Australia.
SPEAKER_01:I'm doing something right. Um, I think you are such a testament to there will never be a right time to invest in such a big space like this. You had just moved house, you weren't even settled in the next house, you were kind of in this limbo between the old house and the new house. You're planning a second wedding. I know this year for you was intended to be a year of travel and just living and being. So all of this was happening in the background, which may stand as an excuse to some people who are looking at a space and they know this space, like her empire, is what they need next. But perhaps the timing is a little bit off. And I think you are the perfect testament too. There really is never the right time. And if you get into the right space, you can do it all. You know, you being in this mastermind didn't take away from you being able to travel having the most incredible wedding. You still did the move and did that right. Like it's not designed to suck you out of every other area of your life. And the way that we build our businesses inside her empire is so that you can hold it all and do it all because that's what I want you to all achieve as women. Um, I don't want you just to have this successful sexy business. As I've said, I want you to have a good relationship, I want you to experience the world, I want you to just live outside of this space. Um, so I love that you touched on that. Now, throughout this episode, you've spoken about the big shifts that you've had internally. And as you've mentioned, they have been manifesting into some pretty incredible external results, which goes without saying. And I think some people forget this is how it's supposed to work. You pour into your personal expansion, you build the vessel to have and attract more, and it will always manifest, cause and effect. And so the fact that you spent the first half of her empire really pouring into yourself and building that vessel is the reason why the second half has been what it is, which we'll get into in a moment. So I think too many women are trying to fix the effect by just working harder, but we are the cause of that effect, and we have to become the woman that we need to be in order for these things to manifest. So, with that being said, what has been one of your biggest holy shit moments in the last six months?
SPEAKER_00:I think there's been two massive ones that both happened in October, which was my biggest month in business. Was me stepping in, oh, it's making me emotional, just thinking about this. Getting my car, and I've had a picture of a pink Tesla on my manifestation vision board that is stuck on the wall next to my vision statement that you guessed to do at the beginning of her empire. And it's been there for about nine months. So I did this before I came into her empire, knowing that one day I will have a pink Tesla, but the nudge just I didn't know when. And then it got to October, and I remember thinking, you know what, I really want to get one, I will hire one when I come to Australia. So the other big win is I booked my business class flights to Australia and I made the money back plus more in four days. So that's a huge, tangible win there. That because I was looking at flights for so long, trying to find like the cheapest ones, and you know, just obsessing over these bloody flights. And then I'm like, you know what? No, I'm going. I'm just gonna book, book the flights. But I was also getting myself used to seeing that number. Like if I travel within Europe, it's on easy jet, Ryanair, the cheapy airlines. I do not get their cheapest seats. I never do. I always make sure I've got my hand luggage and I've got my car in my checked-in bag. I know if they're£50 flights, I'm actually gonna pay£150. I'm getting myself used to see it. Don't even look at economy. It's gonna be two and a half grand to come to Australia. Just get used to that number. So I think I did need to kind of obsess over it for a while before I could actually just, you know, pay the money. But once I stepped into that, four days later, comes back to me. And then I yeah, so I had decided, okay, well, when I'm in Australia, I'm gonna hire a Tesla because I've had two before, love them. Um, I'd got rid of my car this year because I can walk everywhere. There's a train station down the road, I don't need a car. And I thought, okay, I'll enjoy it whilst I'm in Australia. And then I'd I'd done that. I'd I'd hired one over here, hadn't got to Australia yet. I'd just put the intention out there, and then something in me was just poking at me. Just this isn't enough. Don't just have one for a couple of weeks in Australia. You need one now. So one of the things you said was, Well, if you are wanting to manifest something, you need to start putting in place, like go to the neighborhood you want to live in, find out, okay, well, if you want the Tesla, how much would it cost? I want a pink one. How much would it cost to get it sprayed or wrapped? Who would do that? Like, start putting into action. And I remember looking at looking at them online, and I'm like, Oh, that's actually a really reasonable price to have one that's a couple of years old. It's my car then, I don't need to worry about leasing it or anything. And also the the dealership I found do in-house customizations. So they sprayed my caliphers pink, they would do the entire wrap for me. Um, and they were fantastic. Like, I mean, car dealerships, at least in the UK, get a lot of shit, rightly so. These guys were incredible, and it was it was that premium luxury experience. The keeping in contact, making sure I had the exact right colour, just making sure I was happy. And I think that is also partly the work I've done, is that is my new bare minimum now. That is a standard. I'm not dealing with salesman bullshit. I am expecting I'm paying a lot of money for something. I want good service. And I remember being at this dealership, and there was a woman there that obviously hadn't done the work, and she's another customer, and she was in the like waiting room, and she said to me, Oh, do you think the drinks are free or do we have to pay for them? And I'm like, Girl, go get your drink. Take a drink. Don't even ask that question. Like, you're dropping tens of thousands of pounds, you can have a bottle of water.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, you can have a bottle of water.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, but you know, it's those little things that you see day to day, that it's such a mindset piece, isn't it? Like, I belong here. I'm not even gonna ask, is the drink free? I'm just gonna take it.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, it's like you've been here many times before because energetically you had, because you had rehearsed this moment and you had dropped into this moment, so yeah, and it was stepping into that moment, that experience of me having the car, and just the whole process of it being wrapped for me, and like we went to the other side of the country and test drove it ourselves home.
SPEAKER_00:I found some pink sunglasses on the way, on the way back. Um, and then they had this big reveal for me, and I just remember crying, no, I need to get this video, just saying, like, I'm so proud of myself that my business and me have taken the steps to get this. Like, I have created this, and this was not easy the whole way up to getting the car because it was such a stretch for my nervous system. I'm like, am I being crazy? What if the money doesn't come in to pay for this? Like, what if I can't do this? Am I being mad? I don't even need a car, I just want one. Like, all of these, all of these thoughts were coming in. I was getting all these downloads from my dad as well. Just like, get the car, get the car. And I could feel this like massive sense of pride from him as well to just do it. And as soon as I did it and bought it, like nothing external can make you happy. And it wasn't about the car, it was what it signified to me that I trust myself, that uh I can be big, I can take up space. And it's bringing so much joy to people, like driving it around, people are just double taking, and anyone, like the builders on the street, it's just bringing a smile to their faces. The um, the amount of little girls that have just stopped and pointed at the car, and you can just see this, they just light up seeing this, and it's so nice to be someone that brings joy to others, and and also that that inspiration to show young girls like if you want to drive a pink Tesla, you can drive a pink Tesla, you can you can do this, you can earn this. If that's something that matters to you, do it. Yeah, so that's been a huge trust, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:And while we're on the topic of the car, as you did say, that car represents so much. Yes, you have this hot pink Tesla that you get to drive around and experience physically, but there is so much that that car represents. It's your courage to get into a space that you knew would make you feel uncomfortable. The investment, the women working with a mentor that you've never worked with before and trusting it was going to work out. It represents trusting that if the download comes through and you act on it, it will work out. And that is something that paralyzes so many women. They are getting the downloads, they know exactly what they want, but they're waiting for the validation first before they take the action. And the unfortunate truth is your reality will always equal your identity, and you've got to leap first, you've got to take the first step, and then the rest can unfold. So the fact that you went and got the quote for the spraying on this car before you even had the car, you then went and bought the car before the money even dropped in. You had to do all of these courageous acts and just keep trusting that it would manifest, and it actually did. So I think there's so much in that car that, as you said, we can get anything we want, but you've got to take the first step, keep trusting it's going to work out, and then get really excited when it all does drop in.
SPEAKER_00:And I think having a group of women around me that aren't gonna say, Oh, is that gonna be a bit of a stretch, Jen? Is that a bit too much? Like, maybe wait for next year. Everyone is just like, yes, go, go for it. Like, if you feel like you can do this, go for it. And it's not that they're saying that from validation, it's more of like, I hear you trusting yourself. You don't really need anything from us, but there's a holding in that space, which is so lovely. And also, I was sharing one that I wanted to get the car, and I just as it was starting to get colder in the UK, and I always struggle in autumn with the cold, I'm I'm messaging the group like, I can feel the heated steering wheel and like the heated seats, I can feel my bum getting warm and like all the visualizations that we've been doing because I'm such a visual person, and you know, the mental rehearsal, the seeing myself with the car, and I've driven one before, so I knew how it felt and how it drove and what the screen looks like, and you know, all of those things I could really just see myself in it, and then another thing that actually kicked all this off, which is gonna sound so girly, was I went and got my nails done, and she brought in a specific sparkly pink colour, specifically just for me. She's like, I saw this colour and I thought of you, and you needed to get this. And I remember texting you guys, I think, and saying, I'm gonna get a Tesla in this colour. Yeah, I remember that. The three weeks I I had that that colour on my nails, I because I was looking at that colour every day. I couldn't just keep ignoring it. And then the nudge just got louder and louder and louder. Um, so yeah, and and also having the car is such such an expression of like that's my space. That's where that's my freedom. I can go wherever I want at any time. That is where I will go and I will dance and sing in the car. Like I will cry, I will scream, I will like process my emotions and not having that, I don't just need a car to get from A to B. It's it's so so much more than just that.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, I love it, and I love that you've done it. And mind you, just for you guys to know, the decision to buy the car, the decision to get the car or have the car was in a matter of weeks, really. Like, we are not talking this wasn't something she mulled over for the entire time of her empire. This was within this is like two weeks.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. Um, love it. And then, yeah, your business class flights. So you booked business class, you knew that this is the lifestyle that you are worthy of, and this is what you want to live, and therefore, you're getting yourself on the plane, you're trusting the flights will come through, and as you've mentioned, within only four days, you made back the money for your business class flights. We are not making this shit up, guys. This is how much power we hold we hold over our reality when you do have all of the tools to be able to manipulate it. And I just remembered as well, you had a moment before her empire. You said you were going to be on the beach in Australia on the 24th of November. You had no idea why you would end up there or what would take you to Australia, but then you were here in Australia in November.
SPEAKER_00:Um it was when I was in Ibiza in September. So I was already in Her Empire, but I didn't know how I was gonna have the money, how I was gonna just how I was physically gonna get to Australia for the immersion. And like it's a weekend practically. We are insane if we are travelling across the world for a weekend. But something again just kept, yeah, exactly. Something just kept poking at me, like you need to be there. And I remember I walked into the sea in Ibiza, I think it's the 24th of September 2025, and I was saying to myself, and I think I might have even said it out loud, it's the 24th of November, 2025, and I am in Australia. And I then forgot about this, and it was when I walked into the water in Burley, just after I'd arrived in Australia, that that visceral memory, because I think that was the last time I was actually in the water, I walked in and it just bang, hit me. Oh my god, it's the 24th of November and I'm in Australia. What the fuck? And I did this yesterday yesterday. Um, I was at Bondi, and I said out loud, it's January 2027, and we have moved to Australia. And then I asked, Is this anything I need to cleanse or get rid of? And before I even finish my sentence, because the intention was to let the water cleanse me, this wave comes over my head and like through me, like up my nose, in my ears, just cleanses my whole body.
SPEAKER_01:I'm like, okay, you are what it is, here we go.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, yeah. And and like this is how quickly when we set the intention, you can't even finish the thought sometimes. Bang, it's done, it's there.
SPEAKER_01:But that's a testament to again the amount of work that you have done within your body to be able to drop in the way you do the trust element to trust the downloads, trust the intuitive nudges, trust the energetic feeling that you have, and then to be able to so quickly collapse time. And we all have the ability to collapse time, we have the ability to manipulate our reality, but you do need to have the tools within you in order to do so. We are manifesting every single day the reality we all have, we have created, whether consciously or unconsciously, you still created it. But to be able to create what you actually want takes an art, and that is an art that you have absolutely mastered, which means that life just gets to be this good for you and it will stay this good because you know how to create what you want, not what you don't want.
SPEAKER_00:And I think it's taken evidence and also just having the people around me each time something like this happens, is to actually recognize it and say it out loud and celebrate all of those moments because we're then strengthening that evidence that it wasn't just, oh well, maybe that was just a coincidence. It is, oh, I manifested this thing, some magic has just happened and I created that. Oh my god, this is amazing. What else can I do? Yeah, and then the more we celebrate that, the more it just becomes like, well, yeah, of course.
SPEAKER_01:This is my. Yeah, yeah. So we've spoken about your inner shifts, we've spoken about some of the tangible things you've been able to manifest. But let's zoom in now on your business because we've also seen a lot of growth within the business, lots of tweaking, lots of tweaking still happening, which will always happen. Um, but yeah, what have you been able to create within the business, whether it's in terms of offers, revenue, attracting a certain calibre of client, take us there.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, I think one of the biggest things has been attracting my ideal clients. And instead of feeling like I have to convince people or take them on this really long buying journey that, you know, someone's just dropped into my Instagram feed and then they're gonna have on my podcast, and then they're gonna have to go through this funnel, and then they're, you know, it's gonna be two years or whatever. Every person that comes in now, I have that belief that they are ready to work with me and that they don't need convincing. And I saw this when I was on quite a big ADHD podcast in the UK at the beginning of October. All of these people were coming into my world and they're like, I want to work with you. Um, I've got, like I checked my inbox this morning, I've got a client who is quite literally fighting to come and work with me. She's like trying to put the money together to work with me one-to-one because my spaces are quite limited. Um, just this assumption that people are coming and they are, and that was why October was then my biggest month that I've ever done. My clients are also travelling all over the world. So this week I've spoken to one of them's in Italy, another one has just flown to Tasmania, and then crazy enough, one of my previous clients who was housebound was a hundred meters away from me on Bondi Beach last yesterday. Like, how insane is that?
SPEAKER_01:And they live in the UK, just that's that invisible thread that's connecting us all.
SPEAKER_00:Exactly, exactly. So for me to trust that I can show up as me, and then people are wanting to come into my world and wanting the life that I live, because it just feels quite normal to me. And I felt a bit maybe ashamed of sharing my bigness and sharing all my travel, but I realize that's what inspires people. So, yeah, I've I'm getting clearer on my product suite. So I've launched the limitless circle. Um, so like from yesterday, for example, um I got kicked out of my Airbnb building because my Airbnb host has been illegally subletting her apartment and the building's like, you need to leave. So I'm like, I will leave when I'm ready to leave in the evening after I have done one of my live client sessions in the evening. So it's that like dedication to showing up, and also something in me the day before made me prepare instead of leaving it to the last minute, which I quite often do. So it's it's just trusting that I can show up for my clients and that they are getting value from what I'm what I'm doing. And yeah, I'm in or will be going into launch very soon for um a business coaching mastermind in 2026. So yeah, really excited to be working with with those sensitive, heart-led well-being practitioners that they want to help other other people, but they're doing it at the detriment of their own, their own health. They are giving too much of themselves away, they don't have the right, they don't have the right tools in place to look after themselves, or they are just like, I can't take up space, I don't feel safe to use my voice, I don't feel safe to hold more money. Um, I can't be spiritual and bougie at the same time, and I'm there to prove, yes, you can. You know, I've been here having some massive somatic releases, going to like the Crystal Castle, just so like so much depth of energy and you know, spirituality, woo, whatever we want to call it. And yes, I've flown here business class, and yes, I've bought myself a couple of pairs of hot pink that exactly match my car, Christian bouton shoes, because they literally have my name on.
SPEAKER_01:Like these are pink, and I've got to get them right now.
SPEAKER_00:They've they've torn the backs of my heels apart, but they're beautiful shoes.
SPEAKER_01:They look pretty.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, the heels are not so bad, it's the trainers.
SPEAKER_01:Um, so just taking you back to the client attraction that you've been able to achieve during her empire, you touched on pulling your client up that buyer journey, which is something that we hone in on within her empire. So many entrepreneurs are running their business from a convincing energy, assuming that every client who comes into the world, as you've mentioned, needs to go through this long journey before they're ready to buy. But all we do is simply pull them up that buyer journey and we position our brand towards those clients who have already listened to the podcast, they've already read the books, they are already aware of their problem, they are already aware of the solution they desire. Now they are just looking for a mentor, insert us or a brand or a service, insert our brand right in front of them where they already are, and then they buy so much quicker. And of course, there is more to that than just let's just pull them up energetically. You've got to be able to hold your brand at that higher standard. You need to be able to position your marketing towards those clients who are ready to buy. And what we do see a lot in women, like with women in business and just entrepreneurs, is a lot of their marketing is towards those who do need convincing and do need to be sold to. But we can we can speak to them differently and we'll call them in. And then, of course, having an office suite position towards these premium clients who are ready to buy, which is a lot of the work that you have been doing and that I know you will be doing in 2026 because Jenny's coming back into her empire, which is no surprises. Um, yeah, really just speaking to those high achievers who have the money, they're ready to invest, they are aware of the solution they want, and that's where you position yourself as the go-to expert for them. And it's just a game changer in business. This is when business gets easier. It's when you get to start working with these incredible clients and you get to make money so much quicker because everything is geared towards the ones who are ready.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and like for example, so I had a client sign up with me, and I think she'd maybe just started following me on Instagram quite recently. But we had an alignment call, and 30 minutes later, paid in full, done. And like a perfect example of this is I think we can get so stuck in our heads about needing to convince. And so, for example, yesterday I get kicked out of this Airbnb. I need to find somewhere. I don't care if a bit if if there's a piece of land, and here are the architectural plans, and here's the hotel that's going to be built one day. And do you want to follow this journey? No, I want somewhere to stay right now. I have the money, I need somewhere to stay tonight. Where can I go? And it's it's those people like maybe some people want to follow a hotel being built on Instagram. Great, they might stay in a few years' time if they're planning to maybe come to Sydney in three years. Fine. I'm in Sydney with nowhere to stay right now. I have the money, buy me somewhere. And it's speaking to those people and and realizing, oh yeah, you don't need to pull them, you don't need to pull them along this journey with you. You're already there providing the service that they are actively looking for. You just need to speak to them. Yeah, yeah. And I've had a photo shoot out here that I've just had the pictures come in last night, and oh yes, they are the epitome of like this newer version of me, because my brand photos are like two and a half years old. They're old, old version of me. I've lost weight of just I'm about three, three lifestyle life changes away from that person. So yeah, there's there's some exciting stuff coming for next time.
SPEAKER_01:I cannot wait to see the photos. I believe they're in Telegram, so I will be jumping in there straight after this episode. Um, but yeah, just one more last thing on the client attraction thing. It is so much easier to draw a cheater to you than it is to chase down the cheater. And that's what we need to remember. If we have the ability to draw these clients in, it's so much easier than going out and chasing down the clients. Um, so again, something else you guys will master if you jump into her empire. With that being said, I would love for you to share. If there are women listening to this episode and they feel the pull to be in a space like her empire, what would you tell her?
SPEAKER_00:I would say if you're feeling that internal nudge, yes, it will feel scary, but do it. Like, follow, follow the nudge and know that, like, yes, this can be uncomfortable. This is not gonna be necessarily a straightforward journey. It can be messy. Like, I've had some huge, I mean, I think the first day I'm like, guys, I'm the crier of the group, but it's been so necessary that the space is there for that. Uh so uh if you if the fear is coming up, there's a reason for that because you're on the edge of that big breakthrough. If this necessarily felt super, super easy, then yeah, maybe, maybe it's too straightforward. If there is a little bit of fear of like, oh my god, who can I be if I go into this? That's that, yeah, that's that energy. And and I've seen myself and the other women in the group go from successful women, they have these blocks, they're not fully comfortable using their voices towards the end, where they are just stepping into their power, using their voices, and absolutely killing it in business. And it's just incredible to be around and be in that energy, and we're all in there supporting each other as well. Like, I remember one of the women, I think quite early on when I was in the middle of moving houses and weddings and everything, she had just done like a 30 or 40k launch, and she was on the beach, and I remember I was on the beach at the same time, and I was feeling what she was feeling. Like I was feeling the pride for her and also for myself, because that's the kind of space that we're in. And this isn't just like another business mastermind where you're gonna learn how to show off on social media better. This is like the purging of all the shit that's keeping you stuck and holding you back. And also from someone who's got ADHD that isn't necessarily gonna be sitting around meditating all day because you know I'm busy and it's boring, um, even though I'm a trained meditation teacher. Um, it's listening to the subconscious reprogramming, the sleep meditations as I go to bed in the morning. Like it's you make them easy and you make them interesting, that they're not just sit there and be with your thoughts when you're like, but I need to do this and I need to do this and I need to do this.
SPEAKER_01:And as you said, not only do we have shit to do, but we want to work in our business. This is our soul's calling. We don't want to just be sitting around, yeah, in meditation for far too long.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_01:Um, what was I just gonna say then? Oh, speaking of the purging and the fact that you will, and I can guarantee this, you will end her empire as the iconic business owner that you are. On the weekend, we had the immersion, as Jenny has been sharing. The women flew from the other side of the world for a weekend immersion business class. And I put up a reel actually saying, while you're frustrated that no one's spending money right now, a group of women just flew business class from the other side of the world after investing five figures in a mastermind to be in Australia for a weekend immersion. So you are just speaking to the wrong clients. Um, but speaking of the purging and the releasing and the really stepping into this icon that you all are, our word of or our phrase of the weekend was fuck it. And one of the women, she kept having these releases, and she's like, all I want to say is just fuck it. Fuck it, fuck it, fuck it.
SPEAKER_00:Oh yeah, she's brilliant, and she and she's not the kind of like I will swear quite a lot. She she's just such a classy woman that lives in Paris, and she's yeah, I just love that this energy's coming out of her. Just fuck it. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01:That's the energy of her empire by the end of it. Yeah, that's the energy you'll be in.
SPEAKER_00:Yeah, and when we were doing a purge on the weekend, like I remember just this anger coming up at all of these people that had I'd almost allowed to to to not use my voice. Like, why are they why have I let them keep me small? Then I'm like, fuck you, no, like look how powerful I am when I'm not being dragged down by all that shit. And yeah, that felt like a pretty big release, and then to be held by women that we're all celebrating each other's bigness and the power, and you can feel it in the room, and oh yeah, it's it's it's powerful.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:So like thank you. Thank you for holding that space and creating this because the more women that are using their voices and have stepped into their power, like the quicker we can change the world, like the more we can be those role models for our kids and like our nieces. So much of the work I'm doing is to be that role model for my my little nieces. It's important stuff. It's not just about a pink Tesla and business class. It's it's showing the next generation what women are capable of.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, yeah. And you take a woman with the talents and the strengths that the women of her empire have, and you show her it's safe to use her voice, you help her step into her bigness, and you give her the blueprint, the most unstoppable, powerful women you will ever, ever meet. Um, and you are one of those women, Jenny. I have loved being on this journey with you, and I love that we've seen all the parts of entrepreneurship in your story and that you've shared that so well here today. Because yes, we have the the beautiful car and the big income months and the high-paying clients and the business class flights, but we also have the days where you were crying and you were breaking down and you were releasing and you were moving through the hardship that does come up no matter what, when you are moving into a new identity and claiming more for yourself. And I just hope this episode and the way that Jenny has shared her story has normalized the roller coaster that is entrepreneurship. And another reason why it's so important to get into spaces like her empire so that we can hold you up and support you as you move through all of it. Because there's a lot to it.
SPEAKER_00:And I think another thing I want to say about how her empire has been run, which is so different from other spaces, is that it's not all about the hustle and the burnout and go, go, go. And you know, if you want a successful business, you need to sacrifice. And like you guys have held me in the spaces when I've been like, well, actually, my head's in the wedding at the moment, or we're about to move house, or um, like I think I showed up for a call a few weeks ago and I was so ill, but I turned up anyway. I think I'm yeah, just I think I was celebrating things, but I'm like, I've just had a really shit day and I've been attacked online and I'm just really not feeling very well. But it's I I was there because I wanted to be there, not because I felt like I should. And I think that's that's such a a huge um testament to the space of the group. Is there's kind accountability in there, but it's not like, why have you not done this thing? Go harder, push, push, push. There's none of that, but we still get stuff done, and it's it's because we're choosing to. Like we're responsible business owners, we're the only ones that can get from A to B. Not because someone else is on your ass, but because you're choosing to do so, and it it's it's that self-accountability. And also for anyone thinking about coming in, like we're never ready. We're never ready to take the step. If if you wait till you feel you're ready, like you were ready two years ago, like you've passed it, you've outgrown that already.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah. So yeah, it's supposed to give you butterflies, it's supposed to make you feel a little bit nervous. It means that you are stepping into the right space. I love that. And also you'll get to be in there with Jenny. And as you've learned today, she is the kind of woman that you want in your circle when you are growing a business. She will bring the boldness out in you, she will bring the fun, she will hold space, and yeah, you get you get her in there with you.
SPEAKER_00:So and I'm also the complete opposite of your branding because I'm all pink and you're all brown, and you're with you're sat there with your wine and I don't drink. Literally, but it's the messaging behind it, isn't it?
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, that's right. Um, well, Jenny, thank you so much for sharing your time with us today. I know you are, it's your last day here in Australia, so I'm very grateful that you've shared your last day with us all. Your story is so inspiring and activating, and I'm so sure that you've had everyone on the edge of their seat. Um, so yeah, just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all that you do and all that you are.
SPEAKER_00:Oh, well, thank you for having me on and just for holding this space. Like the last six months have been insane. And also we're we're moving to Australia, so there's another reason that I had to be in this because it got me here. It got me to that realization.
SPEAKER_01:Yeah, you've gone from not wanting an Australian coach to moving to Australia. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00:That's the reason these things happen.
unknown:100%.
SPEAKER_01:There always is. And to everybody who is listening, if you know her empire is the space that needs to hold you and expand you in 2026.
