But what the hell does it all actually mean? So today I brought an expert onto the show to break it all down for us. Kesley Hall is a business strategist and astrologer who works with leaders at the intersection of identity, purpose, and strategy. She uses astrology and human design as practical frameworks for the deep identity work that actually moves the needle in business, helping leaders become the person their business requires them to be. This is an episode I have been dying to sit down and do. Kesley and I have been trying to get this in the calendar for a couple of months. We are on opposite sides of the world. So we finally made it work, and I'm so pumped for today's episode. As you've just heard from the intro, it's going to be a game changer for your business in terms of the topics we are covering today. SPEAKER_01I'm so excited. I can't wait to dive into what we talk about. I feel like you're a great host, and so you got you got all the questions, and I can't wait.
SPEAKER_02I love it. Well, thank you so much for sharing your time with us. I know it's late where you are, so we do really appreciate it. Now, you obviously use astrology and human design as a tool in business, and I'm actually quite new to astrology. So I'm being a little bit selfish here today, and I've got all the questions that I want to ask you that I know my audience are going to love. Now, for cont for some context, my audience are full of women in business, high-performing women in business, and what we are all about around here is not just following a cookie-cutter strategy that is trending on Instagram, but rather finding the blueprint for us when it comes to leading, selling, and creating within our business. And astrology and human design are most definitely one way that we can go about that. So I'm so excited to have your expertise on the show today and for you to share how we can use these as tools in our businesses. Now, as
Astrology As A Business Tool
SPEAKER_02I mentioned, I am quite new to astrology, and so I would love to just kick off with a beginner's guide to astrology, but through the lens of business. What can astrology reveal to us about how we do lead, sell, and create within our businesses?
SPEAKER_00So the thing that I'm always very adamant about in my work is that tools like astrology and human design are exactly that. They are tools. They are not something to, again, put you in another box or to unconsciously outsource your authority to, because I see that happen a lot where suddenly people start to learn about themselves and they start to constrict themselves, and it is quite meant for the opposite. And astrology has been a part of my life since I can remember. My mom was very into it growing up, and it was something that I picked up in my teenage years majorly and organically infused into business when I pivoted into consulting. And what I have learned working with hundreds and hundreds of people's charts at this point is truly everyone is very unique. And I like to see astrology as your story and human design is your energy because astrology is explaining the patterns, it explains your strengths and weaknesses and why you experience what you do and your correct energy for all the way from your brand to your voice to your approach to content, your how you serve all of it. And human design is another you know tool that can really supplement in that. This is how you're designed to actually serve inside of your offers. This is really what your brand purpose wants to be about. It's like a light bulb goes off every time of like, I didn't know I was allowed to claim that or to do that. So it's really this huge permission slip more than it ever is like, oh, you are this, so you have to act this way.
SPEAKER_02I love that you mentioned we use it as a tool and not to use it as the only way that you can grow your business because there's so many tools we can lean on, right? And I think it's great when you know how to pick and choose between which one is the one we should be leaning on at the moment. Um, so astrology. I hear terms like planets, signs, houses. Please explain the core language of astrology, and when we see that terminology, what can we take from it?
Houses Signs Planets Explained
SPEAKER_00So we'll start with houses because fundamentally, actually, my favorite thing to dissect for people. And so the houses are this wheel of your chart. Everyone has 12 houses, and depending on what time you were born specifically determines your rising sign. And your houses will go exactly in order of the zodiac wheel. So if you are an Aries rising, your second house will always be Taurus, your third house will be Gemini, your fourth in Cancer, and so on and so on. So it's following the exact same wheel, it's never random. And so the houses represent different areas of life, but I have my own complete methodology on how I see it, given that I'm a business consultant. And so I view the houses each through their own unique business lens. So, for example, the fourth house traditionally in astrology is about your home and your emotional foundations and your family and your lineage and like your literal home. And how I see it through the lens of business is it's literally your business foundations and what you have to create inside of your business structure to feel safe enough to be fully expressed. And so the houses are essentially hyper-specific areas. Like your sixth house is how you are uniquely designed to serve. It is your everyday life, it is how you find fulfillment in the day-to-day mundane things. The seventh house is your clients, it is also your partnerships, it's who you want to go into business with and who best reflects that energy. And then the eighth house, just for one more example, is the unique transformation that you provide. So this is one that I've had I've had a lot of astrologers hire me as well, and they like are like mind-blown when I tell them about my translation of the eighth house, because in traditional astrology, the eighth house is the it's all the taboo things, it's all the very unsexy things that nobody wants to talk about. It is like debts and traumas and these baggage that we carry, and it's a very murky kind of house. It's uh again, it's very hidden and you know, it's all the taboo topics you could possibly think of. But because it is that house of transformation, you come out of the other side of it. I truly believe that, you know, in business, at the end of the day, like the best mentors and consultants and people who just have been in their industry for a long time have such a unique way that they transform because of what they've been through. And so that's another lens. So now we look at the signs. So I already started to kind of mention the signs, but the signs are each uh each zodiac, right? And so traditionally everybody knows what their sun sign. So if I go like, oh, what's your sign? Like, you know what your sign is, right? And so the zodiacs are representing different energies, they are different ways of expression, they have their own strengths and weaknesses. And I always like to see them as, you know, there's a high expression of each and a low expression of each, because with all of this, what do you want to call it, uh, you know, like the meme-based astrology all the time, it's you know, hating on like Geminis or Scorpios or like whatever it may be. And really, it's just every single sign has the high expression and has the low expression, or is truly embodied and integrated, or is being unconsciously rejected. And so you're expressing the negative qualities of it. And then the last thing we have is the planets. So the planets are actually the like the main players in all of this, and so just like there's 12 houses, there's also 12 planets, and there are five specific planets, though, that play the most important role in how you show up, in your expression, in your identity, in how you communicate, and how you feel about things and how you connect, and all of that. The rest of them are generational or outer planets that are more so these collective experiences that you have. So, for example, everyone in your graduating class, and maybe like the class above and below you, all of you have the same Saturn placement, likely. And it's because you all kind of had that collective experience together, whereas Pluto rules entire generation. So, like I am technically a Gen Z, which people are always shocked about. Um, I'm on the very tippy tail end of it, but um, you know, Sagittarius and Pluto is the Gen Z generation, and the Scorpio and Pluto is the millennial generation. So those are more about, you know, the collective experiences. So that is a little bit on what they represent. And of course, with my work, I have that translation on what each planet really plays a role in your business and how it shows up, how it's meant to be integrated, and you know, because certain things aren't going to affect your your messaging, whereas other things will affect your foundations, your service, and it's like um it's like a big web. It's a it's a whole different language.
SPEAKER_02And so on that, when you look at somebody's chart, what are the top top things that really grab your attention and you want them to know about when it comes to scaling their business?
SPEAKER_00Yeah. So immediately I look at what are considered the business houses, and that is the second, sixth, and tenth house. So the second house immediately tells me what your skill sets are, what your relationship to your own value and self-worth is, and what patterns you might have around your money and your income. But most importantly, it is those natural talents that really want to come out. And once you ingrain the sign of your second house, is when you will start to effortlessly feel like, wow, it's so easy to make money because your skills are being translated into something you organically are so good at and do and love. The
The Three Business Houses
SPEAKER_00sixth house is this is a house I talk a lot about. I actually don't really see other people talk about it very much at all, but the sixth house is your literal service, it is how you are designed to actually serve people. Because if you look at all of these different business models, you look at, you know, different people who are in the same industry, we all have a different way of serving that is correct for us. And so, combined with your human design, this one can like really, really help you nail down your business model and signature. But I find this house to be so incredibly important because at the end of the day, all we have is our day-to-day. And like, if you can make your day-to-day so fulfilling in your business, you you win. You win at life. And so I love to really dive into somebody's sixth house and help them understand how you can position your services and your everyday life for the absolute most fulfillment for you to get out of it and organically you just serve better, people want to stay with you longer, you show up better, you show up more authentic, you're excited to actually market your services because you like what you're doing. And then the last one is the 10th house. So it's all connected, where you can kind of think of it as the second house, as your talents and your skill sets. These are organically being translated into the sixth house of how you serve. So it's like, okay, how do I take my talents and put them into a service? Then your 10th house is your brand, it's your reputation, it is your long-term legacy. And those are both informing your brand and your reputation and what you're really here to build. So the sign on your 10th house, what is most common that people love to talk about is the mid-heaven when it comes to career. And if you are using whole sign astrology, which is what I recommend that you use when you look it up, um, just because it makes it very, very simple to look at. The mid-heaven could be anywhere from your eighth house to your 12th house, technically, in Placidus, which is what all charts typically default to. It's always in the 10th house. But regardless, the sign of your 10th house is very much so the brand energy that you are meant to give. It is how you approach these longer goals, your relationship with even visibility and um what your, you know, your bigger ambitions are. It very much so can be connected to your greater mission and different things like that, all kind of depends on the chart. But those are the three that I immediately have my eye caught every single time because they rule so much of the business foundation in WhatsApp play.
SPEAKER_02I love this conversation so much. I'm obsessed with businesses by design. And as I mentioned at the start of this, I'm such a big advocate. Finding the business offers services, brand positioning that you are meant for. And as you've mentioned, business becomes so much easier when you're in alignment with how you're supposed to run and sell in your business, but also your energy is so different. And I'm sure you've been in places in your business where you have this intuitive feeling that you're not where you're supposed to be, you're not selling the offers you should be selling, versus when you are really in your flow and you're like, This is what I'm supposed to be selling, this is the positioning I was here to, you know, deliver on. It's such a different energy we feel, and our clients feel that instantly. Um, which I'd love to know. Obviously, you have taken astrology and human design and applied it to your own business. Is there a contrast? Has there been a version of you that didn't show up in business with this as a tool versus obviously now? And and what were the results?
SPEAKER_00My very first business, it was there were there were so many things in what I learned and how the model was set up that went against everything in my energy. And I actually would piss a lot of people off because I wasn't willing to do things certain ways, and I kind of kept going against the grain over and over and over again. Eventually, I do have one of those typical stories where I burnt out very severely and you know had a midlife crisis and was like, I don't know, I'm gonna do this, and burnt it down. That did happen to me indeed, and while I was in that limbo period of my life of genuinely being like, I know that I I've never had a shred of doubt in me that I was meant to build
Burnout To Aligned Consulting
SPEAKER_00something big and have a big life and do something very impactful. I just did not know what the vehicle looked like for that. And so my biggest, biggest thing for me though, personally was I had to have purpose behind what I was doing. You know, I have three business degrees, I had already had a successful business, like there was many gifts and talents and skill sets that I had, but I was not willing to just do anything. And so in that search of purpose, I actually just started consulting on the side, um, mostly because I needed money at this point in my life. And I started consulting with some friends' businesses that they were starting and growing, and very, very organically because I was obsessed, all I would throw myself into all day long was astrology and human design at this point in my life, because I was like, I'm lost, and maybe the stars know how to help me find my way back. And I had this one client who is a friend of mine, and we had created her this marketing strategy, and she's like, I don't know what it is. This, you know, makes all logical sense, but like it just feels wrong to me, and like I I just don't I don't want to do it. And again, like I know it makes logical sense, and like I just I don't know, I'm feeling so much resistance towards it. And she was not woo-woo in the slightest. She like thinks all of this is like BS. So I was like, Would you happen to know what your birth time is? Because I knew your birthday, and she like rolled her eyes, she's like, whatever. So she gives me her birth time and I dissect her astrology and human design. And this was before, you know, I knew how to directly apply it to business, but I'd known all the fundamentals very well. So I come back with like a completely revised strategy for her for marketing, and I was like, Well, you have an Aries six house, and you also have um like you are a spleenic projector and X, Y, and Z. And so we completely shifted how it was done, and she's like, hmm, this feels good. And she ended up having an insanely massive launch because of it, because of how she's able to sell out. And so I started doing this for an entire year without telling anyone that was what I was doing. I was kind of like Trojan horsing myself of being like, yeah, come in. And people would be like, Yeah, work with Kessley, it's such great results, but I still felt like an imposter uh talking about astrology and human design because I was like, I don't know, I just like have been studying this forever and like I'm finding my unique way of how to apply it, but I had to learn through a lot of one-on-one people of like what is my methodology. And so organically, I started to apply this to my business. And every single year since I've been consulting, I get more and more refined in that and getting even more true to it because the biggest thing about these is there's a lot of deconditioning that comes with it, there's a lot of huge identity shifts and permission slips to allow yourself to do things in a certain way, um, especially when you've been doing something incorrect for so long and finally making the switch. So every year I get more and more and more embodied in it. And last year was hands down my most successful year that I'd ever had, and what felt like the absolute easiest year on a lot of counts of how that happened too. And this year is already like projected to be significantly bigger, and it's just like I'm just having fun at this point, you know, that does not feel forced at all, and so it has been a huge product of consistently and consciously working with these tools.
SPEAKER_02I love you. Mentioned that a lot of this work does involve unlearning and reconditioning, and I specialize in the subconscious mind and reprogramming my clients from that level, and we always use that term relearning or unlearning because, as you mentioned, it is so scary to start doing business in a different way, even if it hasn't really been working, but to just trust this intuitive guidance or this chart that somebody gave you over generations and generations of conditioning around what success should look like does naturally come with a Of resistance, and the reason I like to talk about that is because I'm sure my listeners have heard about astrology and human design before and how it can be so helpful in their business, but so many still aren't turning to tools like this because it does go against the traditional way of building success, which is work so hard and just throw everything at the wall and market research and do what others are doing and things like that. So I love that you've just mentioned that. If any of this does feel sticky, or if you look at this like it's woo-woo, um, just know that it's just because it's about to go against years and generations of conditioning when it comes to growing success. But we are here to build a business that feels good and is for us. Um, so yeah, I just I just love that you made that point there because often we look to these things and it doesn't land with us straight away. That's the invitation to really invite it in because there's a reason why it's not landing with us. Um, okay, so what I'm hearing is our birth time and day will influence our chart, but then obviously we hear about the moon and the stars' influence on the collective energy and our energy. I would love for you to talk to that. How do the stars and the moon influence our energy and what is in store for us in 2026 when it comes to astrology on that basis?
SPEAKER_01Oh boy, that we we gotta we gotta lots to talk about on this one because this is it's a massive, massive year.
SPEAKER_00Like, truly, I sound like a broken record at this point. Um, everyone's like getting ready for like the next coming because of me, because I'm like, just get ready, it's like gonna be big. And I'm usually not one of those astrologers at all
Transits And Collective Energy
SPEAKER_00that's like, you know, I feel like so many astrologers do it for every freaking transit, but overall, like the collective energy of the entire year of 2026 moving into the next few years is big. It's this very fast, fiery type of energy. And so, to first talk about the transits, because this is what you are hearing all the time whenever you see those posts that
Why 2026 Changes Everything
SPEAKER_00it's like what this full moon means for your sign or whatever it may be. And so astrology is happening all the time, 24-7, and it is interacting with your chart. So there are certain planetary influences that are going to really give you advantages that are going to spark up your energy. There's also going to be ones that really drain your energy where events happen and you know you're going through something hard, and the astrology is always reflective of that. For the longest time, I kept trying to disprove transit astrology as much as I could to kind of go against my work because what I had learned in one of my classes, like debate classes, is you become better at what you do if you're trying to disprove and be on the other side. And I tried, and every time I would be like, Oh, this is the one months later, I'd be so proven wrong that it was laughable, honestly. And so again, astrology is happening all the time, it is constantly interacting with your chart. That is why you have not to blame the stars, but they definitely influence a lot of reasons why you've had a really, really successful year or not so successful year, and just what was at play. So with the upcoming 2026 astrology that has already started, it's really going to be in full swing starting on, well, I would say July is when it will all the planets will shift and we will be in the full energy of it. But it is all fire and air energy. What that translates to is fire is action and it's passion and it's purpose, and it is exactly how it sounds, you know, it's very much so giving this like bigness energy to things, and air energy is all about communication and connection and it's language, it's ideas. And so both of these energies are faster paced. And so why this year is so significant is because all of the outer planets, the ones that I talked about a little bit earlier, that affect our collective influence, our collective experience are all shifting into fire and air signs. So just to kind of give a preview, Pluto takes around 20-ish years to shift signs, Uranus takes about eight-ish years to shift signs, Neptune 14, Saturn 2, and Jupiter 1. So the fact that all of them are shifting at once into all of the same type of signs is very, very significant. And so what we can expect in our businesses, especially, especially like in the online collective space, is leadership is going to be at the forefront of everything. It is going to be very there, there's going to be a lot of big moments of leadership being spotlighted for better and for worse. We are going to see a lot of kind of the, you know, the people who don't have the true integrity behind what they do possibly get burned at the stake. We're also going to see a lot of new people rise up who are very in integrity with what they do. And it is going to be this big type of visibility year. It is a time to almost take advantage of these energies. If you think about, if you've been thinking about, you know, launching something new, making a big pivot, being bolder online in your content or whatever, this is the time to take the risk to do so because it's so supportive of the all of the energies around it. And one of the big ones, that I even have a whole episode on this one, just one specific transit, because Saturn plays one of the biggest roles in our online split space. How I like to explain it is we don't have an HR to look to. So Saturn is our HR. He's like the rules and regulations and the punishment. And he very much so influences a lot of the trends that we experience, whether we even see them as trends or not, but just kind of what the collective energy moves toward. And so Saturn being an Aries, it is very much so this energy of get used to failing fast and developing a better relationship with failure because you're going to win so big on the other side of that. And being willing to take bold moves, risky moves, being willing to be rejected for who your true identity is and putting yourself out there in a big way. And so, you know, for some people listening to this, this might sound very scary and very like, oh my gosh, it's so intimidating. But the message here is it's so much about truly owning that identity. It's not that you have to suddenly be this spicy, loud, bold person if that's not you, but it's more so this deep, deeply authentic energy of like who are you and how can you claim that in the biggest expression in your ways of doing things, no matter what that way is. If you're somebody that moves really fast, keep moving fast. If you're somebody that likes to slow and steady and you fully back that up and believe in that, also double down on that. So it we're gonna see a lot of big personalities come out, is my prediction in the next like 12 months, too. But I think it's extremely important that you really double down on what is your movement, what is your way of doing things, what is your identity, what is genuinely true to you, and being very secure and convicted in that.
SPEAKER_02Now's the time to ask those deep questions. What am I here to be known for? What is my mission? And who am I? I think that's such a great question as well. We know with the uprising of social media, being bombarded by other brands, that question often gets really blurred. And I know so many women in business are showing up in a way that isn't authentic to them, not because they are an inauthentic person and they're trying to be fake, but simply because they're consuming information that is swaying their motivation and swaying their services and swaying who they are, and it's not who they're really here to be. Um, and I love that it's not you're not asking people to be the loudest online if that's not naturally who they are, be who you really are, and that comes down to are you asking yourself those questions behind the screen? If I wasn't afraid, who really am I to my core and and what do I want to be known for? Um, so what kind of brands and what kind of businesses and what kind of style of leadership do you see thriving in 2026 because of this energy coming our way?
SPEAKER_00Overall, I do feel this word has really lot lost its potency because it just got here comes my cat. Um, because it really has become like a buzzword. But when I say authentic authenticity, I mean true authenticity. But I guess I'll use the word embodiment because that feels more correct for this. What we are going to see for leadership, especially, is those who are genuinely embodied, who walk their walk, who talk their talk, who can stand 10 toes down
Embodied Leadership That Wins
SPEAKER_00on their results, on what they do, who are also willing to, you know, course correct in real time. I think that a lot of people confuse sometimes authority or are afraid to like claim to be one because that means they can never make a mistake or they can never be wrong on something. And it's like true leadership is being willing to course correct in real time, to take ownership of everything, responsibility of everything. And that is one of the most attractive things in a leader is you know, responsibility on every level, whether it's positive, positive or negative, or whatever the outcome is. And so, whatever it is that you do, whatever service that you have, whatever brand that you have, being embodied is going to be your number one player in this entire energy. And it's because it's felt, you know, across the board. You're definitely going to see people getting louder and more visible and posting more. It's just going to amp up the energy overall. But those who will stand out every time are the ones that are convicted and embodied, you're going to feel that thoroughline through them, right? Like there can be people that are like, well, I post three times a day and I'm so loud and I'm so spicy and all of this. And if they are not actually that way, if they're not truly convicted in what it is that they're selling and doing and being, it's going to be felt. And so I just really encourage everyone to double down on it, you know, to really evaluate your relationship with your services, with your brand, with your identity of do I feel truly confident in this? Um, even sharing more personally, too, when it comes to content. I don't mean personally about your personal life, but how have you walked your walk in terms of what you do? You know, and and sharing a lot more of that is going to stand out significantly because it's it's showing and not telling necessarily.
SPEAKER_02Again, you can feel when someone is an embodiment of their brand versus the one that's just creating content for the sake of it. You want to be your brand, you want to walk the talk, do everything you're telling your clients do. And yeah, whether you tell the world that or not, we definitely can feel that energy for sure. Um, I love that. Now we're talking a lot about visibility in this conversation, and I know a lot of women at the moment are really going back and forth on the idea of what visibility does look like for them. Again, we can go down the route of being on every single trend on social media, being the loudest online. But then we also have these more premium brands who are stepping into this quiet luxury space, which is a lot of the conversations we're having in my world at the moment being felt as opposed to being heard all the time. But what we're talking about here today is your chart can potentially tell you what visibility should look like for you and even how you're showing up in your offers. So are you better suited to passive offers that just sell, you know, behind the scenes, or are you someone who should be creating offers with more proximity and more depth to your customer and client? So, can our chart tell us what visibility looks like for us? And what should those offers look like? You know, again, are they more passive or are they more intimate and proximity-built?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, absolutely. This is one of the number one reasons why I even, you know, use these as tools is to decode this quickly because so many people spend years and years and years of trial and error in it and never really getting the answer that they want either. But on the visibility question, I think that this is a great conversation in general because truly, when we hear visibility, we just think be everywhere all at once, all the time, on as many platforms as possible. But visibility for some people can truly mean are you visible in the correct circles that you need to be in the correct spaces. Some people might do like a quiet podcast
Visibility And Offers By Design
SPEAKER_00tour or you know, in-person speaking events. Other people might build this incredible network where they are solely making money from referrals because they're just that anchored into that network. Invisibility can look very different depending on who you are, what you do, what your goals are as well. And with that, too, service as well. Your charts very much so point to what type of services are best for you. And if you are somebody that is meant to do, you know, one-to-many big offers, um, high energy, live energy sort of things versus very intimate, you know, just two to five clients, proximity, very deep type of support. Your charts can point to that majorly. And this is definitely one of the number one things that people end up coming to me for because they're like, all right, I've tried quite a few, you know, maybe like different things, and I feel like I maybe intuitively know what is right, but I don't trust myself enough to be able to actually make money from that or that type of way of doing things. I actually have been having a lot of conversations with uh four lines in human design because they are meant to really leverage their network and almost always their money is within their network and who has already bought from them and just being in those close proximity conversations, especially in person, especially just getting into different groups. It's almost always all they need to do is have conversations with people and organically they're they're bought from. And so many four lines, you know, think that that has to equal them being these social butterflies or something like that. Because I've heard a I've I've met so many four lines, for example, that don't resonate with that, or they're like, yeah, I'm kind of introverted, like I'm not super whatever. But I get to talking to them and they're excellent in conversation. They really, you know, are tuned to people. And I'm like, that's what a four line is being. Like people can really feel your energy and they want to be in proximity to you. So overall, you know, this can go in so many different directions. But overall, yeah, it definitely can point to how you are designed to serve and what that model looks like, and what success is to you and what that feels like to you.
SPEAKER_02We're also having a lot of conversations on the show at the moment around doing less but better. And I think that, you know, if you have a four line, that's the perfect topic for you. It's not always about more clients and more reads, it's about nurturing the ones who are already within your space. I actually had a human design reading the other day, and I'm two four, and that was one of the things that she mentioned with the four line. Lean on your immediate network, there's so much money in front of you already, which was a nice big exhale because I'm in a phase at the moment where I am so although I feel like I always say this social media for me has always been so up and down. Like I've never really thrived on social media. I haven't really wanted a massive audience and been on every single trend, but you know, it's always yeah, coming back to it's okay. There are so many other ways to market your business. And when she said that about my four line getting in rooms with people and just having conversations with those who are already in your network, it was so nice to know there is another way that's actually more suited for me that doesn't involve just being the loudest person on social media because yeah, that just does not see well.
SPEAKER_00I think very, very strong intuitive feeling you were a two-four, which is why like I even brought that up. Of it, and it's so funny because two fours sounds so like contradicting because it's like always explained as like the introvert and the extrovert, but two fours, you guys just truly like you have this type of sacred energy, and like the circle that is your circle, um, wants to really see like your processes and experience your genius and your you know unique and creative ways of doing things, and yeah, it is I I've been working with so many two-fours over the past year, it feels like, and there is like everything that describes me. I'm so confused by it, but I'm like, you guys just have a very sacred type of energy, and you know, the type of rooms and proximity and who gets access to that. And I feel like that permission for you guys is it's huge because again, there's that big pressure of like, well, just sell more and you know, get yourself out there like continuously when really you could serve with the same people over and over and over again and really be fulfilled by that.
SPEAKER_02And I'm finding there's a huge trend in my business at the moment with women wanting to be closer to me with proximity and be in rooms where there are more depth, and I find my passive offers rarely ever sell. And there's definitely been moments in my business where you get caught up on that, you're like, yeah, but that's in quotes easy money, and that's where the make money while you sleep opportunities are. But the reality is they just don't work as well for me, and the rooms where I can actually be in conversation with women are the ones that thrive. So just again, trusting that's where I'm supposed to be, and again, everyone's business model should be looking so different if you are in tune with who you're here to be.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, two line two. The the way that it's often pictured in human design is it is the one that is inside of the house, like at the dinner table or whatever. And the whole point of that image is like people want to look in and see how you do things. Say they just want that proximity and you know that that nuance and whatnot. They don't want a perfectly curated framework from you in a one, two, three step. Like they want to be able to have those conversations and for you to be like honest about your journey or what that process looks like and be able to, again, like have that like type of depth and nuance with them on what that can. And it's it's so much more about, you know, people just being obsessed with your inherent genius and not this eight-step framework. Here's exactly perfectly how to like implement every whatever and buy this course for it. It's it just starts to feel really disconnected from why people want to be with you, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah. And that's when things stop working in your business as well, and you start creating offers that aren't meant for you, you're serving your clients in a way that's not meant for you, and then you're met with these slow income months or launches that flop, and then you blame the algorithm or the economy, and no one's buying right now. It's like, no, because your blueprint and how you're showing up isn't how you're supposed to be showing up, which is again why I love having these conversations so that more women in business know this is how you're supposed to do business, this is what's gonna work best for you, and you run that path, you'll be having big income months and sold-out launches, regardless of what's happening down the road, because you're serving how you are supposed to serve. Um, now you kind of answered this question, but one question I did have to, I guess, for I start was let's take two women in business and they're following the same strategy, launching similar offers, working about the same, but they are seeing very different results. How does astrology influence a scenario like that?
SPEAKER_00I've been wanting to do a case study like this, like a play-by-play of breaking it full down video because I've seen something similar so many times where you know, I'll get two people in the same industry, very similar offers. You can tell that, you know, they're just kind of going by the playbook of what they're supposed to do and whatever, whether they're service provider or coach. And the one who is excelling but maybe wants to refine or you know, scale
When The Same Strategy Fails
SPEAKER_00or something versus the one who's genuinely stuck and is like, this is not working. And we'll we'll also take people that are at like the same experience level, too, right? Like equally as talented, skilled, etc. The charts genuinely play such a significant role in who's going to excel in this model versus who's going to fall behind in this model. And of course, you can make I always say that any strategy works ever. Like literally any strategy on the planet can work if it's correct for you. If you Can be embodied in it if you can be obsessed and showing up in it. And so there's been so many times where I've had to completely deconstruct somebody's whole idea around how they are going to get to the income and the clients and success that they want. Because I'm like, you're not, you already are not obsessed with this. You actually are completely depleted by this. And you are negotiating with yourself every single day because you know, the reason why you think you have a marketing problem is really because you hate your offer and it's built for people that you don't even want to work with in a way that you don't even want to do, and they're always like flabbergasted. And so yeah, we'll deconstruct and I will be like, this is what this type of process, this type of model will be significantly healthier for you in so many ways. And so sometimes people who do these big pivots, it does, like I said, it's this deconditioning process at times, and there we have to, you know, keep the the money coming in in at least a couple of ways. We're not here to like completely flip overnight, and it is this deconstruction process, but so much identity work goes into it, and the thorough line always comes back to the identity and who you believe that you get to be, and how I really see astrology, especially, is it's making you come back to like the highest expression of who you were always meant to be, and it's so easy to get lost in that, to get pulled in different directions, and to have this idea of this is what success has to look like, this is who you have to be in order to achieve it. And when you start to see somebody come back to themselves slowly and like what the real energy is is supposed to be, the way that that embodiment just is so magnetic across the board for opportunities, the right clients, the right visibility, or whatever it may be, it's so noticeable so quickly. But yeah, I have seen so many times where it makes sense, right? On paper, their business model, their their strategy, it makes sense. And then I pull up their charts and I go, but this is why it doesn't. Oh no.
SPEAKER_02I love that so much. And like it is it's scary to have someone come to you and say what you have built is not actually on the foundation that it should be. But again, this is why I love these conversations. You could go another year not really enjoying the work, looking at your offers and just having that intuitive feeling. I had this at the end of last year, just this intuitive feeling that an offer that I had ran for three years that was high five-figure launch every single time just wasn't it for me anymore. And on paper, that did not make sense because it was profitable, every launch got bigger and bigger, my name was attached to this particular program, but I just knew that's not how I'm supposed to serve. But I challenged that intuitive guidance for so long and fought it for so long when I really should have ripped it out probably at the start of last year, but only just happened this year. Um, because it's it's scary, it is scary. And as you've mentioned, when you have to make money at the end of the day, you need income coming through, and you're looking at an offer that does bring money in, it's naturally scary to go, we're gonna actually strip that. Um, but it's like there's something even better around the corner, of course, when your business foundation is completely aligned with your chart and you know, astrology and this knowledge we're talking about.
SPEAKER_00Majorly, I yeah, I have many six multi-six figure, seven-figure clients who have made some massive pivots and not just, you know, this is a rebrand, but like true pivots of retiring big offers or shifting into something else. And evolution is a part of the process too, where that could have been correct for you at some point. It wasn't that you were always disembodied or anything like that, but you are evolving into like a deeper, more embodied version of you, and what is correct of you, and what's correct of your genius, and with that requires so much grief too, and yeah, you know, that like struggle with loss around identity and money and being an authority and this sort of thing and attachment. And yeah, it is it's quite the process for some people, but like you said, on the other side of it, it's this question of this will can continue to work, but you're always going to have that feeling that you cannot shake and this unfulfillment in it when if you rip the band-aid off, have a little small season of sacrifice, whether it's maybe in an intentional income dip or you're redirecting to some private clients for now, whatever it may be. And then you have the audacity to build what you really want to build, you will be so much more convicted in your marketing and how you are showing up in your energy that organically that income is going to be replaced by something that is just so much more true to you. Um, last year I actually completely pivoted my business model. This has been like a big fan of mine. So I shared how I was in very deep one-on-one proximity support for a long time to figure out what is my unique methodology on astrology and human design. Because I've never nobody taught me this um in terms of applying to business. It was very much so like figuring out my body of work through experience. And through that, I had to have so many, I had a one-on-one model. And that one-on-one model was also very signature to me because I really did figure out what my signature offers were, and I became very well known for them. But I knew through my design that I am not designed to do one-on-one. I can have like some small proximity that is very intimate, that is very, you know, selective,
Pivots Ego Death And Expansion
SPEAKER_00but I'm here to do one-to-many. I'm meant to have a big body of work. And so all of last year was this big transition phase of building out the body of work to serve one-to-many and still to be very true to me. And that required me to face so many fears I did not even know that I had. Like, you know, oh my god, this could be, you know, judged at a bigger scale. What if somebody doesn't like it? What does that mean about me? And it um was so much more than just the work of actually the transition of it. It was a lot of, you know, ego deaths that had happened along the way, but now I'm in the full transition of it. I have gotten out of my one-on-one model, and like I have my three signature scalable offers, if you will. And so this year's the year that I'm really working on and just deepening and improving the experience in them. And yeah, it's it was quite the transition, but it was very needed, and like I'm I'm just feel my energies thriving so significantly right now. But again, like I'm a perfect example of even though you know, logically and mentally I can understand all of these, like I have all of the knowledge you could possibly have around astrology and human design, how it uh applies to business, it's still like this human experience of making these pivots and these evolutions that we all have to go through.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, the ego death is so so real, and that identity death is so real. During July last year, I was in the thick of that. Again, everything was working in my business, but my energy was so off. I was questioning everything, and as I've mentioned, it was that grey area between before letting go of that offer and pivoting in the business. So much of my subconscious was trying to resist that change, even though consciously I knew it was so good for my business, but yeah, it was energetic chaos in in my life. Um, so yeah, that ego death and that identity death is something that I have definitely experienced before. And that's it, you've got to embrace it, don't you? Because on the other side of it is growth, and when you've gone through it a full a few times, you can start to trust that it feels yucky at the time, but what's around the corner is even better, and you've just got to ride that wave. Make sure you're supported when you're going through it, you know what it all means, um, and just be excited for what's to come.
