Welcome Back And Quick Recap
SPEAKER_02We only got do this. Okay, we are back again. Testing, testing, testing, testing. We are back again. Thank you. We are back again for another episode of Let Us Become Sharper slash Thursday Night Society Podcast. I just want to let you know that I love doing this podcast. We got the clips up today of our last podcast when we when I asked, we were talking about sharing is caring. Do you believe in sharing people? And that was that was a different kind of a topic. Our topics tend to uh get a little bit more seasoned, a little bit more in-depth as we go on with this podcast. We were speaking about sharing. When you were young, you shared toys. Some of you shared toys. Some of you shared your toys. Yeah, so some of you. I always share my.
SPEAKER_03I feel like that was directed at me.
SPEAKER_02I just said some of you. If it, if it don't, if it don't apply, let it fly. And if the shoe fits, wear it. Wear it.
SPEAKER_03That's all right.
Sharing People And Proposal Debate
SPEAKER_02I took my but when we get grown, we share people. And I'm not too fond of sharing people. I'm not too big on that, but it happens. So that was our last podcast. Today we're coming in with a new topic. Wanted to give a recap about uh the the past previous topics that we've been doing. Sharing is caring, and we were also talking about the phenomenal rate of women that are proposing to men. And Delena didn't like that either. So she didn't like she didn't like that one either. But that's just, you know, that was just from a study that I saw on the internet, and I was actually watching some programs, some documentaries about the new uh percentages of women that are now proposing to men. You still got the same views on that one?
SPEAKER_03Absolutely not going to happen. Should not be doing should not be happening. I'll say that.
SPEAKER_02Okay, we're not gonna redo it.
SPEAKER_03I kept it simple.
SPEAKER_02You may have changed. What's your views on that thing?
SPEAKER_00Personally, talking to the mic. I don't think a woman should propose because she's not she don't really mean it. What does that mean? She's not serious about it. That's just my personal.
SPEAKER_03Why you think she proposing?
SPEAKER_00She's doing it for the clout, like views to see if she can get her ratings up. She's not doing it from her heart, she's doing it from for social media.
SPEAKER_01You think so?
SPEAKER_00I think so. Because you live in a world now, women, it's not about what they're doing, they just want an image of what they should do, if it makes sense, like a silhouette.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, okay. Uh well, that's another that's you know, as we recap the old topics, that's a another view. We're coming sharper. He said that they're just doing it for clout, do anything for clout.
SPEAKER_03I feel like they are.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I don't I don't believe that they change everything about them just for a clout for an image for somebody to like them. They're gonna get their hair at 30 inch, eyelashes gonna be extra long. It's just for someone, it's just for someone to look the latter and hit the button and say, Oh, I like that. So for somebody then to turn around and say, Well, she could have did it better, she could have done it different.
SPEAKER_03I don't okay, so some things may be for clout. I don't think everything 70.
SPEAKER_02She lives in the gray area, big time. She lives in the gray area, so nothing is she we can't get to one of the the objectives of this podcast is try to get her to a definite answer, and it and I think I'm the only one that can do it, and I hate to and I hate the way that I have to do it, I have to go so powerful on her, and I don't like to go powerful at her like that because you know she's a wonderful person, but I have to go powerful to get a direct answer from her because she just goes on and on and on and around and around and around all around the block, and then still don't get to the answer. So, yeah, that's uh clout chasing. I guess it's called clout chasing. Do anything for clout. So his view, your view, so you don't think that they're sincere when they propose to men. I don't agree. I feel that I feel that a woman should propose if that's what's in her heart, if that's how she feels, and the man hasn't got around to it in timely fashion. Well, you know, you wait the time, but if that if it doesn't happen, get express yourself, get down.
SPEAKER_01I want to see what you I want to see what you do, how you what you made up.
SPEAKER_02No, okay. We got okay. Well, you stuck, you stuck like Chuck. You got the all you stuck like Chuck.
SPEAKER_03I'll be that way.
Beauty Question Sparks Ugly Rant
Raffle Exchange And Community Plug
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you you stuck how you is. All right, no problem. We're not gonna go for that. So we're gonna come in today. I just want to just say, over the weekend, I had a conversation about I had someone, a beautiful young lady, ask me, did I do appointments? Which I don't, but she asked me, could she bring someone new to the shop? And I told her, I asked her, How does she look? And she immediately went to a place to say, and I don't know how she looks. I said, But you gotta know how she looks. How does she look? Does she look good? It's your girl. Does she look good? How she looks, what's she looking like? So she goes, Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and it all depends on what you think look good. I said, Listen, man, how does she look? So, long story short, she ends up coming to the shop and she's a very attractive woman. So now that leaves us with the question, and I had to get understanding. The question was for me to get understanding why does it matter how she looked? What did it matter? This is the part of the podcast where I tell y'all something. You know, every podcast I keep falling into this place, so I'm just gonna go ahead on and go now. A lot of you people out there, before we get this show started, a lot of you people out there have been slipping through the cracks. You feel that because you look in the mirror and you see something that may be halfway decent, that you look like something, and you've been slipping through the cracks. Some of you people out there are so butt ugly that it don't make no sense. You are ugly from the inside out. Your ugliness has not gone unnoticed. Here on the podcast today, I come to serve you because I really don't care. I serve you, y'all is ugly out there, you ugly acting, you got an ugly past, and people scared to tell you. I'm not scared to tell you. I'm gonna let you know. I don't want no ugly people around me, and that's why I asked that question. I'm not dealing with no more ugliness. I don't care about your hair, I don't care about your clothes, I don't care about your car. You ugly from the inside out, and that's the ugliness that I'm talking about, you ugly duck, you punk. So now that I've got it out there about how I don't want no ugly people around me, don't come around me if you're bold. You know if you got ugly behavior, stay far away from CJ, stay away from all of my dwellings, stay away from this job, don't come around my cars, don't come around me, don't you do it because you're ugly. Now, moving forward with it with a nice, decent podcast. I had to just let them know. No, it's no, it's real, it's really real. People want to act ugly and then act like they didn't act ugly, and you supposed to accept it. You ugly, you ugly, the ugliest life form that I've ever seen. And I'm not tolerating them anymore. I'm getting tired, I'm getting older, and I don't want to deal with no more. So I had to address the ugliness, and that's why I asked that question. Because if you is if you know if they're ugly or not, I don't want no more ugly people around me. So I want to talk about my hospitality program, is the powerful message that's been coming out. Union, union meets beautiful union unison. Union meets beautiful unison is the uh is the hospitality program. We're gonna talk about Thursday night society, the TNS Raffle Exchange. We got three powerful gifts. I wanted to I wanted to put a bottle of Volve Clico Grand Dame up there as prize. We go that far. So we got a rose bottle, we got a gift here, we got some cash that we're gonna put for the Thursday night raffle that we're gonna do this upcoming Thursday night at 7 p.m. Now we want to go into our topic. We had a beautiful topic tonight because I'm all about beauty, I'm in the beauty and bribery industry, so you know I don't like nothing ugly. We're gonna talk about our topic tonight. It's gonna be it's gonna be a good one like it always is. We got the wonderful Delaney here tonight. We got the wonderful Delaney here tonight.
SPEAKER_00Hello, hello.
Someone For Everyone Question Starts
SPEAKER_02We got Big A. Sad, and we got myself, my homeboy Big Atlanta. I got and it got myself CJ Letters Become Sharper. So piggybacking off of my of the topic that I my personal rant because of ugly people acting ugly, saying ugly things, doing ugly things. You terrible, you terrible, and then you try to pass it off like you fly. You trying to it's that's like having some poison and trying to pass it off like you sweet, like you fly. No, y'all ugly, and nobody's calling you on your ugliness. So, with that being said, let's roll to this topic, Delena. Big A. Do you believe that there is someone for everyone? Now, sounds like a simple topic. I want you to really think, do you believe that there is somebody for everybody? Do you believe that?
SPEAKER_03I do. I I I say it a lot.
SPEAKER_02You is that is that a phrase that you use, the common phrase that you use?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it's somebody for everybody, yes.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so if someone looks like a toad, there's a toad girl for him, yes. Her, yes, you believe that, yes.
SPEAKER_03Okay, I've seen some things. That's what this is why I I can I can say for sure. Yes, I've seen some things, and I'm like, it's definitely somebody for everybody.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, you believe that?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, sometimes our problem is we walk past that somebody that is for you because you're not paying attention.
SPEAKER_02And why do you feel we do that?
SPEAKER_03Looking for the next shinier thing. Oh, the grass looking for the better thing, you what you think is better.
SPEAKER_02The grass is green on the other side.
SPEAKER_03That grass is still brown, it's still dry rotted in this little spot.
SPEAKER_02Well, that's the that's a beautiful thing. If I like brown grass and dry, I like to work for man. I'm sorry. I don't know if the listeners can what's wrong with working for it? I don't know. That's just another that's a whole nother rabbit. Yeah, that's a whole nother day. So you believe that it's someone for everyone?
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_02Okay, so we got a yeah, we got a yes on that one.
SPEAKER_03Have you ever watched 600 pound life?
SPEAKER_01I you know that that comes on A and E of that TV show. I have seen it. Have you?
SPEAKER_03I have seen it. They find people who who who let's say this carefully, who takes care of them, um, helps bathe them, yeah, and do all these things.
Frogs Build-A-Partner And Realism
SPEAKER_02I mean, yeah, I get that. I I and I hear that clearly, but my view on it, I don't know. I like I like to to relish in your answer. I always I'm always interested in hearing your opinions, even if they are in a gray area some days. I I'll roll with that. So you and you say from experience, you've seen this, you have examples of this, and you rolling with with a yes that it you agree that it is someone for everybody. Big A. What do you think about the old soliloquy, the old saying that there is somebody for everybody? There's someone for everyone. Do you believe that? I don't believe that. You don't believe that. Okay, so we have a contrary, a contrarian here that does not believe that it's someone for everyone. Give me the reason.
SPEAKER_00My personal reason is because, yeah, it might be somebody for everybody, but we don't know what we're looking for, so you got to go through everybody. That's a lot to go through. I know something that tried.
SPEAKER_03I know some that are trying.
SPEAKER_02There's something that tried. I know some people that's halfway through everybody.
SPEAKER_03They ain't got that far to go.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, just saying, yeah, that that's a that's that's a a broad sense. So can you expand on that statement? So you what do you mean we don't know what we're looking for? Because we don't, because I know what I'm looking for.
SPEAKER_00That's you as an individual, but the next person know. Okay, just like you might give her, and she you might give her you, she might show her everything that you can give her, and it's still not enough for her.
SPEAKER_02Just uh for the record for this podcast, I'm not looking for you personally before this before. Before this podcast goes any further, we gotta put another disclaimer on it. I'm not looking for anybody. I've already found who and what and what I'm looking for. So let me just make that clear. Put that out there right now.
SPEAKER_00When you first found the first person, why you didn't stay with that person?
SPEAKER_03Because maybe they weren't the somebody, they weren't the yeah, they they they weren't the somebody. You gotta work you gotta kiss a few frogs.
SPEAKER_00That's a that's a lot to do with it.
SPEAKER_03You gotta kiss a few frogs.
SPEAKER_02Nah, I'm going straight. Uh no.
SPEAKER_00If I got to, I'm going exactly for what I want. Yeah. And hope it works in a perfect world.
SPEAKER_03But but that's that's your somebody, though. That's still your somebody.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I gotta build it up. I gotta make that person. It's like build it, bear.
SPEAKER_03But it's still your somebody, regardless of how they come to you. That's still your somebody.
SPEAKER_02So A's looking at it from a the perspective of they're never gonna be perfect. Is that what you're saying?
SPEAKER_00No, no one would be perfect. Okay, not one person, no.
SPEAKER_02I found somebody that's perfect.
SPEAKER_00Oh, okay.
SPEAKER_02I just want to put I just want to let the world know that you found I found I found the woman that's perfect. Let me just put that out there for everybody to know. Okay, she's perfect. Hey, so you're never gonna find nobody perfect, so you gotta build them up. You gotta build them, you gotta build them up.
SPEAKER_00It's like she gotta build you. Like if y'all are not y'all together, y'all gotta help each other out.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, she she helped me. I didn't have it. All the way around the board. I get it. So, so no, the no two days are the same. So you're all so you so you're always so let's so let me get this straight. I want to be sharper. So you'll forever be journeying in this life and never finding the someone that's for you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think so.
SPEAKER_02All right, that's that's a that's a very abstract it's like you're gonna find that abstract.
SPEAKER_03Like you're just gonna find the person and make them your somebody because that's what you the building is gonna do. You're gonna make it that somebody. They they may not be what you thought your somebody was, but as you build together, that becomes your your person.
SPEAKER_00But let's say you build and then they walk away, or you walk away.
SPEAKER_03That has happened. That wasn't that one your somebody.
SPEAKER_00That happens, but it happens.
SPEAKER_03No, it does.
SPEAKER_00Oh, it does. So it wasn't that somebody. I was just I gotta keep going at it.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, until you find your seat. You gotta kiss a few frogs.
SPEAKER_02How many frogs have you kissed?
SPEAKER_00I was just about to say that.
SPEAKER_01Okay, let's keep on keep around, keep around next, next, next you can't be out there kissing the frogs. The frog legs, the lady got to start it.
SPEAKER_02All right, that's over.
SPEAKER_01I'm done.
CJ’s No Vote Against Inner Ugliness
SPEAKER_02I'm done. What kind of life have you known? Okay, so so Big A says no. There's no there's no someone for everyone scenario in his game. He's saying that you'll forever be looking because there's gonna be imperfections, there's gonna be, you know, you have to build her, she has to build you, vice versa. That's what you're saying. Yes, okay. I I can I can kind of roll with that, I can kind of dig that. My uh my philosophy on this topic, the reason why I chose this topic for one, I chose this topic because of the probabilities. I was thinking, I was thinking probabilities. I start there. I was thinking about probabilities. And as I observed and and and hashed out the the probabilities, I said I wonder if there's someone for everybody on earth. If everyone has someone. This was a thought that I had. And I thought about the ugly people again. It's it's like this ugliness. You know, some of you people so ugly, you don't deserve nobody. I hope you I hope you live out your days by yourself miserable, and I hope that there's nobody for you. So I do not believe that there is someone for everyone. I believe that there are people in this world that are so ugly that no one could ever be with you. No one could ever, no one could tolerate your ugliness, and there are people who are so rude. What's up with these what's up with this rudeness?
SPEAKER_03I can't see wave it's it's it's it's the generation that we live in. Yeah, we were just raised different. We were we were raised differently, like being rude was like that was a big thing, like in your in the way we were raised. Yeah, you can't you couldn't I couldn't say shut up, I couldn't say lie, like those were that was being rude. Like you say yes, ma'am, no sir, no ma'am. We were raised differently. These kids that were raised by us, sorry, are not. They didn't get that. I don't know why we didn't pass that down.
SPEAKER_02Well, some of us did, but did we get too consumed with ourselves? Is that what happened? That we didn't teach the next we become too self-consumed, too self-absorbed. Is that what happened to?
SPEAKER_03Oh, yeah, this generation has.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, I believe so. So that's why I put a no. So we got two one for yes and two for for no, as far as is there someone for everyone? The reason why I I answer in the mannerism of which I did is because I I want to single-handedly spark the revolution against the Ugmoes, the ugly people.
SPEAKER_03What if all the ugly people got together?
SPEAKER_02I'm just saying, see, so that's how it can't be somebody for everybody because yeah, and I'm talking and mind dog at your back, and mind you, there are certain ugly conditions that can't be controlled. I'm talking about ugly from the inside out. I don't feel that ugliness from the inside out should be rewarded with companionship. I don't, I don't, I don't believe that. So I'm gonna go against the notion that there's someone for everyone, and I feel that we gotta stop letting these ugmodes and these rude dudes get away with their ugly ways. We gotta put an end to that. So that's what I'm here for. Part of the uh Become Sharper podcast is to call them out, and I've been seeing a lot of it lately, I've been seeing it in the news, I've been seeing it in politics, I've been seeing it across the board. I've been seeing just oh just a tsunami wave of ugliness, and I'm like, wow, where is the companionship? Where is the care? Where is where are these things? You know, I'm not seeing them. So you know, that's what's part of my question. Is do I feel that it's someone for everyone? So I'm gonna put no for my answer because of the ugly ducks that's out here trying to operate on these streets.
SPEAKER_03Them ugly ducks be finding each other, though. Yeah, the ugly ducks and they abuse and they abuse each other, but uh but I hope that.
SPEAKER_02That's not, but I but but that's probably not who even for them. They just dealing with each other because of their they only connected with the ugliness. Yeah, they only got that one thing in common. But I hope that but I hope they never find the paradise on earth that's waiting for them while still ugly. I hope they wallow and sulk and fester in their own ugliness until they leave here.
SPEAKER_03What if they change?
SPEAKER_02Well, they need to be changing. And I hope that and I hope that watching this podcast and hearing me speak this way about them can help them change and become sharper. Because the name of this podcast is Letters Become Sharper slash Thursdays, Thursday Night Society. So Letters Become Sharper slash TNS podcast. So TNS is beautiful. See, now you're talking about real beauty. You're talking about all the champagne, all the women. You're talking about all the Jewry, all the cars. That's Thursday night. That's beautiful, right? So why would I take something so beautiful and pair it up with something so ugly? Why would I ever do that? Or why would I ever feel that I should be rewarded?
SPEAKER_03I feel that the ugliness should be addressed. That's the problem.
Togetherness Harmony And Listener Callouts
SPEAKER_02Yeah, but we shouldn't do it. I think we should cut their benefit packages and take some of their rewards from them. If if you have too ugly of a behavior, I think that needs to happen. I think that means I need we need to put a de facto law in place where if you too ugly, you ain't getting rewarded. So that's how I feel. I'm taking my stance on that. So so that's that's that yeah, I'm taking a stance on that. The wonderful Delaney. So to our supporters, to the people who help us do this podcast, this podcast is moving along. We got some nice clips up there. Uh, we're gonna do a whole lot of shorts. I've been editing putting up a whole lot of shorts of the podcast for it to grow, and it's gaining, is it's gaining followers, it's growing. I I love that we thank you for supporting the podcast and believing in us. We want to keep the podcast show moving. Uh, all cash is verified. What that means is any cash coming in or any cash coming out is verified. Respect my show, respect my dough. We all about that show from a monetary standpoint. Anybody who puts a financial gift and support to the podcast, we thank you openly. Also, to my personal supporters, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, the people who just support CJ to keep me going and being able to do fly stuff like this podcast. I thank you as well. Yeah, we want to go into like that. We want we want y'all to discuss it. We want comments, we want opinions about the topic. Do you feel that there's someone for everyone? Do you feel that there's somebody for everybody? Ugly or not, or how beautiful is there someone for everyone?
SPEAKER_03Well, maybe that's the punishment for the ugly.
SPEAKER_02What is what you mean, punishment? Right. I'm trying to figure out how I'm trying to figure out how to punish them.
SPEAKER_03So that so it if there, because I believe there is somebody for everybody, they never find their somebody.
SPEAKER_01I just had an epiphany. Wait a minute.
SPEAKER_03They just never find their somebody because of that ugliness.
SPEAKER_01Do you do you guys see it? Do you see it? You and Big A look beautiful together. Oh my goodness. Is y'all so is y'all somebody? Is y'all the somebody for everybody? Do y'all see this? Okay, y'all looking like the somebody for everybody.
SPEAKER_02It's just right here in my it's just right here before me. I had that dress. I can't I can't help it. Yeah, so you know, like I say, I want y'all to comment to this topic. The topic being, do you feel that it's someone for everyone? Or put into another terminology, do you feel that it's somebody for everybody? Let us know. We want comments, we want, we want to hear opinions, we want to hear your opinion on this. I this topic is near and dear to me of many topics that we have done. This is one that's close to me because I feel that the ugliness is is risen. Ugliness levels have risen, like water levels. And I feel it's hindering togetherness. I have a big thing about togetherness because you know, without togetherness, we ain't got much. You know, me and Delana, we be together at the shop. She comes in the shop, and there's a there's a young man by the name of Randy. Randy comes in there with them bananas. Randy came in there. We love you, Randy. Man, I love Randy so much. Randy coming there, and and every time he got delayed in there, and Tanisha T in there, here come Randy, and it's just this vibe of togetherness, and Tanisha TV sitting there. Like, how is it that every time we hear he pops up? He just pops up, he pops up. It's like to with mini bananas. Yeah, the bananas was like really the bananas, you know, just like super inside joke. But he had some ripe, what do they call them when they're green?
SPEAKER_03They're not ripe yet. They're they get in there, but these were like beautifully ripened.
Closing Thoughts Safety And Music Promo
SPEAKER_02Yeah, they they were not bananas that he had when he came in and brought them in the shop. So, yeah, that's what that's one thing I'm talking about. But I'm talking about togetherness, I'm talking about how are we gonna make it together, and and you know, I and I'm gonna tell you something else. You know, I I hope you can feel my rant. I feel that I've been done a disservice by being around people who were so ugly. You you ugly MFs, y'all too ugly, and ain't nobody told y'all, you stink. So I wanted to make sure I put out there, and I want to, you know, the the the antidote to this is togetherness. When will we ever be blessed with some togetherness and some what do they call harm harmony, harmonious? I love a harmonious nature. So, all of you people out there that want harmony and beauty in your life, tune in to this podcast, continue to follow our flow, comment on this one, let us know your thoughts, and we'll be back to the next time. You know, we'll be out there, hopefully we'll be safe. I fell asleep the other night in the parking lot. I ain't gonna do that no more. I was out this, yeah, I was out there. I was out there, I fell asleep in the parking lot, I was out there. So I gotta take my own advice as far as be safe out there. But I want you to all be safe out there, but at the same time, stay dangerous, keep your head on the swivel because we're living in ugly times, but we want to survive and be safe and make it to see another day to have a blessed life. So, with that being said, we out of here. We're about to go do a photo shoot and our normal process after the show goes off. I also want you to go on Apple Music and check out C's World. I want you to check out C's World EP. That's an AI digitally created album that I have on Apple Music titles on Spotify as well. Check that out. And to the next time, let us become shopper.
