The LandWell Company is the long-standing land investment and development arm of Basic Management, Inc., which has successfully developed more than 1,200 acres of retail, light industrial, commercial and residential projects in the Henderson area. The company’s successful projects including Black Mountain industrial Center, Valley Auto Mall, Traverse Point, Entrada, Champion Village and Emerald Valley.
The company was formed in 1992 and is currently headed by President Lee Farris, who is taking the lead with the development of Cadence, a 2,200-acre planned community off Lake Mead Parkway in Henderson, Nev.
