In this conversation, Richard and Beth discuss spiritual direction, contemplative communities and the importance of belonging, internal liberation and the search for meaning. Beth is the Chairperson of the Dayspring Guiding Committee and Dean of Studies of the Dayspring spiritual direction program in Perth, Western Australia. Her doctoral work focused on the benefit of spiritual direction to women who have come from conservative religious contexts.
