The Prosthetics and Orthotics Podcast
The Prosthetics and Orthotics Podcast is a deep dive into what 3D printing and Additive Manufacturing mean for prosthetics and orthotics. We’re Brent and Joris both passionate about 3D printing and Additive Manufacturing. We’re on a journey together to explore the digitization of prostheses and orthoses together. Join us! Have a question, suggestion or guest for us? Reach out. Or have a listen to the podcast here. The Prosthetic and Orthotic field is experiencing a revolution where manufacturing is being digitized. 3D scanning, CAD software, machine learning, automation software, apps, the internet, new materials and Additive Manufacturing are all impactful in and of themselves. These developments are now, in concert, collectively reshaping orthotics and prosthetics right now. We want to be on the cutting edge of these developments and understand them as they happen. We’ve decided to do a podcast to learn, understand and explore the revolution in prosthetics and orthotics.

AOPA 2026 Vegas Show Survival Guide
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
If you’ve ever left a conference thinking, “I talked to a lot of people but learned very little,” this one is for you. We’re getting practical about AOPA and how to work a prosthetics and orthotics trade show with purpose, so you come home with better contacts, clearer buying decisions, and real ideas you can apply in your clinic or lab.
We share our rules for protecting your calendar: don’t take in-person meetings you could handle online, cluster appointments by location, and spend your booth time on what the internet cannot give you. That means hands-on testing, honest conversations, and questions vendors rarely put on a website, like pricing, leasing, daily throughput, material costs, and failure rates. We also talk about why you should seek technical people, not just sales reps, and how simple kindness and random hallway chats can lead to long-term partnerships.
From there, we zoom out to what we’re watching at AOPA across 3D printing and additive manufacturing in O&P: printer ecosystems, automation, and where digital manufacturing actually improves margins without tying up a traditional fabrication lab. We call out the underrated “outside booths” with handwritten signs, university research tables, and early-stage materials that might become tomorrow’s standard. We even add a quick warning about hotel solicitation scams so your trip planning doesn’t become a costly mistake.
Subscribe for more conversations on prosthetics, orthotics, additive manufacturing, 3D printing workflows, and patient-focused innovation, then share this with a colleague heading to AOPA and leave a review. What’s the one question you always wish you could ask vendors face to face?

Why AOPA Matters This Year
SPEAKER_00Hello everyone, my name is Joris Fields, and this is another episode of the Prosthetics on Talics podcast with Brett Wright. How are you doing, Brett?
SPEAKER_01Hey Yours. I'm doing well, man. Uh AOPA is like right around the corner. We had Terry on muzz last week, I believe. And uh I think we should do our our our show about the show, about the show to it, what what what to expect. And and what I'd love for you to do is just share your kind of principles about the show and kind of how you go about identifying what's what's hot, what's not. Okay, okay. Where in general find you and you know, like you have a great way of finding people that have not been found. And uh yeah, I'd love to hear that insight as well.
SPEAKER_00Okay, I'm obsessed with this. And and it keeps re being re
Brett’s Rules For Trade Shows
SPEAKER_00uh uh refined and stuff like that. So just generally what I do is I never take a meeting that I can I could take online or you know, or by visiting these people, right? And I always look at a show and saying, I'm there to meet the people I can't meet before, or I don't know, or I need to meet them because I don't need to see something, or I need to test something out, or we need to discuss something with a physical example of something, or we need to discuss something which is like secret or something or or new or whatever, right? And I need to be inspired, right? So those are the things I'm really looking for. So if I look at all these meetings, like Bob from sales from you know, plus point designs, which I work for for 12 months, I'm not gonna like have a meeting and show you haven't show them my catalog or whatever that kind of no, I don't care. We can do that online, you know? But to say hi or to go to dinner or to go to dinner with like four other people that are all in orthoses or whatever, to do that kind of kind of leveling to talk about what's hot in orthoses or something, that to me is like the stuff that I really like, you know? So I plan a lot of my stuff just seeing stuff, seeing things and walking around and and and going through things. And I I tend to plan meetings before and afterwards to do this catching up stuff with people. And then if I do meetings beforehand, I'll look at these people that are maybe inviting me to come to their stand or inviting me to come. And I'll do a meeting with like the four orthosis people and I'll ask them, what is cool in orthoses? If that's like a subject I don't master, I'm not really great at, you know. I'll be like, hey, what's good? And maybe the orthoses carver person, whatever, they'll be like, there's this new material, which is really cool, you know? So use the experience of the people that are at the edge of your experience to find new things that you don't know. And then and use like a lot of your, I spent a lot of time just walking around on the floor and just seeing stuff. And I think for OMP, I think that's kind of a good thing. For 3D printing, it's definitely a good thing because you really do notice a lot of things if you actually see parts of machines. Other industries, I don't know. I don't know if if I would spend a lot of time on the floor if I was on software or something like that. And uh and just try to interface technical people, try always to find technical people, not salespeople, save you a lot of time. And try always just try to be nice to as many people as you can. And it sounds really stupid to do that. I used to bring everybody coffees, but this works, man. People like you, like four years later, they're like, oh my god, I remember when you brought me a coffee. Yeah. So that kind of stuff, little stuff. And just try to make as many random connections as you will. I've been so many friendships and so many like really interesting connections, just waiting in line for lunch or something like that. So I just try to talk to as many people as I can. And you're all there, even if you're like shy and you know, you're all there for a reason, like, you know, I don't know, you know, I hope the food doesn't suck like yesterday or something. I don't know, whatever. Uh I've lost all my money yesterday, gambling. I don't know, whatever. Just any kind of conversation starter is enough. And and usually you find the most interesting things like outside of what you know and outside of the people that you wanted to meet, you know? So if you're like that person who doesn't know anything about orthotics, you you'll find also you'll find that one orthosis person. She'll tell you everything that that you didn't know, or she'll tell you, oh no, no, you shouldn't buy that thing because actually practically it doesn't uh the machine doesn't work as well as people say it does, or or something like that. She'll teach you, you know, finally sh what shore hardness means in different zones or whatever. I don't know. So so so it's these it's these finding different expertise. So you know, spend time hanging out with your friends, spend time hanging out with new people, try to leverage people. So try to do a dinner with like four or five people from a certain area or a certain uh thing, and and just embrace the random and and and knock out all the meetings that you you could do virtually, don't do them, right? And if you do have a meeting, you you're trying to get far-point designs or whatever, you're gonna get and get to their stand, don't do all the stuff that they, you know, don't spend time going through the specs of some machine. Who cares? I can do that online, right? I can I can look at that online. Instead, what you should be doing is looking at the you know, the things touching the machine, feeling it, or talking about and feeling, or or talking about and asking people questions that you can't find out online. And so I always plan my meetings, and one thing I do is always plan meetings sequentially, so in the same area the same day, right? Depending on how big the show is, right? So always try to cluster your meetings in the same hall and the same time uh so that the the keep you know, you you get to meet more people and don't spend a lot of time, you know, ping-ponging about. And also just like have an agenda. Like if you tell somebody what, you're just gonna hear a whole bunch of specs or something, or some standard story they do all day. That's not relevant for you most of the time. Like ask, you know, ask stuff that they don't put on their website, like how much does it cost? Uh can I lease it? You know, and what would the lease payment be? And like uh, how many of insults can I make on this thing in a day, you know? What's the failure rate? Ask them stuff that they won't tell you on online. And that's kind of like what what I'm doing at the moment.
Find Hidden Gems On The Edges
SPEAKER_01All right. Well, I mean, I think one of the cool things that I you you have mentioned in the past that I really like what you do is you say start on the outside before you hit the middle. Like the people that have like the handwritten signs or they didn't bring a sign or whatever. Yeah, go go go go check them out and then kind of start moving into the more uh you know, the big stuff. Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_00Well, that's a good one. I didn't I didn't bring it up, but that's that's really good. And also just check out like the ones that are like the there's people that suck at stand design and they don't have a marketing person, and that's because they can't afford one or they don't they're working on the technology. And there's people that like you say, uh handmade signs or university, it's super boring, and they're just standing there, just like with some little the universities tend to have like a research group so have like these little things on a you know on a table and you're like they're without explaining what the value is, you know? And those are the type of people you actually want to have conversations with because that's the kind of stuff that could in two, three years down the pike be like a complete new material. And it's really interesting if you once you ask them, but if you just walk by, it's just it's uninteresting. Whereas the big companies with the big marketing budgets, they have a lot of stuff going on for them already, you know, and they have they they understand what user value means and they understand how to sell this stuff to you, you know, because they have the relevant marketing people. So, you know, the the the that one little guy in the corner with that you know, three little spools of material, you might never see him again. That company may never work, but that could be that one breakthrough for you. So I do agree. Thanks for reminding me because that's a really good thing to do.
Rapid-Fire Exhibitors Worth Watching
SPEAKER_01Yeah. Well, so there's a bunch of exhibitors that are at this show. They're up to well, over 175. I think it says 176. Wow. And we've had a ton of these people on the show, which is pretty great. Okay. So I just I just wanted to kind of give a shout out to a few of them. And then I'm looking at this and I'm like, oh yeah, this would be a nice, these would be some good ones to have. So we've had uh Aether Biomedical on. We've had all we've had Terry on from a AOPA. Uh-huh. Uh we've had uh well at the time, Ashley was with the amputee coalition, and now she's back with AOPA. The Anatomic Studios, they're always interesting. We've never had them on, but they're the ones that do covers and such, which I thought I think is uh very cool. And then this is one that you introduced to me last year was the basing lead people. I mean, they seem to have this the machine stuff down pretty nicely. I mean, what else do you know about them?
SPEAKER_00No, nothing really. I mean, I I saw them last last time, and and it seemed like it seemed like it's a very Chinese kind of thing to do, you know, like where you're you're like, okay, we're gonna offer everything to everyone as a super app for for orthosis and stuff, and or and and we have the full solution. And I like this full solution approach, and I like the idea that they that we're gonna get very aggressive with it on pricing or stuff. That's all I know about them, really. Okay, and and and the rest you know because you've you actually meant them, you know?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, yeah. I mean, there's some pretty cool stuff. Uh we've had the Bionic group on Tony Guterres, uh Biosculptor. We had Alan on. That was a really we had to divide that show up into two shows because we went super long on that one. I see Brain Robotics there. They do a really cool knee that the way they do that. We had the Co-opt. Uh, remember when we Coopt got acquired by Hangar and we had Blair pop in, and you were like, what in the world's going on? That was that was actually it's one of our top performing shows. That was crazy. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Kate Prosthetics, uh, they're always uh great. There's their stuff is really neat. I'm looking through here. Edser is always interesting. They're the ones we haven't had anybody on. I don't, I don't know if you know anybody there, but they might be interesting uh to have on. Exobionics is the exoskeleton stuff, which is, you know, it's getting to be a big elevate movement. We've never had them on, but they do some pretty cool carbon fiber stuff. And then there's a company called Elemental Printing that's bringing their Nora scanner in. I think it's interesting. The NORA scanner scans the inside of CAS. So I think they've done some pretty interesting stuff there. So I'll be curious to get that. And then uh Equal with their uh group of things is pretty cool. Ethnocare, they're the ones with the kind of the pump it up sort of thing, uh, some soft good stuff, which is cool. Every lab's the it's gonna be interesting to see where this AI stuff is. Uh there's a lot of people pushing into that space, especially when it comes to like patient data and workflows and that sort of thing. So uh, you know, we'll we'll see where that goes. Fabco, I'd love to have somebody on from Fabco. They do just beautiful, traditionally fabricated stuff. Love to see what they've got. Uh Phil Hour, they've uh they now have Co-opt. You're a big fan of point designs. Uh-huh. Uh Phil Hour and Sure Step Hanger. You know, we've never had anybody on from Hike. HP, this is be their shoot, eighth, ninth year, being there. Uh we never never had anybody from IBT, but they do some battery stuff. Icarus, we had the guy in that does the knee braces. Yeah and then we had uh integrum, which is the osseo integration. Uh so we had mic on and then a patient that actually uses it. That was a that was a really good episode. We had Invent Medical on. There's uh, let's see, Launchpad does some pediatric stuff. Just looking quickly through any other yeah.
SPEAKER_00Well,
POCrate And Scoliosis Brace Printing
SPEAKER_00one I like, one I like, and that's POCrate. Do you know them or not?
SPEAKER_01So I was looking and I was like, wow, that's surprised. And I heard that Shining 3D is gonna be there.
SPEAKER_00I didn't uh do you see them? No, I did not see that. But Shining would be amazing because they they make really affordable, really great products. POCrate, I think is interesting because this is a Chinese company. They make dental, like kind of like dental printers, not chair-side, not lab, kind of medium-y-sized dental printers, right, right? Uh or vap polymerization, as it's supposed to say. But the interesting thing is that they also have, they also have, they have a really cheap kind of fused filament thing. They have really big printers as well, like like a really big FDM printer, like a pellet-based FG FGF uh printer. So granulate, right? Really large. And then they also have what they call the medical series, and then one of them is a dedicated insole printer, right? There's a 400 by 400 by 400 FDM printer for prosthetics, and then there's an and then this is like a uh and that is pretty much they look like I can kind of semi-recognize them. They're like kind of like, hmm, you know, they kind of look like other people's printers, but hey, still that could be a nice area. Then but the one thing I I like about these guys that I just found out right now is they have a 500 by 500 and 650 millimeter. That's a good printer, and it's made specifically for it's pellet extrusion, right? Which is usually rougher but cheaper, right? And it's meant to be a pellet extrusion printer, uh, can go at 400 degrees C for scoliosis braces. There you go. And they're using PP, I would guess, GF, but it's as they say PP compulsite. And they say they could print a scoliosis brace in three hours. And this, I think, is another really very interesting kind of thing, you know, where where it's it's again, it's a Chinese company saying, okay, we're gonna go do OMP. Okay, so they make a prosthetics printer, an orthosis printer, and they go, like, where can we kind of leverage our technology? They make a scoliosis brace one. I I don't think there have been people that made versions of their printers for scoliosis braces, but just putting it on the market as a scoliosis brace printer and then optimizing it for PP, I think it's a really great kind of uh thing, you know?
SPEAKER_01So it's funny, I'm looking at their brochure and uh their their prosthetic socket is on the leg backwards.
SPEAKER_00I just of course they don't know what they're doing. Obviously.
SPEAKER_01I'm like wow. Okay, yes, but uh but I mean if this is real, this stuff is this it does look good. And it looks like they have something that looks kind of like a like a creality. Yeah. Do you see that G5 Ultra that's kind of got like yeah, that's a creality, I think. Yeah, so it's is and it's got their like little FGF. So that's actually a company that I really want to go check out.
Mosaic And The Printer Farm Debate
SPEAKER_00And how about Mosaic? I mean, I think I think Mosaic, if you don't know, that's basically it's a bunch of it's it's basically it's a big closet with with a bunch of FDM printers in it and with a lot of automation. So the idea is you you they can extract the build plates automatically and kind of stack them. And it you could just unattended run like I think I don't know what the class was like 20 printers, the a whole day or something like that. It's one of these things where I'm like, I'm not sure if it's gonna work, but it could be really cool. I and I never really understand if they got a lot of funding, right? The relatively lot of funding. Like, and and and it seems like it's the right idea, but I'm not entirely sure if they're really leveraging their stuff to to doing the right things. You know what I mean? Right, right.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_00So mosaic is like if they have this array thing, it's a big box with all the printers in it, but they make the box, which keeps everything at the right temperature, and then takes the build platforms out, but they also make the printer. And of course, I don't know if you're gonna out bamboo bamboo, and I just think it would be much better if they just put other people's printers. Like they put a you know, Prusa or bamboo in there, I think it'll and they just make the best box ever that can unattended run and make parts on yeah, that could be a really cool thing, you know. But I still don't, yeah. Yeah, I don't know.
SPEAKER_01I I agree. Yeah, and then you know, I'm just look quickly looking through a couple other ones. You've
How Much 3D Printing Is There
SPEAKER_01got the uh we talked about point designs, prosthetics plus they're a contract manufacturer that does some pretty cool stuff. Um, we know about Proteer after they got or and then you've got the Proteer print there. Psionic. I think that's the first time that I've really signed seen you blown away. Remember when he was on and you moved your hand and it moved the hand? Goodness, yeah. That was pretty crazy.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that also because live demos never work, right? So so it's like uh, you know, so that's that's that's I think also really very good.
SPEAKER_01Quorum, which we had Joe on from Quorum a while back. Uh that's the adjustable socket. You always love the adjustable stuff. Uh-uh. Radii was the kind of the AI socket design data. It was a very cool episode with Josh. Shining 3D is on here. So Shining 3D is there. Uh, we got some uh Spinal Tech, Stratasys. That's I I've never seen them in the past, so I'm a little bit surprised. It's also Stratasys Medical. Did you see that?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's Stratasys Medical.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so that's interesting. Seeing if there's anything else. Vessel, the adjustable socket, that was Sydney Robinson that we had on uh Willowwood, and then I'm really interested in I'm really interested in this elemental printing thing with the Nora thing. Yeah, I think it's interesting. Uh so that's they're from the Norway. Norway, yeah. So and then uh they're doing some manufacturing of that product here in the United States through uh Joe Fairley with Ascent Fabrication.
SPEAKER_00Okay, okay.
SPEAKER_01I don't know the relationship there, but I know that's kind of the loop there.
SPEAKER_00Okay, okay. Because that's interesting. They would come up here, they have like Ultim or Pi or Polythermide 1010 and CF nylon and CF nylon 15, some pretty kind of like uh, you know, not tourist uh not not tourist materials. Not stuff you want to play around, that's too expensive. So it's really interesting that they would just as a relatively small company with with some orthopedic products 3 printing orthopedic products, make the the the jump to go to the states, you know? Right, right. Uh that's I think that's that's really kind of cool. And what else?
SPEAKER_01So yeah, and like if you there is a filter that you can do. And so I'm just kind of curious. Uh I don't know if you saw the advanced 3D and the prosthetics and orthotics podcast. That's right.
SPEAKER_00I saw the prosthetics and orthotics podcast. That's really exciting. So what are you gonna do? Because you always surprise me, right? So I'm sitting at home and they're like, oh, I have 20 guests on and they're coming one by one in a 15-minute interval. I'm like, okay.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I don't I don't have a plan yet. Uh go figure. This is the problem. There's so uh I should have a plan here soon.
SPEAKER_00But you're gonna have a stand and you're gonna be there and and and and I have some new gear.
SPEAKER_01I have a Rodcaster Pro now, and so like I'll actually individual headphone things, mic stuff so people can hear you speaking, and we won't have the Bluetooth fiasco that we've had in the past. Yeah. So that's kind of cool. Yeah. So I typed in 3D printing into the header of this. And it came up with it says 16 results, but it's definitely more than 16. So I don't know. No, no, because I was going on.
SPEAKER_00It's in different categories, huh?
SPEAKER_01There's six yeah, there's like sixteen just in I don't know. I don't know how they did it, but I mean it looks like they put everybody under 3D printing. Uh maybe I did this wrong here.
SPEAKER_00But anyway, well, what are you trying to find out? Because there's different there's there's there's presentations, there's speakers, there's yeah.
SPEAKER_01So I was just I was just gonna say, like, hey, as far as a percentage of people that are 3D printing or companies, you know, it's it's at least 10, 20 percent, I would say. But I mean I think there's gonna be way more than than that.
SPEAKER_00It is because if you do additive, you get a couple more than if you just do 3D printing.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00It's a couple, and then but it's it's basically around let's say twenty-five or something.
SPEAKER_01Okay.
SPEAKER_00On the exhibitor side, right? So that's that's you know which is less than what we had last year, I believe. Yeah, we're no longer is now we get the people that are just actually doing it as opposed to the people that are doing that are doing it for like you know, to to get kind of people to come or something like that. Katie Richmond is speaking, apparently. Yes. Uh that's actually a good one. Yeah. Yeah. That's good. And also somebody from from uh Shining is speaking as well. That's cool. I think that can be good. And then yeah, there's presentations with 3D printing involved as well. Uh from
Talks To Catch And Digital Showcase
SPEAKER_00a shining person, somebody from Quadra is talking about the OMP for podiatry, which could be good. Then there's Invent Medical is doing something, Prodeor is doing a thing. Be like Sinatra. Digitize your practice your way. Okay, it's nice they got uh they got creative there.
SPEAKER_01It is it is interesting, always like uh what happens when uh corporate gets a hold of your you know slide deck.
SPEAKER_00Oh, that's good. Ooh, building innovation layer by layer, man maximum outcome maximum outcomes in pediatric solution by sure step. Okay. Oh, this is a really practical one, like fitting your first patient with their limber unilec. Yeah, and we like those guys.
SPEAKER_01I I don't see they have a booth though this year. Let me kind of go back to the book. I don't know, I don't know.
SPEAKER_00But hey, but this sounds like a really practical, kind of like, you know, yes or no. That's gonna be either really interesting to you or not. Well, they do have a booth, sorry. Yeah? Okay, okay, okay. But then the David Sriana from HP is gonna be giving a digital manufacturing workflow thing. Wait, what? Well, this is way above my uh pay grade. To hazardness dry casting technique and the cognitive checkpoints that predict KFO success. Wow. I don't I don't know what that is. Oh, but that sounds like it could be really interesting. And then Okay, okay. Ask me anything. Design automation for 3D printed device devices by Calvin Young from HP. Wow, HP's doing a lot of like presentations as well, dude. They're doing like a ton of presentations as well. Uh and here, uh full clinical cases of scoliosis. And that's from Gomez or orthotic systems and Lurie Children's and a bunch of scoliosis people. So that'd be cool if you're into into scoliosis.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00Okay, this is a good. Oh, yeah. This is also what else?
SPEAKER_01So I think the other thing that I I always like to highlight is the digital showcase stuff. I think it's pretty interesting. A lot of it's it's always very, very well attended to uh they they they do do they do put it on the you know, of course, the end of the end of the end of the show.
SPEAKER_00So but it's uh is doing some presentations.
Where Additive Wins In O&P Labs
SPEAKER_00Yeah, tell me about tell me about that. I gotta I gotta get ready. You got Shanghai into AI is rewriting prosthetic care. Are we ready? Uh do you know what you're gonna say for that or not really? Yeah, I might have to uh have you help me out. Ask the AI, ask the AI, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Let me put that in the quad real quick and I'll figure that out.
SPEAKER_00Dear Claude, what should I tell the humans about you? And then uh and then the other one is joint digital, clinical, and technical program beyond the basics, advanced additive manufacturing strategies for a high performance OMP. Well, that sounds very uh that's what you're dynamic. And that's a bunch of people. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'm excited about that one because this I think this is where additive manufacturing really hits the mark well in our field, is you're looking for things that tie up your lab. So things that are complex to manufacture traditionally, if you can do that and get The spread right where your margins go bigger uh and your timing right, I think you're in a really good spot with additive manufacturing. So yeah, I'm pretty excited about doing that one, and I'm always excited to see I've seen the uh you know kind of a sneak peek of what Amy uh Amy Katie is going to show. And like her stuff is always really amazing. And then yeah, we'll I'll be touching on some of the AFOs, adjustable uh transtibules, things of that nature that help you make uh a better margin and and decisions on what you do without tying up your traditional fabrication lab.
SPEAKER_00Also,
Hotel Booking Scams To Avoid
SPEAKER_00by the way, there is I'm looking at the hotel information page, I don't want and and and they say it's at the Mandalay Bay, sounds all right. But they also do say that the there's a there's these hotel solicitation emails, and this has happened as well, and this has happened as well to friends of mine and stuff, where you get an email pretending to be from someone from somebody, something, and they send it to your OMP clinic and they send it to you about this event, right? And like book a hotel with us, and then it's actually not anything to do with them or maybe a scam, you know? And that actually happens, and it's happened to two, three people I know at different events, and they just like because people don't assume they'd always assume it's some do you know what the the the Opa Assembly Hotel Information Person's email? No, you don't know, right? So you just get these emails and then and you're like, oh, okay, I'll book a hotel, that's quick, and then it's not actually a hotel, and you just they rip you off.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00So do pay attention to that, just direct book directly via the website or book directly via the hotel or something. So
Vegas Logistics And Wrap-Up
SPEAKER_00are you excited by Vegas? I don't isn't that a bit distracting for this or not? Or I don't know.
SPEAKER_01Well, I mean they put it at the end of the end of the that's the end of the strip, and you know, everything's gonna be happening right there. Yeah. So I think that'll be I think it'll be good.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I think there's there's plenty to do. I wish um it was it didn't it didn't coincide with like the beginning of school and all that stuff. So it's like, you know, I can't take my family or my wife just because we got all that stuff going on.
SPEAKER_00So Okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. But I I think this was good, man. I I think it's a it gives a good outline of what to expect, what to look for. Uh and I I really like your idea of like, hey, if you can if you can get the information online, then get it online. Don't get it in person and don't tie up your time and use your time wisely.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and also if you just show up, you say tell me about your new machine or something, they're just gonna go in like there's like an automated mode, you know, which is like this is the new 2200X and it has 200 by 200, you know? You're not gonna learn anything.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00And so just ask the stuff where we're so research all the time people gonna spend time on and and and ask all the stuff that you can't find, or you'll just don't know. How does it actually work, you know? Or how much is the material? Like the cost the stuff you can't find out. So I think that's cool. I think this would be this sounds like it's a great show. And I I can't wait to find out what I'll be doing for it. So do tell me.
SPEAKER_01Well, and we and and and one of these days, I know we threatened it, we're gonna have to get you. Yeah, it's like yeah. Get you get you over here uh sometime before that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I totally did, but it's like it's like right before the problem is that it's right before my giant traveling season thing in Vijigi, which is like September, October, November. And and uh, you know, so it's just it's not you know it's so annoying, but I do want to go at one point. I think it'd be really good. I totally want to go to one of these shows. I think this is this is a cool one to go to, I think. Yeah, yeah, I agree. Okay, cool. So thank you for being here for this version of the prosthetics and athletics podcast. And uh yeah, hope to see you guys at Ariel back. Uh if you you know, and give us to listen out at the same time. Brent will probably be publishing a lot of stuff or maybe do some live casting stuff that could be really interesting. And uh yeah, it'd be really great. I hope uh Brent finds a lot of really cool, interesting new stuff uh uh at the show. So have a great day, everyone.
