Well, that's a wrap on the 97th Academy Awards for 2025 -- and boy did my predictions from the previous episode humble me!

Tune in to hear what I got wrong and why -- and what surprised this year more than previous years.

Also discussed -- Letterboxd reviews for Netflix's short, political series ZERO DAY, starring Robert De Niro, and Osgood Perkins' latest horror film currently in cinemas THE MONKEY.

I also bid -- perhaps for good -- farewell after more than 40 years of love to the James Bond franchise as it's finally been wrested from the hands of the Broccoli family with  Amazon's latest coup.

What a shame.

Now, the James Bond franchise will no longer go forward the way Ian Fleming, Harry Saltzman, Albert R. Broccoli and the Broccoli children Michael G. Wilson and Barbara never intended -- with decisions to be made via committee as the IP of James Bond becomes commodified. It will never be the same.
