It is important for dancers to trust themselves and their body so having confidence and self acceptance is key in the recovery process. Surrounding yourself with community who knows your needs and how to support you. Dance is a passion so use it as a motivation to recover. Nourish your body as it houses your soul and it is your instrument. Using self care and  allow yourself to find balance in your life inside and outside the dance studio. Believe in yourself!
