I am so proud to welcome my colleague, Jessica Cignarelli to the Tutu Thin Podcast. Jessica is a licensed psychotherapist who specializes in working with individuals in high-profile environments. Synthesizing her clinical expertise with disordered eating and sport/performance, Jessica assists individuals with successfully balancing and navigating the demands and pressures that high-performance athletes face while living and performing in the “spotlight” and scrutiny of the public arena. She holds a PhD and Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. Jessica has 12+ years of experience working with elite athletes and high-profile entertainers and performers. Jessica also worked as Lead Therapist or Clinical Director positions for over a decade in higher levels of care for eating disorders, including: hospital (inpatient), residential treatment centers, partial hospital programs, and intensive outpatient settings.
