We had to up our game a little this week as we welcomed Jenya Kazbekova onto the pod. It was a really powerful opportunity to get to listen to a first-hand account of the impact of the death and destruction that has been wrought on Ukraine for over a year. We also spoke about the situation with the various governing bodies currently deciding whether or not to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes the opportunity to compete under a neutral flag, and how that will impact the opportunities for Ukrainian athletes.
